The young person with short hair who helped me. I was so impressed because she brought out one of those black velvet tray like I was trying out a million dollar jewelry. She carefully put on the case on iPhone and showed it to us. I also bought a screen protector which they have many varieties and samples so you can see. She also put it on right there under her bright lamp and saw her using a small blower to get all the lint out. I'm pretty particular about the screen protector because people do a half bottom job usually so I end up redoing it at home. But darling she did a fine job. I also got 20% off and she also said I can get 20% off if I bring the receipt back for another cause. This place is the place get your cell phone cases folks!

I let her know I wanted to look at a specific black card case she let me feel it and also let me know that they were running a special for buy one get one 20% off. So I purchased a glass screen protector and she also stated she'd put it on for me! Talk about amazing customer service! It's such a hassle to put on screen protectors but she took her time and did an awesome job!! It's what you'll find here…read more.. This cute little kiosk sits right on the doorway of Pearlridge Center Wai Makai near Mango Mango and has been here for just about four months. It's really like a collection of Any Kinez tings with Hello Kitty spongy slipper to jibbitz all tied to just a single thing...representing a loving and favorite character for both guys and gals. Don't let this the size fool you as they do have quite a bit of items majority that I haven't seen anywhere else but my only issue is that I don't see any price as I was looking at a cute straw cover and had to ask for the price which was $2.50 which was fine with me but wished they have prices on some of the items. Staff was basic not the friendliest but found some unique items and went on my way with my tings. Thank you!

Starting from Center Stage area, walk by sidewalk and parking lot by Lupica - Brug - Massage Palace - then Tricked Out. If you keep walking, you would pass the post office and eventually Foodland. They replaced my iPhone camera lens cover on the spot. It's a little pricey but great when I don't want to wait for something in the mail). They also have a "warranty" and put my number in the system. When my lens broke a few months later, I returned to find there was a $10 fee that I was not told about nor expecting. Their card machines were somehow not accepting tap at the moment and required a card scan (I didn't have on me). So no new lens. I went home and found a spare to save the day anyways.

I arrived to the location at around 12:30pm (time stamp in image.) I spoke to two employees. I talked to one employee that took a look at my iPad and confirmed the price and time to pick up (2 hours). I also confirmed again with the guy who managed the payment that it would take two hours. I show up around 4:45pm and no one greets me walking in. So I walk up (five minutes later) to the first employee and asked if the tablet is ready. She told me, "Oh you're early, I just have to put on the screen." It had been 2+ hours since I dropped off so I was confused but I said I will wait till they are done. I came back around 50 minutes later and the repair is not done yet. At this point it is already 5:45pm and it has not been finished. I wait until 6:18pm and she hands me it without apologizing for the wait or anything. I regret not saying anything about the time issue but it feels conflicting because of all the things I signed and I am not sure if I am in right to. The problem is not how long it takes, but it was the misinformation about when pick up would be. I confirmed with two people that it would be ready in two hours. It came out to almost 6 hours. I would not have minded dropping it off and coming back another time, if they had communicated that. But I was told it was 2 hours so I waited there, standing in the store and not wanting to rush the employees. The repair itself is excellent but the customer service was conflicting. I paid $329.84 and expected quality care. I do wish I had a better experience because it seems others do.
