I love this Lululemon location. Customer service has been excellent each time I've visited. As soon as I'm through the door, employees have greeted me and asked if I needed assistance with anything. On my most recent visit, multiple employees offered their assistance (either with finding something or offering to hold my purchases at the front so I wouldn't have to carry them as I shopped). I ordered a pair of pants online and stopped by a Lululemon store to try them on. When they didn't work, I went to the register to return them and was told I couldn't return them until the next day because the purchase "hadn't run through their system yet." This was confusing, considering my credit card had already been charged. What made the situation worse was what came next: I was told that in order to process the return, the store would need to scan my California ID -- not just look at it, but scan it into their system. This is deeply concerning. In California, scanning a government ID is not legal unless the practice is clearly disclosed and the purpose is explicitly stated, typically for fraud prevention in limited situations. That was not the case here. No disclosure, no explanation, just "this is the only way we can do the return." There is also no logical reason for this request. My ID is not tied to my online purchase, it is not "in their system," and there is no matching function taking place. If the transaction truly hadn't posted yet, scanning my ID would not solve that issue -- so why collect that data at all? Between the system excuse that doesn't align with the credit card charge and the insistence on scanning my ID without transparency, this experience felt unnecessary, invasive, and poorly handled. I expect better from a brand that positions itself as premium and customer-centric. I left without completing the return and with serious concerns about Lululemon's in-store practices around customer data and privacy. read more

Full transparency--I didn't check into this place, didn't take a single photo, and don't remember anyone's name who helped me out. (Bad yelper, bad!!) Despite this I would feel ashamed and guilty if I didn't write a review about my experience. In all fairness, I never thought I would ever shop at such a place, but I went into the store at this location looking for some runner shorts I saw a friend wearing the other day. I was amazed at the selection of athletic wear. So many bright colors, so many styles and outfits to choose from..! I stayed focused. I had called ahead and asked for said shorts to be put aside so I could try them on. Turns out this hadn't been done. Not one, not two, but FOUR associates stopped what they were doing to try to help me. That was great customer service. We found the shorts, I tried them on (clean dressing rooms guys, and really nice and bright!) and despite the price I figured, why not, I'll get them. As I was going towards the check out I stopped dead in my tracks because there on a hanger was the most beautiful running jacket I'd ever seen. Bar none. I asked an associate about sizing and she said they didn't go up past a certain size (I'm plus size) but then pulled out of thin air THAT jacket in their biggest size and said, "Really, go try it on, I think this will fit." I loved it the minute I tried it on, but felt self conscious, so I asked the woman in charge of the fitting rooms to give her honest opinion. She actually thought I could go down a size, but after some discussion about length I decided to keep my selection. At checkout I found out the associate that had helped me met the clerk know I am an RN (it had come up in convo). They gave me a medics discount and I got 15% off. Now I'll just need to sign up for a verified medical account and I'll get 15% off every time I shop there. No one had to do any of this for me. None of this was necessary. But each team member who helped me today went out of their way to do so. Fabulous service. And the quality of the jacket is worth the price. It's an investment into my wardrobe for years to come. 8 4 2024 This Lululemon location has the best CS. They are all accommodating. I didn't purchase anything for myself on this visit but had to pick up on husband's behalf. They are very organized. Sadly, the hemming for the pants was done incorrectly so we had to come back. Easy breezy exchange. No fuzz or questions. The sales associate helped us the way we wanted to be helped and she went over and beyond. She also assisted me with some recommendations for travel pants. This Lululemon location is pretty big but it can also get crowded. With the big floorplan they also have a lot of options displayed. They also have plenty of staff available to help with questions or to find items/sizes. If they don't have the color or size you're looking for in store they can also help you order it to be shipped straight to your house. I personally like trying things in person instead of ordering online so it's always nice to visit the store first. read more

Luluemon in Roseville Galleria Mall is one of the few stores I love to check out every time when I'm there. The store has so many choices of clothing perfect for exercise or yoga. Colorful and beautiful! The salespersons are very friendly in Lululemon. They're not going to bother anyone, but they're ready to help if you have any questions! They do not up hold their quality promise nor do the employees communicate. I was told I could exchange a pair of leggings that I bought in 2024 however when I came in again today they denied me because the pair I bought in 2024 was made in 2023, which is not my fault nor something I could control. Virgina (short blonde hair) was extremely rude and was telling me I was lying and that I must've brought it a pair from a purchase before my 2024 purchase. As someone who has been coming to lululemon more frequently and recommending their product to friends and family, I can say I will no long be doing so. So sad to see a company treat people so rudely. Finally started my lulu collection here at the Roseville location. I am super late to the game. Lululemon became my new "at home fits" since COVID hit. This location was my go-to lulu spot! I know what you're thinking: why not just order online? Because that waiting game is not for me. If I can just drive and pick it up, I'll do it! (Unless of course it was an online item only. Lol) I like to look online and see if the Roseville location has what I'm interested in. If they do, it's simple. I'll call, place an order and pay through the phone, and then I'll drive to the Roseville Galleria Mall and park outside Crate & Barrel. Then I'll call them and let them know what car I'm in and they'll come to me and just hand me my items! This is super nice if you don't want to get out of your car and walk inside the mall. I will say that inside the store is pretty big, much bigger than the Arden Lululemon. I also feel like they have a lot more selection here at the Roseville location. If you're debating on copping those cute align leggings you've been eyeing, this is your sign to just get it! read more

