When I first walked in, 2 salesmen saw me and didn't acknowledge me at all. I was going to walk out immediately because I knew it was not going to be my style at all, but I meandered to the women's area and I was right. The merchandise is stuck in the bad, not cool 80s and old fashion style. As I was heading to the door, one of the men that ignored me initially was blocking the door. When he finally acknowledged my existence, I thought he wasn't going to move. I stuck my hand out to open the door and he grudgingly half-ass opened it and said goodbye and replied bye, but he must have not heard me and started to condescendingly say other things. The owner PJ was really friendly and professional throughout our entire visit. Price of the suit was pretty fair too for what it is prior to us paying. We were fitted for a suit really quickly but we were told that the suit would take 6 weeks to come in and we waited nearly 8 weeks and some of my friends are waiting more. If you need to get alteration it will add some time as well. Overall, the presentation of the suit and the staff every time I've been here has been outstanding not nonetheless. They take great Hospitality of their guests throughout the visit which makes up for some lost time. Definitely come back and check out their sales that they have at certain points of the year.

When I received an email that there was a 50% off sale, I decided to visit the Naperville store to check out the new winter coats. The store was well organized and a good variety of sizes and styles. We were promptly greeted by associate #956617 (sorry didn't catch her name, but her number was on the receipt) who was very helpful. The Superior Parka caught my eye in a Bronze color. Unfortunately there wasn't one on the floor in that color. Luckily secret agent #956617 scoured the back room and found one in my size and color tucked away. My latest addition to parka collection is in the closet awaiting cold weather to be put to use. It's actually quite amazing how my Eddie Bauer coats have held up over the years, as none look any worse for wear and tear. I find it an incredible value to have jackets literally lasting for decades and a testament to their quality. I'll be donating a few jackets to charity with confidence they will keep the new owners warm and serve them well.
