We decided to switch to a different laser that's gentler on my skin, even if it means potentially needing more treatments. I really appreciate having that flexibility. The staff has been SO wonderful, kind, attentive, fun and genuinely caring throughout the process. I feel in great hands. I will say, the initial consult can feel a bit sales-driven since you're reviewing package options on the spot, and that part can be intimidating. I'd recommend going in well-informed about what areas you want treated and what you're comfortable committing to.
