I went in there and got some jewelry and the lady said that it wasn't final sale and then when I tried to return it the sales person said that she couldn't do a return and then I told her that the sales lady earlier said that this was not final sale and she said okay I'll return it but then she didn't even want to do it once she couldn't make the price right to match the two for one accessory deal so she didn't return anything and she said no come back tomorrow when the other girls working and then she still refused and acknowledged their no return policy. Customer service is great here...compared to the Arden Aldo store. I have been a fan of Aldo for my work heels for many years. A few years ago, I purchased a cute pair of white/cream colored wedges that are SUPER comfortable. I still wear them and definitely great quality. I always get compliments on those white/cream wedges EVERYWHERE I go. They were on sale for about $40. Recently purchased black pointed toe pumps for work (they had a shorter 2 inch heel which was perfect for walking around at work). They were on sale for $30. You can't beat that price especially for ALDO. Can't wait for my next purchase here. My advice: if you see a pair of shoes, you like...wait on it and think about it. Likely that the next time you come in...they'll be marked down. Sizes: I'm usually a 7.5 shoe size but all my shoes I've purchased here have been size 8 or "38". They run smaller is what I've noticed. read more

But I fell in love with one of their bags so I decided to give the galleria location a try, and I am so glad I did! Adrian went above and beyond to make sure I left as a satisfied customer. I brought a pair of shoes in that I ordered online for a return. My printer doesn't work so I thought it would be easier but I was wrong!! The gal working accused me of wearing the shoes out and told me she wouldn't accept the return. I had to tell her multiple times I hadn't worn the shoes except around my house when trying them on and my boyfriend even had to chime in and confirm I hadn't worn them out. They have horrible customer service here and are very rude.. wouldn't recommend. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. read more

I love Aldo's shoes, but why don't they carry enough stock? They always seem to be out of my size (men's 10). The excuse is always something like "Well it's a common size, sorry. We can order them for you!" If it's so common then why doesn't the store get stocked with more units? And employees act as if a size up or down is an acceptable alternative, which is frustrating. Aldo is not cheap, and I'm not going to drop that much cash on a shoe that will cut off my circulation or slide around on my feet, giving me blisters. Why have a brick and mortar store if the main sales strategy is "well we can order it for you..." I go into a store to make a purchase and leave with something - if I wanted to wait longer to get the product I would have just ordered online and saved myself a trip. read more

I always have a nice experience when coming into Aldo. Shoes are good and customer service is great. They always have the cutest sandals and heels out for display. I came in today to buy a pair of sandals at which I had to order online cause they didn't have my size which was fine. But checking out, the lady had a hard time understanding all the information i was giving her to ship them. She then did not give me a paper receipt for the transaction I made on placing the order of the shoes. Instead she mentioned that it was emailed to me. I waited in the store for 5 minutes for me to receive the email, i then proceeded to ask her if she had sent it to the right email because i did not receive anything & if i could just get a paper print out instead & she mentioned that it would come to me in a couple minutes since there is not WiFi connection in that area ? It is now 10:17pm as I'm writing this review and I still have no received an email for the purchase I had made today. I called the store 3 times but no answer , i was unable to leave a voicemail because it's full & there is no email i can even send a complain on receiving information on my order. I'm scared that the email she sent it to could possible call in and cancel my order or even change the destination of my shoes. I'm extreme upset about it. read more

I've always liked ALDO. They always have at least one pair of heels for me to fawn over. If only I ever had the chance to wear heels anymore. Oh well. There was a lady that treated me like I was poor for example, she and her coworker looked at me and said I think this is wayyy out of your budget! First off none of your business!!! PERIOD!! I went there a second time months after because I was in need of heels and the limit was only 10 people keep that in mind. People were going in and out they were about 15 people in there and would not let me go in there because do to "full capacity"!!!!!y'all that is not ok they only let me go in there after 7 people left unbelievable!!!!!!! Shoes are very cheap and uncomfortable . I bought boots that looked cute online and wore them for about an hour before I had sharp pain in both feet. I took them off immediately and put them back in the box to return. When I get to the store they told me they can't return or offer exchange due to signs of wear. I was very disappointed that I wasted my money on shoes I will never be able to wear. I even tried using insoles and not even that helped. read more

Too bad I can't choose zero star. I bought a pair of shoes from Aldo for the first time and they fall apart in 2 weeks. I wore them in the office and a few times outside. I've never had shoes lasting 2 weeks. Regardless of the quality shoes should last at least one season. I spoke with a sales agent and she asked me to bring them in for a return or exchange. When I brought them in the manager told me that they don't exchange or return since the shoes are in very bad shape. Of course they are, cause they fell apart in 2 weeks and looked like I wore them 2 years. She wasn't willing to do any returns or exchange for another bad quality pair of shoes. I would suggest to pay attention at the quality of heir shoes before you buy anything! read more
