Victoria Secret is located on the second floor at Galleria Sunset mall. I was warmly welcomed by Vida at lingerie and clothing section, she is very kind and friendly. I like their clothing line, the style is pretty nice, their material is great, and very comfy. They have cute accessories, purses, and tote bags. I was looking for a specific travel size lotion. There's a lovely scent I really like which is a body spray mist and it usually has a lotion that goes with it. I could not find the item and it doesn't look like they have it in stock. I spoke with Jennifer, and was told they usually carry small lotion as a gift set which will be available during Christmas time. She recommend to check back around late October and November for the gift set. read more

Did a pick up order today. As I entered store a girl greeted me but before I can say anything she rushed away. Waited at the designated spot for pick up orders for about it 5 minutes. Saw a few workers that supposedly still didn't notice me. After waiting more I went to the register where there's no line and the store is not busy at all. The cashier then told me I have to go back to the pick up area to get my order, I then told her I was waiting for this whole time and no one came to help me. She said "oh someone will be there now" I then went back and still no one there and I waiting more for my pick up order. Finally someone came and said did I have a question I guess still no one told her I have been waiting for my pick up order. It's been a long time since I stepped inside of a Victoria's Secret. Sadly, the one at The District (closest to me) went out of business and now I have to go back to driving an extra two miles to go to the one inside Galleria at Sunset. I've been buying their products online over the past couple of years. Normally, I prefer online shopping rather than in-store shopping because it's always hard to find my bra size and the line to checkout is always so long. I've been inside this VS numerous times (I first came here when I was 11 or 12. I started with their beauty products, tshirts, and sweatpants. As I got older, I began sticking to their bras and underwear), so I know their setup fairly well. Many of my bras are very old and falling apart, and I decided that it was time to buy new ones. It was a Monday afternoon so the store wasn't crowded - just a few patrons here and there, and there was hardly a line to checkout! I received the best customer service from two ladies this afternoon, and unfortunately I didn't catch their names. One directed me to my bra size (I will not name it here) and the other one checked me out. I was considering giving them four stars because for some reason, they wouldn't accept my coupons. But, as a substitute, the young lady that checked me out (her cashier number is 3628161) gave me two 30% off coupons for my next visit, so five full stars for them. I bought 3 new bras and they all fit perfectly! I never bought their lingerie sets because they're crazy expensive, but I did take a look at a few of them. My GF and went to pick up an online order. That part was quick and painless. When we were leaving, we noticed a sign that said free duffle with any purchase over $150 (which she had just made). We inquired how to claim it. The girl asked someone over the radio and the response was "it should have been added to your order online. You will have to take that up with the online store." Manager came over and gave us the same answer. My GF asked: what if I just return this now and re-buy it. Manager: no, it will take too long to process the return. U.S.: so what? Let it process. I ordered some bras and panties online in the wrong size. The ladies here were happy to help me find the same bras/panties in my size and exchange them for no extra cost. I was so impressed with the service and the highly stocked store. I loved that I could find anything in the store I wanted in my size. I purchased some items online on the VS website and used PayPal. PayPal takes the money directly out of my checking account. I went to return some of the items today and they would NOT give me back my money into my checking account. The manager said they could only issue me a GIFT CARD. What a bunch of BS. I won't be shopping here again and now I'm stuck with a stupid gift card that I will never use. Oh and their perfumes don't smell the same anymore. They smell cheap. OMG! i have never been harassed so much by employees in a store before! They were so pushy, it was irritating, Asking what size we are looking for, asking if we need help. Asking what brings you in today. There must have been at least 10 of them! I'm not a big mall shopper, I prefer to stick w a store that I can get in, get what I need, and get out. Sometimes though, a girl needs her Victoria's Secret loot, and when that time comes around this is my store location of choice. There is a store in the District, but they never seem to have the goodies this location does. And, no matter how long the line here- they move it quickly! On my recent visit during the after Xmas sale I got body spray, & a really cute Pink hoodie and sweats all for under $70. I was very pleased! The sales associates were friendly and efficient. I wish I could give no stars at all. Cashier (3503032) was the rudest person I've ever come across in customer service at a Victoria Secret store. She was annoyed that I had 3 separate transactions and was using coupons. One of the coupons wouldn't work and she tried to tell me that I've already used it. That's impossible since I had just gotten it the day before and they take the coupons when you use them. My last transaction she shooed me (with both hands) to take my card out of the machine and even said, "hurry up, take it out." I kept my cool because I don't want to end up viral on tik tok as the next Karen, but damn, this girl had me heated. She handed us our bag and I said thank you and she replied with a, "YEP." Whoa whoa whoa, who is training these kids to work like this in customer service, ESPECIALLY during the holidays. I had it, I asked her name and told her I was going to Yelp Her and she replied. After brunch at World of Beer we decided to stop by the mall and spend some gift card money. I went to VS for a sale they were having which I guess was just one of many sales. It was pretty busy so I expected to wait a while in line but the representatives did a good job of getting people checked out quickly. I have to give a special shout out to Camille! Once I got to the register she told me that a couple of my underwear weren't part of the 5 for $28 deal. I thought I was going to have to get out of line and find different items but Camille and another worker were so helpful. Worst location EVER!!! Customer service is horrible! Came here with a friend to shop and the staff here are just horrible! The store was very dirty and we couldn't find anything. Finally found the sports bra that I was looking for buried in some drawer and the sizes were all mixed up together. Went to the checkout line and it wasn't very long and we got into it there was only two people ahead of us and it's still took close to 20 minutes to check out. When we got to the front of the line my friend had a coupon, for a bra, and the Store cashier wouldn't take her coupon for some random reason that neither of us could understand. Beware the Manager in duty, Nicole and sales associate Haley will blatantly lie about the VS return policy and make up horse pucky and try'n rip you off and give you the lowest price on your return if it is past 90 days, even though you have your receipt and the policy printed clearly on the back of the store and online receipt states you will receive the original price you paid in store credit or you may exchange it. Haley told me some asinine nonsense that the receipt is void after 90 days. Nicole looked at me with a stupid blank look on her face. Really? What a poor example of a supervisor. The staff at this store require disciplinary action and desperately need training on customer service and directed to follow the corporate return policy and not make crap up. read more

