Pretty solid food every time. The only con is delivery time. But food is always good.

First visit to this place. We came in for a pizza and a couple of dinner salads. We were seated promptly and given two menus. After 15 minutes of waiting for someone to wait on us we got up and left the same way we came in. Not sure what was going on on a Sunday night at 7pm. Place was not crowded and there was what appeared to be plenty wait staff mulling around. We drove over to Wayne's in Geno City ordered our pizza during the drive. I do not think we will be returning to this below grade restaurant. read more

Solid pizza here. They don't skimp with toppings and the thin crust was done to perfection. Everyone has their own idea of what good pizza is, so I won't try to sway anyone, but I think it's definitely worth your time to check it out. read more

We recently ordered a pizza from Luisa's on one of their 1/2 price pizza nights (which are Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but you have to pay cash). The pizza was FANTASTIC!! I was so happy that the pizza I remembered was back! I've always liked their pepperoni too - large, very thin slices and the way they place it on the pizza (kinda half under the cheese) makes it MUCH LESS greasy. We did pick it up, and the pick up process is slightly more organized than it use to be (there is a separate counter and register for pickup) - but since it's not clearly marked, you do have some people walking in and just standing around, which can cause some confusion (but honestly, there are a lot of idiots who just love to walk into a restaurant, barely get in the door and STAND THERE, causing a foot traffic jam). Wasn't at all impressed with the food or service and had an unfortunately poor experience here. We made a reservation since we were a larger party and were seated promptly after arriving. The dining area was only around half full at the time of our arrival. After being seated, our dining experience went down hill. It was a 15 minute plus wait before we saw a server that bothered to take our drink order. It was another 5-10 minutes before we received our drinks, the only alcoholic drink ordered went back to the bar since it was poorly made by the overly confident bar tender. The appetizer came out slower than expected but the wait for that wasn't too bad. After another annoying wait for the server to return to finally take a dinner order, we placed an order for 3 thin pizzas. It took an obnoxious amount of time to get 3 simple one topping pizzas (well over an hour). I could get a genuine Chicago style deep dish from a number of different establishments in under an hour. The pizza quality is average, and genuinely nothing more than that. There isn't much around this establishment to eat, but i'd vastly prefer a McDonald's drive-though over our experience here. It took two hours from the time we arrived to the time we received our pizzas which is entirely unacceptable. If you're a local and have no where else to go, this place will do but if you're from out of town and looking for a good place to eat, skip this restaurant. The interior is in desperate need of some modernization as well. read more

This restaurant has good pizza for the area. The ingredients are fresh and not really greasy. Their pizza could use a little more sauce. However, beware ordering anything else off their menu because it's all just okay, kinda bland. Their best menu item is the pizza. read more

There are a lot of delivery pizza makers in our area, but Luisa's surpasses them all by light years. Obviously someone behind the pizza over still cares. Tuesday and Wednesday pizza deals make a visit even more attractive. Seating is somewhat limited, and cramped. The server stays busy, and the pizza takes a good while. Your patience is rewarded with one of the few restaurant meals i've had recently (at any location) that id return for. read more

Been passing this place for many years...saw the positive reviews and made the call for carryout. Ordered the 18" thin sausage. Was ready on time...Smelled great, not sure how I did not taste before I arrived home. Nice chunky sausage bits, sweeter sauce, cooked perfectly...and tasted great! Excellent pizza !!!! We ordered the Sammy n Mary jos special. It was delish. Lots of cheese, spinach , tomatoes and a olive oil but no tomato sauce. It was different but still tasty. Do yourself a favor and get the garlic knots !!! Mmmmmmm. I also had a whiskey and coke. It was strong and cheap ($3.50). This place was reasonably priced. 3 of us came to $45, but we have leftovers for several meals. We will definitely be back!! Exceptional service. Very friendly and outgoing. And quick ! read more

My family has been ordering this pizza for years, and every time we receive our pizza it is nothing less than amazing. I've only had thin crust from here, but it is the best thin crust pizza I have ever had. Truly home made tasting and does not taste like the chain pizzas at all. I usually get pineapple, or mushroom. Both taste amazing. One time they sent us a pizza that was somewhat undercooked (the crust didn't seem done at all) and they offered us a new pizza when we called. We just had a credit put on for the next time we ordered but they handled it very well. How a business treats customers is just as important as the food they make and I would give 5 stars in both aspects! read more

My favorite pizza! Nothing like Luisa's after a day on the lake. To me, the soft thin crust, cheese and sauce are a great combination. The sausage is great and the pepperoni slices are huge. Delivery times can be up to 2 hours though, so picking up is much easier when you are starving. We've also enjoyed eating in, I like their lasagna and the fried chicken is really good! Dining room service can be a bit slow though. We aren't year round residents of the area, but I always look forward to our first Luisa's pizza every summer! read more

