Lululemon has some of the most comfy yoga pants (my personal favorite is the Groove pant) that also flatter the derriere! I wear them for running, cross training and casual nights out. They provide complimentary hemming which is handy when you're short like me and don't want your pants dragging on the floor! The sales associates are very knowledgeable and get you into the pants and jackets that are the perfect fit for your body type. I just picked up the new brushed Stride jacket and it's so soft! Have only been here once, as my regular Lululemon is in the heart of Pasadena. They have a nice sales section just adjacent to the dressing rooms, and they're divided according to size- which is something I didn't see at the Pasadena Lululemon. @ the Pasadena store, you have to go to each section and look to see if anything is on sale- hence, quite confusing. I went on a Monday night, so there weren't a lot of people there, so I got full attention of the two girls that were there. They were both very nice and very helpful, and the store is organized quite nicely. Everybody at Lululemon- both Pasadena and Glendale (as far as I know anyway) are super friendly and super helpful, and this is why I keep coming back. The markdown prices- if you look carefully enough- are rather reasonable. I bought a skirt on markdown and returned a regular priced one the next day- saving $20. :-) read more

Got some yoga pants here. At first, I winced at the hefty price tag, however, these are great! They don't slip around, they don't stretch out in the wrong places and they sweat wick so I stay dry. The Pasadena store is closer to me, however they didn't have the size I needed for the jacket I wanted. I called the store and spoke to Chris. He was nice enough to hold the jacket for me until the next morning. When I went to purchase my Define jacket, Chris greeted me and immediately got the jacket he held for me. He was super nice and very friendly the whole time. I took a stroll upstairs to the sales floor and the gal was very nice and explained where all the sizes and different articles of clothing were located. Went today and bought a sports bra on sale. This lululemon is nice since it has two levels. The second level is all sale items. And they have a lot of great things. I loved my experience at this Lulu! I have a jacket that I purchased there over a year ago and the zipper had broken. I brought it to them because I heard that they do repairs. One of the sales associates working there notified me that they wouldn't be able to do the repair but would let me swap out my jacket for one that is comparable. She was incredibly helpful in finding something for me that was similar. This kind of service makes me want to only purchase Lululemon gym wear and come back to this one specifically. While Lululemon is not inexpensive, you know that you will have good quality clothing and great customer service. Highly recommend! read more

By far, my favorite lululemon store!! I live in San Diego and I make it a point to stop by this store when I'm in town. Every time I come here I end up buying something and leaving happy. They have an amazing selection of sale items, the largest I've seen compared to any other stores I've visited here in SoCal. I guess the lululemon stores in the surrounding areas ship their sales items here, so you have a good chance of finding something to kick start or add to your lululemon collection! The staff is also very friendly and helpful without being too "in-your-face." I highly recommend this store and look forward to what I'll find the next time I stop in. My issue is with the greeter at the front door (tall, tan skin man - didn't get his name). I made an online shopping appointment at 10:30am. I get there exactly at that time and I see that the greeter at the front door is putting up some sort of tent. I asked if the store is open and he said that the store opens at 11am. I told him I thought that was strange because I made an online shopping reservation at 10:30am. His reply was "we open at 11am don't worry the store will still be here". His response was very sarcastic! Obviously, the store isn't going anywhere! Why not explain the reason the store had to open at 11am and apologize for the inconvenience?!! So then I return at 10:50am and I see people are shopping and I told him "I thought the store was open at 11am" then he said that they opened a little earlier. Fine whatever. So I grabbed my leggings and exchange a pair I bought online, and the guy at the register asked how my day was and was very friendly. I told him about my online reservation at 10:30am and he told me only today they had to open at 11am because there was some sort of mix up. He was very apologetic too. Completely understandable but why couldn't the greeter at the door tell me the same. Instead, he chose to be sarcastic. I've always wanted to try Lululemon gear but I didn't want to order online so I decided to head in store to try the items on. I admit I was a bit overwhelmed at the different types of tights etc, but I was quickly greeted and immediately helped out. Abby helped my choose the best type of workout clothes for my type of workout and I loved everything! I also checked out the sale section and found some great gear as well! I bought two pairs of tights, a pair of running shorts, and a sleek jacket that I have been wearing non stop. The tights have been perfect during my sweaty workout sessions while still making me look good. I've washed the items several times now and I can tell they will last me a really long time! Overall I really recommend this place: it has a great selection of workout gear and the friendliest staff ever. read more

