Like others have recently pointed out, this particular store has serious customer service issues. I am a huge lululemon fan and have spent a considerable amount of money on this apparel, and specifically at this store. Compared to the Pasadena, Robertson and Beverly Hills stores, the staff at this store have a noticeable vibe/attitude, are less than helpful and unenthusiastic about being there. Please don't dare to return anything here either.. go somewhere else or simply call Lululemon customer service. EVEN WHEN YOU HAVE TAGS ATTACHED and a RECEIPT you get a bunch of questions and a little bit of attitude. Who cares if they have a big markdown rack, most of that stuff is sloppy defective merchandise or poorly rated items that customers have returned or that is left over. Here's the deal with Lulu... ALWAYS read the online reviews on a product BEFORE buying it so that you get the lowdown on how the pants/shirt/ etc will hold up through washing and working out. A bunch of poorly rated items will end up on the markdown rack and are FINAL SALE, so you can't return them. Spend your money at a store where the staff appreciates your patronage... or at least acts like that do! read more

WOW. I love this lululemon. So much better than other lulus I've been to. Received a gift card for Christmas and was determined to get a new workout outfit with my two kids in tow. First impression: store is clean, tidy, and smells wonderful. Staff: Absolutely lovely, well-kept, helpful, and educated. Staff helped me to find exactly what I needed for my workouts without being pushy or aggressive. Just friendly. Parking : Great. Though the store does not validate, the parking is free for the first hour. Extras: The girl at the front walked out of the store with me and down the sidewalk to point me in the right direction for the cupcake shop. There is also an upstairs (a bit crowded) that hosts a bevy of racks for clearance items. There was also an elevator for my stroller. The girl in fits named Alex was also so kind with my two children. She not only helped me hem my pants, but she made sure to talk to my girls and give them books to read. I was exchanging an online purchase for an in-store item, and while we couldn't find it on the floor, Kam went the extra mile to help. He searched through his inventory and even checked the markdown section, where he found the last item in my size at a great discount. Kam's dedication to helping customers is refreshing. It's rare to find such great service in retail. Thanks to him, I saved money and left the store happy. Lululemon pop-up store is very nicely organized. Despite its small size, it's always bustling with customers. What truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional customer service provided by one of the staff. Although I regret not remembering her name, the staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my shopping experience. I highly recommend this Lululemon store not only for its quality products but also for the amazing customer service provided by the team. They also offer fun events like Lululemon 10K Marathon.