I love all the VS stores I shop at but this particular one located here at the Galleria remains my favorite because it's well stocked and they have a great selection of PINK clothing line. Maybe that's why Im still the Duchess. Im here.. alot. The sales staff is great and attentive. Lines look long but their are always several cashiers helping out so wait time in line isn't that bad. Stuff can be spendy but there is always some kind of sale, deal of the day or event going on. Get on their email list. Definitely like the quality material of their merchandise. Never got any holes or tears in my yoga pants. Nothing has faded. Even after several washings all my clothing is still in good shape. Funny but TRUE STORY - It happened a while ago but always remember it.. So 11 years ago this one guy just came and scooped up the whole bin of undies and all of us where like WTF?? Didn't even look at the sizes styles.. just grabbed it out from the table. Knew right away he was an Ebay reseller and called him out. He got the riot act pulled on him. Meh. This store is really hit and miss. Sometimes the employees are good, and sometimes they ignore you. Went here last week, and we were ignored. I have the worst luck, and just about everything I get from them they discontinue... From bras, to fragrance.....so, I only get panties there now. The store wasn't that clean when I came in last, and there was a rather large spider, that had spun quite an impressive web on one of the displays. I had to hunt down an employee to tell her, and even then, she didn't look too thrilled when I told her I needed help. Overpriced lingerie, overpriced yoga pants, that just end up getting holes in them...... I should know, I have a few pair. The cotton collection 5/$26 is what I have the better luck with. Anything that is too Lacey, ends up ripping by the 2nd time I wash it...( on gentle, in lingerie bags, might I add). They stretch okay.... I'm really bottom heavy (big thighs and toosh... Family curse.), if you stay away from bright sunlight and don't bend over, no one will see that they are completely see through... Or just sit wherever you go. Don't exercise in them.... Lol. This location is on the second floor of the Galleria Mall. I've been to many locations of Victorias Secret and this one didn't measure up to the others. Several different styles I was shopping for were out of stock. It's kind of frustrating when I would find a style I liked but they were out of my size. Service here wasn't any better. The girl who initially was helping me didn't show me all of the sale items but led me directly to the most expensive items in the store. I had to find those on my own. The gentlemen cashier was also unpleasant. He asked who helped me on the sales floor. I couldn't remember her name as she really didn't help anyway. He proceeded to ask several times more. If I can't tell you the first time, then the next three times aren't going to be any different. It wasn't a great experience and would recommend a different location. read more

