I've always loved the warming atmosphere when coming to this store. Actually, for some reason I've never wanted to go to any other Lulu store because the customer service here is fantastic. I was coming back home on a trip and had money left over, so my heart and my head screaming "you need new pants". I had just gone through a huge part in my life, and lost 70 pounds. The lady helping me, Alex, was very welcoming from the second I stepped in the store. She was very outgoing and had a genuine approach. Being a young adult struggling with severe depression, anxiety, and PTSD, I can hardly even talk to strangers. But for some reason, I was able to tell her anything. She was outstanding at helping me find what I was looking for, and to see more options while I was at it. I would love to come here again just for the amazing experience I had today. Little things like the customer service experience I had, really can be a big deal to how someone's day or even week can be changed. I've been meaning to write this review and after frequenting the store again today I decided to just knock it out. This store has really good customer service. There was this one girl and guy in particular that I wish I got their names to give them props but because I did not I will have to resort to descriptions....The girl wasn't there today but she is blonde and has a kind of texan accent very peppy and the guy is Black and also kind of peppy and both just had such a good attitude. They didn't have my size but they went above and beyond to try to help me get it at another store and they also gave me feedback as I tried the apparel on. I know this is their job but I've found some of the other reps do it kind of like a chore and these two just did it with cheer. They seemed to both be really genuine and grateful to have their jobs which is really refreshing to encounter in Beverly Hills. read more

Sadly, the clothes at lululemon don't fit me well. The shorts/pants are too high waisted and rolling them down enough just looks ridiculous. I like the idea of some of their tank tops, but they just aren't cut right for me. I keep returning to this particular store when I'm in the area hoping that they will have a new line of low waisted pants. This store is a yoga girl's haven-- foldover yoga pants, booty shorts, crossover bra tops/tanks, workout bags...it's all here. The staff is really serene and friendly and helpful. They hold a free weekly yoga class there and seem to foster community, which is cool-- seems more personal than most fitness stores. They value function first, then style, according to the sales guy-- most of the items are pretty stylish though and you could wear them out after working out without feeling silly. I wouldn't go as far as the guy said, wearing one of the yoga tops to yoga then clubbing...but maybe for a grocery store run. read more

I'm so glad I found such a comfy pair of yoga pants! I love my reverisible groove pants from Lululemon. they're light, comfy and fit really nicely. They're so comfy that they've become my weekend errand-running, lounging uniform. :) For all you petite people like me, Lululemon also hems their pants for free. read more

I live in their clothes. It's the best quality and fit. I've washed a pair of pants over 300 times and it still looks new. Amazing.

This is my favorite place for workout clothes I usually check in with them every month to see what is new. Their colors are always changing and while their shorts and pants are a little more expensive than other places they last forever. I absolutely love Lulu clothes, this store and all the helpful and friendly staff. This is my favorite Lulu store in Los Angeles, even although the one at Glendale Americana is closer to my house. If I need something particular I usually call the store and ask them to put items on hold until I come later that day and pick it up. And I love how they have public parking garages for 2 h free parking on Beverly Dr. and Canon Dr. (free before 6 o'clock, flat $3 after) Free classes are the big plus for people who live in the area - they are doing yoga right at the store on Sundays (check class schedule) I did not attended classes here, but attended some at Glendale. I am giving this store a 5 stars. read more

My first time in the store , I had very specific needs shopping for a client. The first girl who offered to help me literally abandoned me ( and not for another customer ) she seemed like after I asked a few questions about sizing and mentioned some of my specific needs, she just basically walked away from me and only answered my sizing question never bothered to excuse herself or further assist . Found another girl to help me who was nice. But after I spent $900 she literally forgot to put one of the items in my bag ... it was extremely inconvenient for me as I only realized when I was some 20 miles away and I needed the item for the next day so I had to drive all the way back in rush hour before it closed . I will never shop this location again . When I did return, the employees there were very nice but the mix of attitudes of the retail staff is very undesirable . Find better service at there locations . read more

All around amazing! The employees are friendly, the sporting wear and equipment are well-made and displayed very aesthetically, and the free 9:30am classes on Sundays are challenging and enjoyable. The Sunday classes also gives you an opportunity to check out different classes and instructors in the local area. Love it! read more

I'm not gonna lie flattery will get you everywhere with me! The girls at this location are so nice (specially for beverly hills)! And actually every location I have been to the girls are all the same way and actually know about yoga and the product. OK so the prices are pretty dang steep, 100.00 for sweat pants? But you can find some sales, and the the clothes are so stylish I could wear them outside the gym and still look nice. By the way not that I have talent in the chest area but my Double D friend said their sports bras are outta this world. No more uni-boob or getting a black eye when running :) read more

like paper source, one of my ALL TIME favorite stores, i came to lululemon... i've been fortunate to have visited 3 of their locations: beverly hills, marina in sf and in chicago... and i have to say, i was quite pleased with the chicago store byfar, yes, for both PAPER SOURCE & LULULEMON. more friendlier staff (and i swear, for all the 3 locations i've been, for those who don't know, all 3 (BH, armitage/halstead in chicago, & marina in SF) are considered to be a yuppy, yet fashionable crowd where they have most of the high end goodies... given that, i must say that, chicago topped all 3 when it comes to service. the store itself, lululmeon's chicago store had MORE stuff than the marina & the one in BH. for those who don't k now about this store, it's literally, "yoga heaven" in my opinion... the reason why i am writing a review for BH, is only because i didn't buy anything at the chicago store because i didn't wanna drag and carry stuff around... and i was fortunate that they had a store right in BH, but only to find out that the BH store is much smaller with limited items. this is a yoga inspired fitnes apparel company. this store carries a huge range of items from head to toe, such as: sandals, culture wear, fitness wear, athletic wear for every type of sport, for the most part, accessories, yoga/pilates dvds, and list goes on.. parking & my personal ratings: BH - park in those structures or go figure on finding yourself a spot on beverly.. 3 stars Chicago - take the CTA and just walk ... i believe it was the brown line or the red, and get off ARMITAGE. 5 stars Marina - well, given that, i was staying in the marina, i walked right on over. parking is horrific, given that u ARE in the marina, so GL! 3.5 stars. read more

