A super great Lululemon! The staff is so kind in making sure that you get everything that you are looking for. I always feel safe regarding COVID when I am in the store because they do have a store capacity that allows for everyone to stay very socially distanced. It's always so busy! On a nice day outside, there is a line outside down the side of the store, so I recommend getting there right when they open if you are in a rush. It can take around 30-45 minutes to get inside if you are waiting towards the end of the line. read more

I heart you Lululemon. There are 2 different Lulu stores I frequent and this review will be used for both the Naperville store and the Bucktown store. They remember my name when I walk in! The staff show me new styles they think I'll like and they know my favorite color is purple. Now that's customer service! Expensive? Yes. Worth every penny? Most definitely yes. I recently had the thread unravel on my Inspires running pants. These running crops are $86 and I bought them a year ago. I was given 2 different options. 1. They could send them out to their seamstress (free of charge) which would take 2-3 days. Or 2. Just exchange them that day for a different pair of crops. WOW. I chose to grab a pair of Inspires in a different color and I was out of the store in less than 5 min. From the free yoga or boot camp classes to mid week fun runs. First time here returning 2 items for store credit. Cashier takes both items only scans one tag and placed them to the side. Of course I noticed and told the cashier she did not scan the other item.. these items are not cheap and instead she gave me attitude that I did not have the receipt for the other item that my mother bought online? Okay?? Doesn't give you the right to take my belonging and not scan it for credit?? She said she will give me a "pass" LOL and scanned it and gave me full credit. What in the world? Excuse me??? Never will I shop here again. Customer service was horrible and employees pick and choose who to yell at to put a mask on.. really people?! Same employee helped a women without a mask on and checked her out at the register and then yelled at a young women to put their mask on? Prejudice ? If you instill a mask rule then apply it to all customers... you can't pick and choose bad vibes at this store. read more

I just want to say thank you to the lulu team at this store. I recently had my wallet stolen along with my gift card for the store. In hopes of retrieving the remaining balance I asked if there was any way to recover it or disallow the thief from using it. Unfortunately I could not retrieve the card or balance but the manager was sweet enough to give me a gift card for my troubles. It's rare to come into a store where your faith in humanity is restored but lulu employees always manages to be personable and helpful. Thank you guys so much. The store is great. The clothes are very expensive. What garners 1 star from me is the return policy. 14 days WITH a receipt or discounted pricing. Makes giving as a gift terribly risky. The store also does not save any credit card data. I get it, security, but seriously, you can encrypt this and still look up a receipt without retaining all data. Even if I do track down my receipt, I did not time my birthday gift to be within a 14 day window, so discount pricing is the best I can ask for. Lululemon Athletica has gone the way of Best Buy on this one and I will never buy from the store again. Given the clerk likely doesn't care what I have to say on this topic I thought I'd share via Yelp! When you want to charge $100+ for a pair of yoga pants made in Malaysia, at least you can have superb customer service and reasonable policies. read more

Generally Luluman's staff are very friendly and helpful. However, I was insulted by one one of the employees who appeared to be the manager. I was there with my girlfriend who was exchanging an item I purchased as a Christmas present from the downtown location. I had the receipt, bag, and item with the original tag. She asked my girlfriend if she had worn the item and reattached the tag. I was in such shock and so upset that I couldn't respond. That is no way to treat customers who are paying 80-90 dollars for workout apparel. I did eventually say something to the employee but she didn't even gave the common courtesy to apologize. I will never shop at this location again. read more

My favorite local lululemon store! The customer service here is awesome. I actually bought my first piece of lulu here back in 2013. The people in this store are so welcoming and helpful than any other lulu stores that i have been to. The workers at the woodfield location for some reason dont like me there. I walk in there and they give me the "look" and never acknowledge me for any assistance. The oakbrook location, ehh maybe a tad bit better but not best. Looking for the best customer service? Go to the Naperville location. I just exchanged a pair of faulty ABC pants today to a new one with no hassle at all. Look for a girl named Alyssia. Like every other Lululemon store I've visited, the staff at this location is friendly and warm without being at all pushy, and the store itself is airy, inviting and ridiculously tempting - how can you take one look at light pink running skirts and not fall in love (and subconsciously reach for your credit card)? Unlike the Evanston store, this location doesn't have a designated sale rack. Instead, the sale pieces are scattered throughout the store, but once you find them, they're clearly marked. To make the most of your sale-hunting experience, ask one of the floor workers to show you where the deals are - they'll be happy to do so. True, Lululemon is expensive (justifiably so), and if it weren't for the sale pieces it would be totally out of my price range. But their discounted clothes are marked down by $20-30, meaning you can get a really versatile, high-quality running skirt (doubles as an everyday skirt) for $45. Definitely worth it! read more

The staff at this store was GREAT! Very accomodating and helpful. My husband bought me yoga pants and a top from here, of course too small, so we went to exchange for a different size. That is when I found out how much he paid for my pants and top. I have never paid close to $100 for a pair of yoga pants before, but I justified it by the fact that most of their stuff is reversible, so kind of two for one :). Anyhow, the product quality is great and the service is great. I wouldn't hesitate to spend that kind of money on anything from this store in the future. read more

I didn't realize they close at 8pm and made it there just after 8pm. I called the store on my way, and Rich was nice enough to help me find the pants I needed and hold it for me until I got there. Love their sports bras, if you need the inserts so you don't poke out you can ask for a free pair to go with the bra. Love the low back vneck sweater and the shorts and of course the pacesetter skirt. Finally sporty clothes that are more feminine! read more

I don't usually give bad ratings, but the customer service at this location was so terrible I felt I had to. I normally love this location and all of their friendly staff members, but today I had a bad encounter that changed my stand on that. My lulu leggings got ripped while doing Pilates and I explained that to the nice lady I was originally working with, however, the rude lady next to her glares at me then at her coworker and shakes her head at me as if I was lying. She then proceeds to butt in and throughout the whole conversation she was being super rude!! I know so many people that were able to exchange their ripped leggings in the past and the lulu website claims that they can replace them if the product does not perform, so I'm confused on why the lady's best solution for me was to patch mine. I am a loyal customer at this store and have bought many different things from here, but there is absolutely no reason that my $98 leggings should rip within the first 4 months of having them and not be replaced, and even better, there is no reason for the lady to be so rude and blaming about the entire situation!! This store made me feel unwelcome and I felt like I didn't belong in the store and the employees attitudes are snobby.

I came in with a problem with one of my purchases and the store was empty. I was treated very poorly by the one of the employees, and this is not the first time this has happened. They were rude, disrespectful, and did not address my problem or give me there time. The clothes are expensive, so I feel like the service should be over the top, and they treated me like I didn't belong there. I will not go back to this location. I then called the corporate office with my problem and they were very helpful and understanding. They addressed the issue and took care of it. read more

Have been there to browse....horribly expensive. I have also been there for yoga and the instructor that week was severely limited in her knowledge of yoga. There is more to yoga than doing Downward Dog 15 times. Additionally, they apparently allow children to run and stomp all over the place. I have been in the business below this store and they are annoyingly loud and have no idea how the noise carries into their neighbors' stores. Won't be back. read more

I think that really good stores make recommendations that stretch what a consumer might consider to buy and this store is very much like that. I have bought at least three things that I would not have considered before talking with their staff. When we discussed what I was looking for they listened and gave me different pants to try on - even the ones I thought would not work...and they totally did.
