They were applied well but the look was just "meh" and I let them naturally fall out. I heard of Lucy and decided to give lashes another try. I asked her to first tint my blonde lashes so I would have a good base and also some color on the bottom lashes. After tinting, she began her magic. When she was done, and I looked in a mirror, I was amazed. It was exactly what I was hoping for. She followed my almond shaped eyes with her custom cat eye application. She truly is an artist. I am a very disappointed in my recent lash lift outcome. I got a lash lift and tint and two weeks later, my eyelashes have been falling out, looking crooked, and quite crimped. I don't know if they were over processed with chemicals but I have gotten lash lifts before and this has never happened. From different angles you can see how some are crimped, some are very, very tightly curved and how some are sticking downwards. This has made it very difficult to put on mascara. Bummed to have spent so much money on something I was looking forward to having good results with, now I fear all my lashes will fall out. I am really disappointed in the customer service. I have been going to Ana for a few months now, and I was not told that she would be leaving. Had I known, I would have made an appointment with her one last time earlier. Another thing that really bothers me is that I always get the classic fills. I might not be the most frequent customer because it was well over my 7th time here, and the record shows that I get "classic fills." I booked an appointment for classic fills with Ana, then the owner texted me that she no longer worked there. This is fine, but she did not confirm what I wanted and put me down for "hybrid fills" which is a completely different look and price. My existing lashes were classics, so I am really curious as to why they put hybrid fills when I showed up to the appointment. It really does not go well with my monolids, although she did a good job. More so, I don't really feel like my business is appreciated here, so I will likely not return. read more

I really see why this place got 5 starts. I scheduled my lash lift with Ana Leon. I have straight uneventful lashes and I prefer lifts over extension because its lower maintenance. Anyway - I went to three different places in the city and literally have ZERO luck of getting the result I wanted. They all bent my lash in the middle and it looks like a botched job. Ana is phenomenal!!! The whole process (lift and tint) took about 45 mins and my lashes are lifted from the roots making it look absolutely beautiful and natural on its own and falsies effect when putting on mascara. I'm 9 months pregnant and was nervous about how I would lay down for my lash extension appt, the owner called me to let me know they'll elevate my chair, have pillows, whatever I needed to be comfortable... and they sure did! Literally NO pain as she's gluing the lashes.I was nervous because I have a lot of allergies, yet afterwards my eyes weren't even an ounce of red. She took the time to talk to me about aftercare and answered all my questions. At that appointment, I already booked my refill cause why would I ever trust anybody else again?? I went to the nail salon a year ago and got my lashes done. Ended up with a stye and excruciating pain. Then I waited 5 days for an amazing lash studio appointment and even with an email confirmation, I got cancelled on and wasn't offered any type of discount or kindness. These are your eyes, people, bring them to someone who you can trust, is certified, and is so invested in the quality of her work. I'm writing this review so potential people can skip the same frustrating mistakes I made. If you go to a bad/mediocre place it's only going to cost you more to get them removed and a new set. Trust and depend on somebody who owns their own business and has amazing ambitions because you will see that reflected in the QUALITY of her work. Received a lash lift and wasn't happy with it. The lash curl is uneven across all of my lashes and inconsistent across both eyes. On one eye, my lashes have one kink at the base and then the lashes go straight up. On the other eye, the lashes don't have much curl at all. Additionally, there are many lashes across both eyes that were missed so they're still straight. On top of that, the experience was very average. It was transactional- I went in, got the lift and left. While the lashes were lifting, the tech just looked at her phone. Totally fine, but for $80 I am used to getting a head or arm massage while waiting. It's not necessary, but it's something thats nice to receive at other places. I'm very critical about my personal space and after reading the reviews I really hoped this would be a great experience and WOW it surpass all my expectations. Yesterday was my first time. I was about 5 mins late showing up to my appointment due to a traffic jam. I did reach out to notify the spa to let them know I would be running behind. My first encounter was with Maria and she was very kind and understanding and got me all set up. I was truly impressed to see how incredibly clean, organized, sanitary and beautiful it looked in there. Maria's professionalism and attention to detail was top notch. I usually never talk when I get a Brazilian wax but Maria was honestly so down to earth and we had such a great conversation. It truly felt like I had known her for some time. I actually liked this place and go often, but the one time I got the time wrong and came in 15 min later than what the actual appointment, the lady I talked to brought my day down with her attitude. In a condescending tone, she reminded me that I'm 15 min late. Ok, it was an honest mistake. Then, she made me feel worse telling me that I was charged the full service. A helluva fine, but the way she said it sounded as if it was meant to shame me. After all that, she didn't even bother to help. After a botched lash extension from a previous job gnat had literally melted when exposed to oven heat, I found Lucy who was so gracious and accommodating. She helped me remove the lashes so throughly (there were literal chunks of glue from the terrible job done by another place) and took great care in making sure the lashes were completely removed without removing my real lashes. Afterwards, she put in a new, beautiful, more natural look in a full set of classic extensions. I can't express how different and how much more beautiful they were than my original set!
