I so wanted this to be a higher rating. It has been years since we've been here and we actually missed it. Service was slow and inattentive. Soda was flat. Simple dishes(fried) took forever to get and then the fries were not cooked through. Even with 30% off? It was not worth it. Sorry. No return anticipated. read more

Pauly's Pizza is the best. He makes his sauce from scratch. You should ask about his breakfast pizza..... Don't tell him I told you about it...... Sounds gross, but don't knock it till you try it. I love the beef sandwiches and the broasted chicken great too. Bacon Potatoes soup is to die for... Pauly's pizza blows all the Chicago pizza out of the water.....Great place for family and friends to meet or private parties. They catered my wedding also. read more

Though the food may be good, don't plan to pay for your meal with a credit card if you have only the new ones with chips. The waiter came out to say my credit had been denied. I had no idea what caused the denial as the waiter insisted no reason was given. When I called the credit card company later, they said possibly some strip or chip was defective. However, when I made a purchase today at a local business, there was no problem. Obviously, Luisa's refuses to update their machines to accommodate the newer cards. read more

Good old school Italian food. Saw this place many times driving up and down highway 50 and always wanted to stop. Glad I did. We had lasagna and chicken parm. Both were good and big portions. Good sides also, soup and salad. While eating couple next to us ordered a pizza with the works. Looked delicious and LOADED with toppings and cheese. It wasn't that great. The sauce on their pizza was weak and had zero flavor. It was bland. Plus, I hate chicago cornmeal style pizzas. I am all about flour. So, it's all personal preferance. If you guys want REAL! good pizza. Go to Napoli in Burlington where I am from. That place BLOWS AWAY this place in a heart beat. No competition at all. I wasn't impressed with Luisa's at all. Horrible well water served for drinking & non-sweetened sweet tea pushed aside never to be drank again, we asked if any of the appetizers were fresh made, and were told only the calamari & garlic bread were, and decided to try the onion rings even though they were the frozen style since we were hungry, and probably should have passed...the onions were soggy, mushy and wet, the breading was greasy and tasted like fish (probably from cooking in the same fryer?). After asking if the spinach used for the pizza was fresh and told no, that they use frozen spinach because the fresh kind would go to waste if they had fresh (?), we chose it too, again from the lack of option, and asked for extra sauce on the pizza. Pizza arrived with barely any sauce on it at all, a good amount of sausage on one 1/4 as ordered, and spinach/onion was actually tasty, but overall the entire pie (except the burned 1/4) was very dry...and, to our surprise, we discovered mushrooms were all over 1/2 on the bottom! (good thing no allergies to these, we said as we told the server, who just agreed with a snicker as she walked off). A bowl of sauce (with no spoon, but lots of attitude) was brought out 6 min after being requested....If we weren't so hungry and far from home, we'd have have asked for an entire re-do, but instead we told our server we weren't comfortable to pay for this pizza, and off she went to check with the management (with more attitude) leaving us for 10min wondering why it was taking this long, to be offered only 1/2 off and no visit from the manager (and us wondering what happened to the policy she'd mentioned in the beginning that if our pizza wasn't made right, it'd be free?!) We're all for comfy family style places, but combined with old vinyl tablecloths, thin cheap silverware, nasty water, damp environment and inaccurate uncaring food & service with management that needs some updating too, is a bit over the edge. Time to watch a few "RESTAURANT IMPOSSIBLE" episodes to recognize yourselves and make some food, management & attitude improvements. If this is the county "BEST OF" pizza place since 2011, I'm afraid Kenosha residents need to get out a bit more!! We left our payment under the "VOTE FOR US" table tent card, along with the pizza leftovers. Our vote is SKIP. read more

I order from there atleast once a week. The last time I ordered for delivery not only did it lake 80 minutes to receive but it was wrong. I called immediately and they apologized to me for the mistake and said I would have a credit for the next time I ordered. I called this week for a delivery order. I was told there was no credit! I asked to speak to manger then this horribly rude woman got on phone and said they are not giving me credit for there mistake it was my fault and problem! Not only was I offended but upset. I told her I would be taking my business somewhere else then and she say "good have a nice life" then hung up on me. I have been getting food from there for years and never ever have I been so disrespected. I will never give them another dollar ever. read more

The pizza is definitely the only thing worth ordering, however beware when adding chicken as a topping, as I have gotten a bone 3 separate times thus I quit using that topping altogether! For the prices on other menu items, the quality should be much better than what you get, i.e. $10 for an average tasting burger or $12 for 10 tasteless rigatoni in tasteless rosa sauce, absolutely the worst pasta dish I've ever had in my life. The garlic bread is actually toast and the Italian sausage with the meal, while OK flavor, was hard to bite through the casing. Wings and breadstix, nothing to write home about. I haven't tried everything on the menu, but I have experienced enough of it to know to stop experimenting and just stick with the pizza. Want good Italian food? Go down the street to Taste of Italy instead. read more

My favorite pizza in the Midwest outside of Chicago. Both the huge stuffed pizza and the more typical hand tossed styles are well topped, properly cooked, and feature good quality ingredients. The busy parking lot is a testament to a well above average local joint. read more

This is a great family restaurant with homemade Italian food. We had a pizza topped with our favorite combo of sausage and half peppers and olives. I'm glad we ordered an 18" so we could have plenty of leftovers. Service was a bit slow but understanding because they were packed for dinner. A testament that this is a favorite of many locals. Went here on a Thursday...30% discount night if you pay with cash. Great deal! We ordered pizza. It was delicious....hot and loads of yummy, gooey cheese and abundant toppings. No little sausage crumbles on this pizza! Nice big chunks of tasty Italian sausage. The only thing I did not like was the pizza was put on a rack on the table. With all that yummy cheese you had to cut it apart, otherwise you had cheese strings all over the table. So, the second time I took a piece I decided to put it on the table, so as to not flip it when I took some. The pan wasn't hot at this point, so I thought it was OK. It was not. The waitress saw it on the table, swooped over, picked it up, felt the table and said that it had to stay on the rack. Well, you know, if you had said something when you brought it to the table, I wouldn't have moved it. However, I did not like getting "scolded". Well, I won't make that mistake again and I won't let it stop me from going back because they really do have delicious pizza. read more

I ordered a pizza for my family and I (3 people) a couple of weeks ago. We ordered a 16 inch thin crust pizza with pepperoni and mushroom, two cheese cakew, and two chocolate mousses. The Pizza was good, nothing exceptional but definitely above average. The Cheese cake was Eli's which is one of my favorite brands and the mousse would have actually been excellent if it was fresher. The total bill was just over $30.00 with delivery which is fantastic for nowadays. So over all it's a good place for the area. I would recommend and will be ordering again. read more

Thin crust or hand tossed is the way to go If you say extra cheese you will not have to wonder if they added it or not . if there is such a thing as to cheesy it almost was but I love cheese so it was GREAT ! read more
