I recently shopped at the Tysons Corner Lululemon. I was very excited to make a few purchases, my first time at this store. The customer service was awful. I'm glad I researched what I wanted to buy online before I came in. There were two employees in the store and neither greeted me or asked if I need any help. Once I found what I was looking for, I had to hunt down an employee to get a dressing room. She was too busy folding clothes while on her personal cell phone and drinking a Starbucks. I needed a few extra sizes, no employee was available to help me, so my sister ended up running back and forth to my dressing room. When I was ready to check out, I had to wait for two employees to finish goofing off and pretend they were modeling to get assistance. When I went home, I made a complaint to the corporate store. They took several days to respond and then put me in contact with the Tysons Corner store manager. It took her several days to respond to my request and her solution is that she passed my feedback on to the store employees. My overall experience was terrible and I will not shop at the Tysons Corner Lululemon store again. read more

While I have purchased products from this store for over 4 years, I had to make my 1st return on Monday for a defective product. Unfortunately, I discovered that customer service is not a value at Lululemon. I bought a t-shirt and shirts from them which I prewashed separately. The shorts bleeded onto the t-shirt during a gym class. After washing, the t-shirt still had stains from their shorts. When I attempted to return the product two days after purchase with the receipt, I learned that Lululemon will not give a refund even for a defective product. I contacted their corporate Guest Education Center and the representative contacted the store in Tysons Corner. Even though she realized that the management team member that she spoke to had lied to her and the store manager admitted it, they still will not provide a refund for a defective product. I will never buy anything from Lululemon again. With companies like REI who value their customers and stand behind their products, why should anyone? read more

Still a fan of the lulu, but I found out that they are no longer doing the free yoga from 10-11am on Sundays after October. They will be eventually partnering up with local studios for community classes at their locations. read more

It's sad that such a great brand has such poor customer service. My girlfriend and I wandered for 30 minutes in this store waiting for assistance by someone, anyone. The associates never once looked us in the eyes or general direction. We assume it was because of our lack of brand named attire we were wearing but it is what it is I suppose. Lululemon is a store that caters to sizes 2-12, period, and doesn't stock larger sizes. I am admittedly on the borderline, even after losing a significant amount of weight, but I can still fit into a few size 12 items. (I'm normally a size 10). I was the largest person present in the store for most of my time there. I struggled with how many stars to give this review because a) service by the "educators" (sales associates/representatives) in the store was being given effusively to the people who very obviously fit into these clothes; but b) the clothes themselves are amazing. I was greeted and asked if I needed anything, then shown to the educator manning the fitting rooms. Her eyes lit up when I said I was about to start Pure Barre and needed something to wear. I was then shown to the pants I needed and told to buy sticky socks. Say the words "Pure Barre" or "Yoga" or something that fits in with the culture, and the response is much more enthusiastic, even if you're a little larger like me. Still, I could tell that I was a lower priority than some of the other customers, who received follow-up questions after going into the fitting rooms, asked if they needed different sizes, etc. After my initial visit into the dressing room I was essentially left to my own devices, and at one point an educator walking toward me with clothes to hang on a rack looked up, saw me, and pivoted away to go back into the employee area. This is all fine, I suppose; I didn't go in to be fawned over or followed around. Additionally, I've read some background on the culture at Lululemon and understand that I am not necessarily their target demographic due to my size (which I am attempting to change). So the logical part of my brain is telling me that they put me on notice (by only carrying sizes 2-12) and that it then follows that if I don't fit into the clothes it may not make good business sense to treat me the same way as other people. The Wunder Under pant, however, is amazing. It's so comfortable I forgot I was wearing it and almost walked out of the dressing room with my own shirt and the pant on. It smoothes, creates a flattering silhouette, and this is honestly the first yoga pant I don't feel compelled to wear a shirt that fully covers the front of my body. There aren't any unsightly lines or shapes in them. I was also able to find a tank top and a sports bra cute enough to show through the tank top. The sale prices are pretty reasonable, though the clothes themselves are a bit pricey but seemingly worth it. read more

I really love this Lululemon location. The staff is SO nice and incredibly helpful in finding other colors, sizes, styles, etc. They're great at being helpful without constantly pestering you while you're shopping. It's pretty large and they have a great selection. Lots of fitting rooms. The only thing I really don't like about Lululemon is their return policy (only two weeks with ALL tags attached). I have also been very disappointed in their sports bras, which you basically can't wear if you need any support at all. Even their sports bras built for "cup sizes" don't work. read more

Returns are a breeze, even when bought online! Very helpful staff, and plenty of staff! !

