Ok.. I do yoga, you do yoga.. they sell yoga toggs. There is this location and now one at Eastview Mall. I've been here for a free class and it was packed, I came in again to check it out. They have bags, gloves, yoga pants, mats and etc. The staff seemed cool, but as others have said you slightly feel sized up.. as did I. Be aware this is the place with $90 yoga pants. It's a fairly big place, light wood flooring and it's bright inside. All I know is people swear by the yoga pants. I in all honesty can't justify paying that much.. sure I'll buy a yoga mat bag for $32 but that's about it.... will I go back sure to buy the mat bag and oh their re-usable bags they give with purchase to be honest are pretty boss. Rochester is my hometown, and when I was home visiting my parents I decided to give this lulu a visit to check out their merchandise compared to my stores in the Charlotte, NC area. I own way too much Lululemon to admit, and I'm a regular at my local store, so i understand how the markdown process works. I asked if there was a markdown rack and the girl I asked said no- but it was actually right next to the bathrooms in open view. They should hide it better if they don't want customers to know it exists! That bothered me, because my educators are so much more helpful. The same educator checked me out at the register. I'm a CrossFit Coach so I get an additional discount. She did not know how to do it...then pretended to do it. I noticed only one item of three was marked down before she ran my card, but she said it was right. Of course, when I saw my receipt it was wrong, and we had to then return and rebuy my items. She knew he messed up but didn't want to admit it to her manager. Not cool. This is a nice, but small store overall. And they are clearly stingy with letting customers know about their markdowns. read more

This placed is nestled in a small plaza/strip mall. I found it by accident. The employees are nice, friendly and helpful. Quality stuff and expensive. $98 for yoga pants! They offer free yoga classes on Sunday's. They bring in guest instructors from the area and clear the floor. I'm looking forward to going. I'm not sure if it's a regular thing or just for the month of February. read more

Very rude customer experience. Assistant manager, Sarah I believe was on phone the entire time of check out process and when I refused to give my phone number decided to snap at me and refused to help me. My best guess is that she was perhaps having a bad day but it's unacceptable to treat customers in this fashion especially a store like Lululemon. I launched 2 complaints against this store (believe a rep named Julia took the details of the complaint to be passed on to Trish, the store manager) but I am yet to hear back whether this feedback has been passed along. Very disappointed and will not be coming back to a place that feels it is OK to treat customers with disrespect and lets employees get away with this type of behavior. read more

This review is a mix of two different visits for the same item. I hope to come back here to shop again and give a better review. After some online research, I decided I wanted to try a sports bra from here and asked my husband to get it as part of a birthday gift for me. He came and found the bra with the help of a sales person. He said she was great and nice but kind of pushy. She wanted Adam to get a bigger size for me and wanted him to get a different color/pattern then what he had planned. Adam knows me too well and stood his ground and got my normal size and the color I would like the best, which is just black. When the sales person finally gave up on the pushing for the sports bra, Adam asked about yoga pants. They found a pair that I would like but Adam ultimately put them back when he saw they were just shy of costing $100.00. They store does not offer their pants in short length however, they will hem the pants for free which I think I would prefer because then I know I am getting the right length since sometimes shorts are still too long for me. Fast forward another week and it is my birthday. I got the sports bra and I tried it on. I was a little iffy as whether or not it would provide the support I wanted while running even though it is a high impact sports bra for running. I asked Adam what the return policy is and he said the lady who helped him said 2 weeks and that I can try it first. I wore it the next day to the gym and it was not supportive enough for me to run 10 miles in without discomfort so I washed it and brought it back to the store. The person who helped me stated they normally wouldn't take the product back since it didn't have the tag attached but he would do so anyway which I was thankful for. I just got Adam's money back but I looked around the store and was impressed with the amount of product and variety there is. Comparing this place to fleet feet, fleet feet has a better return policy which is seriously helpful when buying a sports bra but this place offers more which is going to get me into this store. The only down fall is how expensive it is. I won't pay for some things like $100.00 yoga pants but I will certainly pay about $50 for my shorts since they will be worn more and I like to know I will have the quality that can stand up to my rough work outs. Overall, I will be back here to look at other clothing options, but not before I save up some serious money to afford the good clothing. read more

So I don't ever shop here because it is ridiculously expensive, but I went today for the free yoga. I have found it difficult to find good yoga places in the area, but I really liked the instructor today. They rotate instructors, which I think is a good idea to get a different experience. I have purchased products for years, I have 4 daughters and a wife that enjoy the products. I was promised a delivery by Christmas, it did not arrive so I reached out to research. The "educator" advised me something had gone wrong at FedEx and she would have new order to me in 6 days. On the 7th day I reached out again and now the new "educator" advised me it would ship out on Jan 8th. It seems as though FedEx was never the issue, so why blame them?? If the order was not truly ready to ship when I purchased in store or again when I spoke with them on December 26th, why tell me I would receive it in 6 days both times? I have little faith the order will arrive or ship on the 8th but I promised the product so I will make this my last purchase. Be weary if it is not on the shelf and you are promised a delivery. It seems deceitful to me how the order issue has changed. Disappointed with this type of service. read more

I am so mad at this Lululemon location. My mother bought me this really cute rain jacket (Best Vest Jacket) for my birthday, but I live in Buffalo, so when my mom bought it, she asked if they would be able to exchange the jacket for a different size if it didn't fit, and they told her to call the store to make sure they have the new size before we drive over an hour to the store. Ofcourse, I tried on the jacket when I got it on my birthday and it didn't fit. We called over 10 times and left about 5 messages. No answer, no reply. I had to leave on a trip for NYC so I couldn't do anything about it. I got back a couple days ago and continue to call everyday, and there's no answer. I am so mind blown that a business will fail to pick up their phone! What kind of business is that!! So now I am left with a jacket that's too small, and that lululemon location has lost all of my business. Terrible terrible staff and service:( If anyone has the Best Vest Jacket in the Silver Fox color in size 6, or knows someone that has one and is selling, please let me know because I would really want it!! Ok let's be real here. Whatever the fabric they use for these yoga pants are GOLD, but damn unless you're one of the Pittsford regulars who can dump 150 for a thin tank top and a pair of leggings then I would not recommend this place for you. Though, I do agree it is more than fun to splurge from time to time! That's how I am. Never one to buy pricey things for myself but maybe once a year... IF THAT lol. So anyway I came here today to see what the hypes about and (some of) the employees ruined my experience for this clothing shop. I walk in and IMMEDIATELY get stared at by five goddamn staff members. All 100% focused at my hands(to see if I had a wallet/purse to note whether helping me was to their benefit((commission sales)), and my body. Legit the first girl I talked to just looked at my shoes, legs, arms etc. it was very uncomfortable. And this wasn't one of those friendly "oh let me see what your body type is so we can fit you to what's best"! sort of thing either. It was more like... "okay so you're sweaty, messy, have bad taste, and have no wallet haha you just want to 'look around' don't you" sort of stares. Yeah I just came here straight from the gym so I don't know why girls that are dressed in heals at a ATHLETIC store are raising and eyebrow up at me. Hmmm well now that I know my size I might as well shop online to avoid THAT mess. I will say though the lady who assisted me with a changing room was very friendly...