I became a work-out junkie this past year, and slowly but surely I picked up on the fact that all of the people that I worked out with were wearing Lululemon. I resisted it for a while. I'd grown up on the idea that you just wear your old t-shirts to the gym. However, I was clearly out of the loop. Anyway, I ended up deciding that I wanted to fit in with the cool kids/ the lululemon pants really did look good on people so I told my husband that I'd like a gift card from them for the holidays. He dutifully got me a $150 gift card. I waited a couple months to use it because I wanted to lose some weight beforehand. Anyway, I finally lose the damn five pounds and I can't find the gift card! I was horrified. One, I hate wasting anything. Two: I didn't want to disappoint my husband Three: I really wanted some cute lululemon pants!! Thankfully, I had the receipt. I though maybe they could look up the transaction and trace that the gift card hadn't been used so they could re-issue me a new card. So, with hope in my heart I called the store, but no one answered, and so I left a message... THANK GOD!! The next day I hadn't heard anything back so I tried calling again. This time someone answered the phone. The chick on the line sounded like your stereotypical, incapable of thinking outside of the box, dumb girl, and she pretty much was (at least with me)... She told me that she'd never heard of anyone being able to replace a lost gift card. I pressed the issue further because I had a feeling that she was wrong. To her credit, she then gave me the number to the lululemon corporate office. In my mind surely whoever answered the phones at corporate would have their shit together. However, another similarly dumb sounding twit came on the line, and told me with absolute certainty that there was no way I could get my gift card replaced and that I was basically SOL... Oh and I might add that neither of these girls had any sympathy for me or my situation. I'm sorry but losing an expensive present is kind of a big deal for some of us. They couldn't have cared less, in fact. After talking to corporate, I was felt incredibly defeated. My husband had showed me some horrifying article about lululemon and I was thinking that I was receiving some sort of karmic backlash for having chosen to shop at a place like this. But, then someone from the store called me.. they were returning my call from the message that I had left the day before. The girl on the line sounded smart, compassionate, and capable, and my hope became restored. She told me that there was a chance that she might be able to recover my gift card if I brought my receipt in. Ahah!! What I had originally suspected!! She explained that there wasn't a guarantee that she could help me, and that it would take some time on her end to work it out, but that she would absolutely try. I couldn't believe it. The disparity of my experience with her compared to the morons I spoke to on the phone previously couldn't have been more wide. Sure enough, a couple days after I dropped off my receipt, I received an email saying that they had been able to recover my gift card information and that it hadn't been redeemed. If I came into the store, I could pick up my new gift card. Of course, I gleefully did! And, today I bought my first pair of lululemon pants, a pair of shorts, and a t-shirt. I am thrilled with how nice they look. Again, though there was a striking difference between the types of employees. Some seemed sharp, kind, genuinely helpful, and welcoming, ( the girl who checked me out was an absolute delight) and the others just seemed sort of clueless... Eh, though.... this is probably the case pretty much everywhere, and might not be unique to lululemon. All I have to say is that they almost lost me as a customer... as I'm writing this I hear how incredibly deuchy I just sounded, but all I'm saying is that it would behoove lululemon to be more careful about the people it employs. Who knows how many others had experiences like mine and never return to the store because they weren't lucky enough to run into the really good employees of the store who could have helped them or made their experience a much better one. No company is perfect, but they definitely sell an amazing product, and there are obviously some awesome people working for them. Just lose the dumb pretty ones... read more

Lulu lemon is honestly one of the best stores ever. I love that if something breaks or rips, they are always on it. The one major negative for this location is the parking, and for all stores, the prices! However, the staff and quality of clothing makes up for it. read more

I'm going to get straight to the point, one of the worst customer service based lululemon stores I have ever shopped at, when I first entered the store there was not one employee that even tried to approach me after several attempts of eye contact, they seemed as if I was not even present or apparently I was one of those customers that was not worth time because I did not intend on buying anything at all. So I will bite and ask for help myself but then apparently the employees of this specific store was all to busy standing around pretending to be busy, first one said they were busy with another customer and would come back to me next, but after she finished she moved onto another customer that was not me, so I tried with another employee, this one said she was busy searching for another customer on the phone, so I waited patiently again, no service still after 15 minutes and standing around looking at these so called workers...I gave up and just got what I needed as gifts and moved on to the register. And this is the worst, I spent almost 1k on merchandise, when I asked for a second bag because these were gifts for two separate people, I got an attitude, she made it seem like I was a beggar asking for a grocery bag to store away my dirty laundry or something. Miss at the front cashier I just spent a thousand I think the company would not mind giving me a second bag. Not trying to be an ass or act like a douche or anything but come on, really...worst shopping experience of my life. They should just have a self checkout, this way people will at least know what to expect when they come to this location, no service to self serve my friends read more