They were super helpful on the phone, with the young man assuring me that they could take care of my return even without a receipt because it was a really cool item that he just knew someone would love to have their hands on! When I came to the store, he went out of his way to take care of the return and answer all my questions. When the gentleman helping me didn't have an answer, he directed me to his manager who did have an answer. read more

I love this store! It is pricy, but you'll get over sticker shock after you see how great all the clothes are. Head here for innovative, gorgeous technical athletic clothing. The service is also really good. But please be sure to do the "bend-over" test before you buy pants. Some of them are really sheer, and you just have to be sure. The only bad thing about is the prices. They rarely mark down their items, and when they do, it's very random so it's hard to say when to head here for better prices. I did get a great pair of long pants for about $50. If you're a fit fashionista, be sure to head here. read more

I went into the Tysons, VA store last Friday with a pair of pants that had split in the thigh area. The woman at the front desk wasted no time trying to replace them for me. When they didn't have that particular size in black left, she placed the order online. The whole process was super quick. I wasn't expecting the pants to arrive for at least a few days given that it was a Friday and they needed to be shipped to me. To my surprise, the pants arrived the very next day to my doorstep. I am always blown away by the customer service at Lululemon (all the stores I've been to). I definitely plan to be a lifelong customer! read more

Just go to the Mosaic district location to get quality customer service. While you can't beat lulu clothing; it's just great all around however this location doesn't have the best customer service. Perhaps there's a certain look they cater to but nonetheless, the employees at Mosaic down the street are way more personable, helpful and genuinely nice. read more

Lulu is where I go when I need a treat and Starbucks won't cut it. The company's gear is extremely expensive but durable, comfortable, and oh so cute. Definitely a special occassion store, such as when I'm prepping for a marathon or just survived a vinyasa flow yoga class in 98 degrees. read more

Great newly remodeled location for everything lulu. Staff is so friendly and helpful and remembered me by name after just a couple visits. Ask for Tanya! They often have mark-downs on items that are full price online- you just have to stop by every week to make sure you don't miss anything. ;) Careful, it's easy to become an addict. read more

I absolutely LOVE lulu clothes, and the employees at the Tysons store are fabulous!! They are SO helpful in every way - starting fitting rooms without you having to ask or lug around tons of clothes; assisting with recommendations from what sizes to try in the different styles, and whether to go for the regular or long option. I've been there A LOT, and every time, I've had a great experience. Not too much "over-sell" but also enthusiastic about telling you about the products you're trying on. One time, I had soooo much stuff I wanted to buy, but was trying to keep it under a certain dollar amount, and the salesgirl helped me figure out which pieces I needed and which pieces I could afford to wait on (which ended up only being a week or two) :) All in all, great product, great knowledgeable employees, and an overall FUN experience. Oh and they have a free class at my yoga studio on Saturdays - what more could you ask for?! Keep doing what you're doing Lulu!! read more

I love lulu lemon, BUT, the Jacksonville, Fl location is awful. The store is always extremely hot, which makes my visits uncomfortable and short, but the entire staff is extremely rude and mean!!!!!!!!!!! I have spent so much money at that store, I bought a pair of pants (final sale) took them home, put them on and the elastic waistband was shot! I took them back immediately because they told me that they guarantee their products and low and behold, they wouldn't exchange them! Guess what? I will still buy their clothes, but, I will let everyone know what kind of people work there and how crappy their customer service and return policies are. Hey LULU! Take a lesson in customer service from Nordstroms, Costco and Disney! You would be so more successful if you hired friendly, professional sales associates and have better return policies. Don't lie to people and say you stand behind your product and when push comes to shove, you don't practice what you preach. Trust me when I tell you this, companies that lack in customer service and treat their guests the way they do, do not last. I don't care how great the majority of your products (that are all made in China by the way) are, you will go under because people don't appreciate being treated like crap. Gee, after looking at reviews on lulu all across the nation, it seems like rude associates and crappy customer service is pretty consistent everywhere! WAKE THE HECK UP LULU!!!!!!!!!!!