Can I just tell you this was an awful meal the fried chicken is breaded with cornmeal which is totally disgusting spaghetti that came with it the sauce taste worse than Ragu my husband thought he was getting potato pancakes with his fish and they were Mini hash browns. Arrived for dinner late on Saturday with a party of 5. We were well received sat near the bar and quickly served garlic cheese bread. We ordered up thin crust sausage pizza, half black olives, half green peppers, one person had spaghetti, and another ordered a calzone. All the food was delicious, and larger portions. Great service, and quick. The one eating the calzone said it had too much cheese... But it I countered that this is Wisconsin! We had a wonderful time! Stick to the pizza and if you're doing carryout make sure it's the right ingredients. Make sure the lettuce in your carry out salad isn't brown. Make sure that your side options are there for your carry out, such as soup for example. These are issues experienced over 6 times ordering. Last order no soups. Newly remodeled and very quaint. Family oriented and many tables with large groups who have gathered for a meal. We started with the toasted raviolis which arrived a little cold but were quite tastey. Next we had a 16 inch pizza for two so we could have leftovers. The pizza is very cheesy and they offer a double cheese option that would be way over the temp. Sausage on the pizza was good but green pepper cut too small and lacking, as other have stated not enough suace on the pizza. All in all not a bad experience and very reasonable priced. read more

Delivery tonight was prompt and that is all the positive I can say. Pizza was cold and half of the toppings slid off the pizza. The chicken breast salad had limp green peppers, brown lettuce, a few pieces of onion and a ton of warm and unappetizing mozzarella cheese. The calamari was over cooked, and flavorless. we tried luisa's pizza last weekend for our first time, we are newer to the area and drove by it several times and decided to give it a try. We sure are glad we did! This place was awesome, we ordered a thin crust pizza and the stuffed shells to give a couple items a try. No complaints one either item, flavor was spot on, we ordered our pizza with italian beef, bacon and garlic! it was fantastic! we will be back to try other items on the menu! I ordered fish 2 weeks in a row. The food is good but the first time they never gave me coslaw. Even when I asked if it came with it. The second no coslaw bread or tarter sauce. Just for the little things like that I'm probably done eating here. Just ordered fish again and never got tarter sauce no bread butter and frys are stale. read more

My sister chose this restaurant to celebrate her 63rd birthday with her family. She made a reservation we had a few more people show up then expected and instead of just giving us tables they charged us $100 for a private room. After leaving the restaurant they called my sister and accused teenage boys of ripping up their chairs. When they sent the pictures the evidence just didn't match. Tried to call and discuss this with the owner Paul, he was extremely rude. When we Would not take responsibility or offer to pay him he proceeded to call the police. He took a wonderful night and ruined it for my sister. read more

A little divey...I ordered the pasta..it was very much like a high school cafeteria meal. Not one thing impressed me. Pass.

We waited a long time for our pizza. I was able to drink 3 beers by the time it came out. Pizza was alright but not anything to brag about. Little to no sauce - bland flavor and seemed like it could use some seasoning. Crust was crispy and cheese was not greasy although I think it was overcooked just a smidge. The cheese was darker and almost to the point of being rubbery. The building itself is definitely a dive and could use some re-modeling. read more

This place is amazing. I had them cater a foot ball party for 17 people. The food was nothing less than exception. We ordered, 1/2 pan of mosticholi, a 1/2 pan of salad with ranch dressing, 16 pcs of fried chicken and three pounds of Italian beef with rolls. We decided to pick up our order but they have delivery as well.Luisa's was very accommodating. The food was packed well, and was piping hot. Everyone at my party raved about all of it. And to top it all off we had a coupon so the price was amazing. They have an extensive catering menu beyond that and will do all of there catering menu Ala carte. Not impressed. Took half an hour for appetizers to come out and when they arrived the mozzarella stuffed bread sticks were cold in the center. Then it took another 45 minutes to get our food which was okay but not worth the wait. The one waitress was very good about checking on the food. That is the only reason I gave it a 3 star. The pizza is our favorite! Absolutely delicious. We always pickup. However since the flood I have picked up a couple times and I can't get over the smell of sewage inside the front door by the register. There is no smell of delicious food cooking. Just sewage. Even my 6 year old granddaughter commented on it when she came with me she plugged her nose. I thought it was a 1 time thing but it was worse the 2nd time a month later. I don't think I could sit inside and eat due to the smell. It won't stop me from ordering pizza tho. read more
