Came here for a second ear lobe piercing. I haven't been to many piecing places other than random stands in the mall or Claire's. But this was a much nicer experience. It is very clean and organized. I was about to make an appointment very easily and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint was the options of earring that I was shown. They were very pricey charged per earring. I went in for a few earlobe piercings and the two girls working were so friendly, welcoming and took their time helping me pick out my jewelry. I got four piercings from this place. They video you for YouTube which, while you're notified you will be videoed on a sign outside they basically give you no verbal communication. They go very over the top in conversation and were complaining about having haters and getting demonized while filming. Annoying but whatever, as long as my piercings came out fine that's what I cared about I got four- one in each lobe, a cartilage piercing and an eyebrow. I have had twelve piercings prior to this trip, in different areas of my body. I'm not a fan of the externally threaded jewelry but I know different piercers have different opinions on certain things so whatever. The problem is pretty clear from the photos. I had to remove the cartilage piercing because it was becoming so swollen it was in danger of enveloping the jewelry. Now the eyebrow piercing will not stop acting up. I only wash with plain dial soap, I've NEVER had a reaction like this to any piercings from any piercer before, and these are far from my first. My ear lobes were just piercing through closed up holes so I'm not surprised they aren't having any issues. Considering much of their YouTube content is on messed up piercings, and they spent most of the time piercing me complaining about getting haters, I wouldn't trust this shop. I think they're out to get shock value views and if I went back for them to fix it I would not want them to film it because they should have done it right the first time. Would not recommend. Go somewhere they care more about getting your piercing right then hyping up their YouTube channel. read more

Took my 17 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced (yes - first piercing). The shop was recommended by some of her friends and I saw all the positive Yelp reviews, so booked the appointment. I have to say, when I got my ears pierced a loooooong time ago, I don't think piercing shops even existed! I had it done at a jewelry store. So, this was a totally new experience for me. It is great that you can make an appointment online. I was a little disappointed that the appointment confirmation did not inform us of the identification documents that were necessary (you need id for parent and child), but the front desk staff was very helpful in accommodating us and booking the next available appointment. I was very happy with the staff at the front desk. The piercing artist was very professional and personable. She explained all of the necessary details (things that were not explained to me when I had my ears pierced). She was super friendly, but overall carful and competent. She also had the piercer get a second opinion on the length and was willing to work with me if I didn't like the shorter length. I showed up about an hour later on a week day and was told I needed an appointment or I had to wait 50 minutes. That was slightly annoying as I called first. The reason I'm giving a review is because they then told us we need a birth certificate for my daughter to get her ears pierced. Again, would of been nice to mention when I called!!! Absolutely mortified after coming here for the first time, drove almost an hour to come to a place I honestly thought would be absolutely worth every second but it was the biggest disappointment. There's a certain level of customer service I excepted from all the YouTube videos and I honestly can say it was far from it. It wasn't only the store that got remodeled it was also their selection of jewelry completely changed. They have so many cute options now. I made a last minute appointment to get another lobe piercing and although they were literally just about to close (we got locked in Target and had to enter back in the mall from a different entrace), they didn't seem to care that we were just a bit late for my appointment. I cannot tell you how amazing the service was here. I have a very low pain tolerance so when my ears were pierced, it took a little bit of time for me to recover from it. They offered me water and snacks, which I thought was so cute and I wasn't pressured to leave immediately. My friend decided to get a cartilage piercing at that moment, so I sat outside the room and waited. I was hyperventilating a little bit because of the pain and I kid you not, they placed a fan in front and behind me just to calm me down. The process overall was super quick and I had no issues with it overall. I love my new piercing and I'll definitely be coming back here again for sure!! read more

Pre-covid: Got my tragus piercing before covid (Dec 2019) and the piercer was amazing. Took her time to adjust the dotting before actually piercing. During Covid: Went back after they reopened in Oct 2020 for a daith and helix piercing. They were not as busy that day so I was able to get my ears pierced even without an appointment. But it's very highly recommended to book an appointment beforehand. Piercing fee and jewelry is actually pricer than other piercing places but I love their service and trust their piercer. read more

I tried to make an appointment so that I didn't have to wait and I was charged over the phone. When I got there, they doubled the price they quoted me over the phone so I had to pay even more. I had to wait, fill out paperwork, pay a second time and this all took half an hour so I didn't get in and done until 30 minutes after my appointment time. Good thing I made an appointment! I was told to wait in line twice and I'm not sure what I was waiting for because everyone was on their devices. This place is really great if you want to get pierced. And they have a wide selection of jewelry. Gabriel, Jonny, & lupe are all great. And the establishment is clean. The only reason I'm docking off a star is because the last time I was there - there was this new girl working the counter (not Lupe, I didn't catch her name) & after I was done with my appointment & she was ringing me up, she says to me "Don't forget to tip him!" ...... First off I don't have a problem with tipping. I would have tipped anyways (which I did) but in the same breath I feel like that's kind of rude. When you go to a restaurant, does the waiter say to you "don't forget to tip me!" No, because that would be strange. Tipping is all based off of your personal experience & how good you think it was. What if my experience had been bad? You could rub a lot of people the wrong way when you say that. And if your establishment is big on tipping - put a sign up that says it. Don't bombard your customer as they're about to pay. Also when you're checking out - the ipad automatically gives you an option to tip, so telling your customer a second time makes you look like all you care about is money. I've worked in retail & high end restaurants before so I know how it is. I'm not upset & I'd probably even come back. I would just suggest someone train that employee a little bit more on register etiquette. read more
