This may be long but this would be the most recent review from the last 6+ months.‍ I went into Lululemon for the first time-ever. I normally shop for my athletic wear at Victoria's Secret and boy-oh-boy was there a difference. When I walked in, tbh, I wasn't sure who worked there as there were people walking around all over the store; but it wasn't even a minute before someone came up to me and asked how they can help me. I explained how this was my first time and I got a tour of nearly the entire shop and she was helping me find the right gear that fits my style. Alexis was the first gal I spoke with and she was asking me tons of questions about my personal style and how I like clothes to fit and was grabbing some of the top items that matched what we had discussed. After being slightly overwhelmed in the variety that Lulu provides, I walked around the store and started grabbing a few other items to try on. Alexis reserved a fitting room for me and even came back up to me and took some of the things I had grabbed and put them in the dressing room. When I walked in, they were laid out and hung nice and neatly so that you could clearly see all the items. After trying on the leggings- ooooh girl, the compressed fit ones are hard as hell to get on- but they aren't too tight so it didn't give me a muffin top with my lil chub which was bomb. The regular leggings were so soft and, tbh, made my a** look real nice. I also tried on a sweater which was the absolute most comfiest sweater EVER. I originally went in to get 1 item from the store and man was it a hard decision! I browsed their shoes and omg they are so cozy! I got the raindrop-bliss shoes and it was literally the last pair in just my size- which I took as a sign it was meant to be. I had such a wonderful experience at lululemon, during the duration of my time spent in the store- there were 2 other girls who came up to me and offered their assistance in my shopping experience. If anyone is thinking if they should go here- I would say without hesitation to do it. Go there, try stuff on and I'm sure without a doubt you'll fall in love just as I did with the brand. Everything is literally so comfy! + did I mention it's all stylish af?! Cause this place is literally my new go to for new athletic/active wear. Lol even the conversation with Alexis I felt totally comfortable admitting that I sometimes wear athletic gear just to go out and about my day. To my surprise I was informed they make gear for such purposes too! Whether you do hard cardio or strength training, yoga/meditation, or literally just to sit at home- you will absolutely find something here that fits your needs and style!! Golly I love this place. There are many reasons why I continue to wear Lululemon work out wear despite the ridiculously high prices. The clothes never fade and their fit is fantastic. I used to wear Hard Tail but within a few washes, they fade to a blackish-grey color. You can't beat Lulu's fit, especially the pants. The prices are way too high in my opinion, but they do have a sale section in the store in which the clothes are usually about %20 off retail prices. The other saving grace is that they tailor all of their pants for free. Being a petite woman, this actually translates to a $20 savings in tailor fees. They do offer complementary tailoring on sale items as well. Can't imaging wearing anything else! read more

fraud - lululemon is a fraud ***. do not buy their cheap products they are defective **** i purchased a mens swim trunks. the glue that they used came off, and because it was in my butt area i dind't notice it until i was in a very public place. my entire butt was exposed for hours. i notified lulu lemon with a certified letter and they didnt even respond. their products are defective, they refused to fix the issue or even address it. i will be leaving this honest story on every review i can beware of this fraud company read more

When we asked an employee for help locating the dress, the interaction felt very unfriendly and dismissive. I completely understand retail can be busy and stressful, but the tone and body language made it feel like asking for assistance was an inconvenience. It made the shopping experience uncomfortable instead of welcoming. Things became even more uncomfortable when I was in the fitting room trying on a dress and another employee entered without knocking while I was changing. There was no warning or pause before entering, and it caught me completely off guard. Privacy in fitting rooms should really be handled more carefully. At that point, I honestly just wanted to leave. The only employee who made the experience better was Tiffany, who was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. She was the one bright spot during the visit and I appreciated her professionalism. To make matters worse, I was then told to go to the Melrose location because they supposedly had the dress in stock there. After spending another 30 minutes driving over, I found out the dress was not actually available. The inaccurate inventory information made an already frustrating experience even more disappointing. I am intentionally avoiding personal or physical descriptions in this review, but I believe management should be able to determine which employees were involved based on the timing of my visit and the interactions that occurred in the fitting room and sales floor areas. Ok, the service has to be the main reason why I return to this place. When I fist came in, I was greeted like a friend...no, a close cousin! It was pretty great. Every worker I met there has helped me select my outfits and I trust them! I'm truly grateful that APC has such an outstanding store. The store helped me select an important outfit for work and I felt so confident after the visit. Simply put, great people helping people.

Selection can vary based on what's online - I've found the women's section to be a bit selective on the items available but when I am looking for some basic items it's great. Employees are pretty helpful as well if the registers get busy they'll open another register when the line gets a bit longer. Also great if you want to return an online order in store.