This place is a joke! I hope the management reads this review! I was there today after hearing such amazing reviews of lululemon brand compression tighty tight workout pants that my friends have got from Beverly lululemon. So as a first time customer walking into the store there was a Caucasian gentleman that was standing by the shoe section just looked at me and I was the one that said hi. Then there was a red head woman who I assume was the manager because I heard her giving instructions to employees mind you while I'm walking the store I see employees walking around talking & greeting other customers but none were even looking my way. So I got to the back of the store there was 5 girls folding pants they all looked at me none of them even asked if I needed help and I saw the manager there too giving instructions to the girls to go upstairs and other stuff. I went to the the front of the store again and approached the guy and asked him about the compression pants and he had no idea what I was talking about he asked the manager who then confirmed it's the tighty tight compression pants and shrugged her shoulders & said we don't have it . Not once looking at me her attention was to the male employee the whole time. I was standing there. Then the male employee tells me we can order it for you and have it delivered I told him I don't even know what my size is which he just said u can go try on any pants and see what size you want. Let me tell you something this store doesn't deserve and shouldn't be in the Americana at all! I was planning on getting 2 pants and I know the price of the compression pants are $150 each so you lost $300+ worth of sales because of your non existent customer service! Instead I treated myself from other stores that actually know what customer service is and value the customers! I am beyond disgusted of lululemon in Americana I will drive to Beverly Hills lululemon and give them the sales but never will I step foot in Americana lululemon in my life! read more

Very disappointed with sales personnel. I have been a lulu fan for a few years and have never experienced poor customer service at other locations. Glendale however is a different story. Who greets you with "wassup"?? So unprofessional. And then trying to return an item purchased 10 days prior. I'm told they can't refund me in cash (which was how I had paid). When I ask why and that the receipt does not say that, the young man gives a reason that honestly left me scratching my head as it made no sense. He then proceeds to refund me in cash without further explanation! I will continue to shop at lulu but never ever will I return to the glendale location. All other locations I have shopped at (calabasas, Beverly Hills and Brentwood ) have been absolutely awesome. Glendale not so much! read more

This place has great clothes for yoga, dance, gym, climbing, you name it if it is active they are great. So they also offer warranty apparently cause I asked since I work for Patagonia and understand the importance of a quality item that lasts a long time. Enviro too?!? Well I believe that they believe they are "green" since they have bamboo clothes, although bamboo IS sustainable it is not the best enviro source for fabric since they require caustic chemicals generally but I digress....I would rather support these guys than most of the companies out there at least they are trying to be enviro....But wait there's more they have such a large selection and they do have some recycled fabrics too which is great. Fit and style really is key and they got that covered, yes it is pricey but the bitterness of poor quality lasts alot longer than the sweetness of low price.....great staff so friendly and welcoming unlike all the other stores I visited in Americana that day. I visited this store several times and always get great customer service. This posting is in regards to possible BED BUGS or FLEA bites that I may have gotten at the store my last visit. On Monday March the 5th I went into the store at Americana to find some workout clothes and tried on some sport bras and pants. After trying on a few new sport bras and pants I chose some pants and purchased them and left the store. I had not been to any other stores or any other clothing retailers that week and noticed the following day I had multiple bites in a relatively close grouping along my bra line, back, and breast areas. Red raised bumps which came about following my fitting at Lululemon in Glendale. Immediately I thought it was from my home, but after an inspection of the apartment and the bedding there were no signs of any bugs nor was my husband who sleeps next to me bitten either. Just want Lululemon to be aware if there is a problem and also maybe someone else may have experienced the same situation. I will continue to shop here as the customer service is great, also I should say that I called the store today and spoke to a sales person (Sat March 10 at 10am) and the person was understanding and did not dismiss it. The woman I spoke to told me they have an exterminator and would look into it. read more

Manager Holly needs a special award for being the most snide, sarcastic person there. I mean, if you walk in at 9 and the store closes at 10, should the customer feel like she's being a nuisance? And its not ok to touch the clothes and ruin the folding? Give me a break.As many have already mentioned, the clothing here is not cheap. If you are going to have high end clothes, I would expect high end service and respect for customers no matter what preconceived notions you might have about them based on appearance.
