I noticed a top on a sales rack but no bottoms to match and I asked an associate if they had any options, she had a look through then went in the back and found a beautiful pair of bottoms that could match and in my size, I was genuinely blown away. Corrie's kindness and care went above and beyond, I really like her efforts towards me. Would I go back? Yes. I think pricing- there's a little something for everyone's budget which is really nice to see.

I watched a sales associate excitedly greet two women who were also shopping for bras. I waited for her to come out of the fitting room to help me. She did not help me or even acknowledge me. Nor did the other two sales associates who were there. Two other women came into the store after me and were also greeted in a friendly manner. I don't want to think that I was ignored because I was the only person of color in the store, but I can't figure out any other reason why I wasn't shown the same courtesy. Very disappointing as I've heard good things about Soma bras.

If you pass the 30 return policy, we HAVE to give you the money on our merch cards and the original price is lowered to its price at the moment. SALE items are nonreturnable. Online returns: if you payed through PAYPAL, our system will not even recognize the info if we type in the receipt, this is why i usually show the screen when i type it in to show the customers that i honestly cannot do anything about it. There are instructions at the bottom of your receipt on how to return them online. If you didn't pay through paypal and used your card, we are able to accept it, just PLEASE make sure you have your receipt with you. Please be respectful and understanding that we don't make the rules that we genuinely have to follow. Secondly, I got a return balance put on a gift card, and when I came in to use the gift card the next time, I was told it was empty. Customer support was no help and nobody spoke understandable English. I strongly advise to go to any other store in the mall.

I'm happy we have a store in Sacramento and not have to drive all the way to Galleria.

I told her I was looking for a specific style of undergarment, "boy shorts", and she immediately went to the back to grab a pair for me to try. When that one wasn't quite what I was looking for, she quickly brought me another option, and it was exactly what I needed. On top of that, I was wearing a blazer dress that had lint all over it. My husband casually asked if they happened to have a lint roller, and Yasmeen didn't hesitate, she said, "I do! I got you!" Total lifesaver. I ran to the dressing room to put the shorts on while my husband checked out, and when I came back out, he already had the lint roller in hand.