Doing a little holiday shopping and needed to pick up my wife a few new fits. No better place than a new fit from lulu, my wife and I both love the product but not the customer service. I would give 5 stars if it was rating on product but since I had a horrible visit I'm giving one star. As I was browsing through the sizes (looking at the tags) one of the sales associates had the nerve to say these are all regular price items, the clearance items are near the register. That was so disrespectful I don't care about price I was just trying to find some fits for my wife for Christmas. The second issue I had was the 10 cents for a bag. So you know you I do not mind paying, but what really ticked me off was there customer in front of came back to the register as I was getting ranged up for my items asked for a bag and the sales associate just gave her one. So if I get ranged up decline a bag come bag after I pay I get a bag for free no questioned asked. Admittedly, I'm not a giant fan of clothes shopping and rarely find myself in a mall. I wanted to give this place some proper acknowledgement for courteous, friendly, and informative service. From the guys working the floor, ladies working the changing rooms, and cashier upon checking out they were all great. Parking was easy to find in the back and I was in and out finding what I went for. Lululemon isn't necessarily inexpensive so the jury is out whether I see a positive value with durability coupled with comfort. Came here with my siblings just now and have never felt as much disrespect as I did coming into this specific retail store. I get that it's Black Friday weekend and workers have to be more vigilant with shoplifters and what not, but calm tf down and watch it with the PROFILING. Tried on a pair of joggers so that I could tell my sister which one to get me for Christmas lol. After trying em on, I go back to the section where all the joggers are at to return em. As I'm putting my COLUMBIA jacket on, a worker comes up to me and watches me zip my jacket up, trying to look at the inside of it as if i was stealing something. She proceeds to ask me if I tried on/liked the jacket (and she pointed at the one display). I said "what?" It didn't make sense to me why she asked me about a jacket I had not even looked at, passed by, or asked about. (It's a retail strategy when an employee thinks that someone is stealing, to specify the item they think is being stolen-ex: "Can I help you with that black zip up jacket?"). As I walk over to where my siblings were at, my sister notices that 2 of the workers are watching/keeping eyes on us. At this point, I'm hella over it. I was going to just bite my tongue and forget about it, but the whole situation just got me irked. It started out as an outstanding purchase from the Pleasanton store (which is further from home than Roseville). I was driving home with my new One More Mile jacket and decided I shouldn't have been so hasty to buy it in white just because the black option wasn't available in my size. I called Roseville before driving the hour to see if they had the black in a size 6... they didn't, but the lady who answered the phone offered options on how to remedy the situation. I came into the store and immediately was welcomed by a staff member! I told her my situation. She double checked to make sure they didn't have the black in size 6 and then took me to the line, which wasn't too long, and helped me order the size I needed on the website while we waited. She had it shipped to my house for free so I wouldn't have to drive all the way back to pick it up too! By the time that was complete, she had me in the front of the line for the return of the white. I took a bit to browse in case I saw anything else I liked. About 20 minutes later, as I was leaving, the same lady that helped me said bye to me BY MY NAME! The store was busy the whole time. It wasn't like I was the only one there! Completely caught me off guard. Outstanding! I would call to check sizes if you know what you want though. I found most items I reached for didn't have 4-8. Lululemon is offering a 25% discount for health care providers for in-store shopping. I am a pharmacist and tried to use the 25% discount and when I showed the cashier my pharmacist license, she said that pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are not considered health care providers. I was shocked because what are pharmacists considered if we're not considered health care providers? We ensure patient's drugs don't interact with each other, administer immunizations, give consultations and the list goes on. Mind you, most of my patients comes to me/ other pharmacists for recommendations because they do not not want to wait in the doctor's office. A lot of my patients can't even get ahold of their doctors sometimes. I'm disappointed in Lululemon and am surprised that I'm lost for words. read more

Yesterday I went into this store to purchase some birthday gifts for my boyfriend. Nathan was the employee who helped me out. He was simply FANTASTIC. Between deciding colors and getting the correct sizes, as well as showing me some new items I hadn't seen, he was extremely helpful. I asked tons of questions and fretted over things and he never once looked annoyed or frustrated. He even held up whole outfits so I could take a picture to see if I liked how it looked together. He didn't have to do that, but talk about going the extra mile... I have shopped at this store many, many, times and he was by far the best experience I have had with employee interaction since this store opened. Once upon a time (about a year ago) a girl told herself that she would NEVER spend $100 on a pair of leggings... Cut to the present, her closet houses several pair of buttery Lululemon leggings in a vivid rainbow of colors and she basically lives in Lululemon on a daily basis and considers jeans to be 'formal wear'. I honestly love this brand. So this review is both for the Roseville Galleria store as well as the company as a whole. Every time I go into the store I am warmly and enthusiastically greeted and the educators are more than happy to help find any item I am on the hunt for or to answer any questions I have. There are a few associates who are happy to talk with my SUPER chatty kids who love to tell them how much their mom "LOOOOOOVVVEEESSSSSS Lululemon." I digress. Let me shift gears to company customer service as a whole. Recently I placed an order for a Scuba hoodie as it wasn't available in store in my size. As I eagerly tried it on I realized that there were three spots on the front of the hoodie. Sure, it shouldn't have made it through quality control to be sent back out but it's still 100 degrees where I live so I can be patient. I contacted online customer service and they were AMAZING. Not only did they help me place an order for a replacement but they offered expedited shipping and a gift card to apologize for the inconvenience. And the cherry on top was how nice and polite customer service is. Other stores really should take notes--this is how it's done and I don't even really care about the gift card.
