We came in to buy an advertised gmc Denali Arcadia for $51k but it was sold, but they did find one at another dealership and had it transferred over so we could buy it. The problem was they picked up the wrong car and it was 10k more expensive. it had the super cruise and other features attached to on star and they convinced us to go ahead and spend the extra money. However, 7 months later the onstar went out and the all those extra features won't. work. Onstar did a check and said we need to take it back to the dealership. we made an appointment and took it in and they say it is on onstar. We called them while still at the dealership and they said it the dealership is needs to fix it. Neither side is budging and the dealership doesn't have a loaner car so they can really find out what is going on and all I know is I paid 10k for features that dont work and no one seems to want to help. Service used to be great here before it got bought out by steel. stay away!!!!! read more

this is the most disrespectful dealership I have ever been too went here to take care of something that was included in the warranty for thrown around the buss spoke to Britney the service advices all she does is give attitude and roll her eyes and tries to not let me speak to her higher managment. they did not detail the loner vehicle at all as attached in the pictures and come to find out they lied to me saying they have to take my car all the way to new braunfels with they will drive them self and put more and more miles on my car in fact they do not even fill your tank back up if they use it spoke to the gsm Wally and he is disrespectful also pulling out a bill asking if I even care about the price as I responded "no I do not due to the fact that Josh the finance manager said they would pay for it " but they took 30 days to even pay or bring me in due to the fact they wanted warrenty to pay for it. this is the most sideways dealership I have even been to and I have only had the car for 3 months ... well I'm going to go ahead and trade this vehicle in to a way better dealership that treats you like family Luling Chevy dealership is the worst place and get treated like garbage .. Amazing group of people in the service dept. willing to help out at a moments notice with a breakdown on a Friday morning. Great personable and helpful crew that seem to be there for all the right reasons with positive attitudes. Threw them a curveball with my Ford and they adapted and owned the situation. So disappointed. Got a great deal on our GMC Canyon and love it. Had a wonderful experience with buying it. However this weekend we got a light on in regards to the stabilitrak, power steering and service engine light come on. We got it back to Luling and I called Monday to get it in they told me it would be a week before they could look at it. Asked about loaner car and was told not till they looked it. We could not go a week with only one car. We contacted Nyle Maxwell in Round Rock they got us in the same day and had a loaner truck waiting on us. We were coming in from Rockport when this all happened and we live in Leander. Luling Chevrolet great place to buy but do not expect to get service from them!!! read more

hi, I'm deaf so I drop off shop truck gmc 2015 canyon march 7th since may 4 or more fixing transmission and torque something wrong but suckssssss dealership I ask him can trade new truck say no must have to finance check my credit lost point but they can approved suv trade want me trade that I say no I don't want it that suv I say want the truck period but not ur decide..... but I'm very frustrated with dealership and manager say want me pay 6,000 to 8,000 down trade used truck hell no way cuz there my truck very bad issue fixing been 3 month not good!!!!! that terrible!!! god help me pls !!!! read more

I would NEVER recommend luling Chevrolet. I truly believe they have the worse mechanics working on your vehicle. Went in because my Ac wasn't blowing cold air..after about 2months of waiting they finally "fixed" it then some how my heater stopped working. My vehicle is still in the shop because apparently they "still" haven't received the part it needs, yet throwing other parts into it. Mind you my vehicle has been there since the beginning of November!! It's already the second week of January. And no customer service what so ever.. nothing but meaningless promises of when it will supposly be ready. I'm the one that had to call and see what was taking so long, no one ever contacted me. Only after I complained just 2 weeks ago was I given a rental. read more

I have always liked Luling Chevorlet and Buick over every where else! The have an excellent costumer service, vehicle service, sales department and always try to make me happy even if it's not what I want to hear. For years my parents and I have purchased our vehicles through them and now so does my husband and Child too. I have a Cadillac that I purchased threw an individual and I have had such bad experiences with the Cadillac dealerships in San Antonio that I now take it to Luling for everything unless they don't have the tools to fix the problem. Even then they call and set up my appointments with the Cadillac dealership for me. My family and I live in New Braunfels and drive 35-46 mins away to Luling because they provide the best care and customer service around. I drive past 3 GM dealerships to get to Luling plus at least 2 more that are closer than them! read more

I love Luling Chevrolet. I have purchased two vehicles and in the next year will come to them to purchase another. Their service department is great. I come from a large city about one hour away to have my car serviced. If I were to take my car to a dealer in my city I would be waiting at the dealership all day. Going to Luling Chevrolet I am in and out in no more than two hours. Sure beats a full day of sitting when I have other important chores to do. I also appreciate the attitude of everyone at the dealership. I can be sitting in the waiting room and one of the employees walks by; looks me in the eye and asks if there is anything he/she can get me.