I very much appreciate the staff at this location. I went in with my friend and both of our girlfriends, just thinking we were tagging along. Next thing we know we find ourselves in the lingerie section thinking about surprising our girls. A staff member came over (I didn't catch her name but she was cashier 3489159) and helped me and my friend find what we wanted as well as the size. The worker went over to our girls and eyed what sizes they were and they are spot on. When our ladies were checking out at the main register, the worker politely took us over to a private side-register where we checked out the lingerie so we could "surprise" our people. The staff here is absolutely fantastic. Upon entering a lovely sales gal said hello to me and asked what I was looking for. I told her I needed to be sized and to pick up some bras. She immediately but politely ushered me to the back end of the shop for more privacy and proceeded to ask me several questions (what size I thought I was, if I'd been sized, ect) and measured me. She then showed me 2 different types of bras...one to confirm my size and one in the style in which I wanted. The first bra, the sizer bra, was a body by Victoria bra and then she grabbed a zippered up sports bra. I was swiftly taken to a very nice, very clean changing room. I was shown a button to press and told to try on the body by Victoria bra first to confirm the size then press the button. So I did so and quickly another gal knocked on my dressing room door and she made sure everything fit nicely. She told me that the bra looked great on me and looked like it fit well, which I confirmed. I ended up loving the body by Victoria style so I grabbed one of those and ended up getting 3 of the sports bra style. The check out was easy and the gal behind the counter was sweet. My best friend asked me if I knew anyplace she could get fitted for a proper bra and I told her she needs to go to this location. When you're dropping close to $300 on bras its nice to be treated well by the employees and to purchase a bra that fits so well you almost forget you're wearing it! read more

I Went into the store today for the semi annual sale. The store was very messy and disorganized. I grabbed a lot of items thinking they were one price but they rang up different at the register. The total was 116.00 which didn't seem accurate so I had her double check. She then admitted the items rang up wrong. She had to redo the transaction at least 3 times. The items kept ringing up wrong and it was annoying. She was annoyed cause I was holding up the line. I think she forgot that this was her job. When I left she didn't give me the receipt. I like the perfume/make-up section. It's affordable (the 6 for $30 deal is great). But the staff is half and half. I got attention on the floor like no other. They really helped. But the dumb bitches at the counter fight for ring-ups because of commission. Times are hard, I understand. I went on the free panty/$10 off bras day. I read the card and it said you COULD get undies with lace, but when I got there the dumb girl told me it wasn't true. Why? Because the ones she told me I could get were more expensive. I wanted a RED bra, so I chose the BioFit (which is great, btw). The tag said $45. Good price, I thought. I have a number of VS bras. Very Sexy, BioFit, Ipex, and 4 or 5 others. I buy them because I'm dumb apparently. These things need warranties based on prices. Wires pop out. Cups get mangled. The clasps break. Straps break. Fabrics peel apart. On ALL of them. The BioFit looked different and it's holding up well thus far. I had a bad experience because all sizes were messed up. The panties I wanted were only in XS or S and in an ugly color. The girl helping me convinced me only certain ugly panties were free with the coupon. She rang me up for a DIFFERENT bra because it was $48 instead of $45. She didn't use the coupon for the underwear. She purposely had me get the wrong pair for more money also. My friend and I were splitting the $30 for 6 perfumes/lotions. I was paying for the rest. She was very rude, no smiles, no laughing, nothing. She said, "One-hundred-seventy-five." And my friend and I said, "It couldn't be THAT much, but I GUESS..." (she had convinced me to get so many pairs of panties I didn't even think about just getting the free pair). I explained that she was paying for $15 and I would get the rest. So then she said I owed some insane amount. We kept arguing back and forth and then she looked at us like we were retarded, pulled out her calculator and finally it read: $100.75. DING DING DING! Ooooooooooh, okay. Duh. We could have avoided this annoying scenario if she had said, "One-hundred-DOLLARS-and-seventy-five-cents." Cashiers are told to do that. I used to cashier and this pissed me off for a few seconds, but I got over it. I was just wanting to get out of there, the mall was about to close, we got to my car and looked at the receipt and realized how much bullshit that was. She had me get a bra not under the $10 off deal, although I specified that's what I wanted, and she charged $3 extra. She had me buy all these panties because apparently NONE of the ones I wanted in this color or this style or this size were free like the coupon said. I got jipped. read more

Just went to an exclusive event at VS on Sunday and I was very impressed. After close about a hundred ladies lined up outside waiting for the doors to open. Once inside we had chances to win prizes, shopped exclusive deals and listened to a DJ. They had plenty of hands on deck that helped with everything from bra fittings to perfume assistance. Went in here thinking I'd get a sports bra and free active pant. But I wasn't in the mood to try on any bras. They didn't have my size for pants either so I steered away. The lady who helped me did tell me that I can buy it now (not my size) but exchange it for my size later when they get more shippment as long as I have a receipt. Good to know.
