lululemon has really fun clothes for yoga. definitely high quality and great style in both pants and tanks. i have found their fit a little inconsistent between styles, so its definitely worth trying each item on. my only complaint would be their service can sometimes not be the best - sales associates are attentive while you are there, but i have put my name on a list to receive a call when items came in, and they didnt follow up. big mistake... huge. but if you can find your size then and there, lululemon's clothes are great! read more

Lululemon is excellent at what it does. The clothes are well designed and use nice materials, the colors are interesting (not all black, though they have plenty of that) and they have great customer service. You can come back to get your pants hemmed for free either when you buy them or any time after that (no receipt needed.) The clothes are expensive and it would be better if they cost less. But, they are excellent clothes. read more

The clothes can be pricey, but I have had several of my pieces for almost two years, wash and wear them constantly and I am pretty sure that they will still be working for years to come......sometimes not the best fit for those of us with curves, but the pieces that work, really work. And are well made and fit your body like they were tailored just for you. The ladies in the shop are attentive, friendly, and have a great deal of knowledge about their products. I like the pants, but I think that 98 bucks is a bit extravagant. At the Union Street store today, the customer service was horrible. If I am spending almost $200 on pants and a sports bra, I think I should get some sort of assistance. As a matter of fact, I asked a sales associate for help with a sports bra and she told me to go talk to someone else who was actually helping someone else. So I took my sports bra into the dressing room...and it didn't fit, so I peeked out of the room and said "excuse me" and no one answered, so I left the room to go find another size and they cleaned out my room and I had to wait in line to try on another bra. I bought them, but I was really annoyed. They should shape up. The Union Square store had more helpful people. read more

What can I say? I'm a lululemon fan. Its pants of size 2&4 are a bit too long for my 5'3" figure although it provides free size alteration with 3 days waiting period. So I switched to crop pants and their length fit great! Just that I have to close my eyes when checked out. (You know, it's lululemon) Staff are nice. Gott damn! This thing is a shot of adrenaline right to the heart like Mia Wallace takes in Pulp Fiction. I've been seeing Rocky Mountain Construction fanboys salivating like cartoon wolves online ever since it low key got out that RMC is reworking the structure of Cedar Point's former Mean Streak into a roller coaster that people besides chiropractors will love and after riding Goliath I can see what the fuss is about. My curiosity was piqued upon laying my eyes upon the insane looking lift hill, with stunningly little in the way of supports, and a pretty steep angle of ascent to boot. The chain on that lift hill is nice and loud, too, adding to the sense of anticipation. The wait for this beast was made easier by old school Looney Tunes shown in the queue. Big points from me on that, Six Flags. Their incessant promotional tie-ins can be grating to me at times, but watching old Looney Tunes is always top notch, anvil-dropping good fun in my book. The first drop is intense and that intensity basically lasts through the whole ride. Intamin are probably still the kings of crazy twistiness in my book but RMC has some pretty damn interesting ideas of how roller coaster track can bend and aren't shy about implementing them. And Intamin can't even fuck with the crazy long inversion on this thing with only a lap bar to keep you in place. The hang time on that thing is almost deliriously fun. It's like you're speeding down the freeway and oh, let's just drive upside down for a stretch of road here! Goliath is very smooth to boot, smoother than I thought a wooden roller coaster could be. (Though some of those supports on the lift hill are clearly metal so I don't quite see how it qualifies.) The big knock on Goliath is that it's too short, clocking in at less than two minutes. Well, I can't disagree that I would like there to be more of it, but if that's the biggest problem with your roller coaster, you must be doing a few things right. It didn't even seem as short as I figured it would, and I had the mindset of savoring every second so I wasn't disappointed by it's brevity. Goliath seemed shorter when I watched a YouTube pov video of it, probably causing I wasn't really feeling it. What's it they say - it's not the length but the girth that matters? Goliath must have plenty of girth. (It's still just a ride, so relax about the metaphor here.) Go ride Top Thrill Dragster and complain to me how short Goliath is. This was my favorite coaster at SFGA - no slight to X-Flight, Eric S - and a most worthy hors d'oeuvres to whatever RMC is cooking up on a certain peninsula jutting out into Lake Erie read more

Really not impressed with this store location. I have been a customer of Lululemon for years. Love thier tops! However reason for the review is the shop assistants at the Union Street Store. I have had an unpleasant experience everytime I have gone in here. Seems like it is all staffed by high school kids that have the attention span of a flea. I ask for help finding something and they look for approx. 1 minute and then I guess they must get bored and I find they wander off and I have to search them out again. I have been to a few of the stores in Vancouver ( home of Lululemon) and could not believe how different the experience was - I had a clerk helping me find sizes, calling stores, checking back with me. All the staff on Union St. acts like Trust Fund babies, who are gracing the customers with thier presence. I had to return something and there was no questions of why, what was wrong, could we help you find something else. etc.. Also, was looking at a jacket that another customer had on near the fitting rooms and asked about it and rather than clerk getting it for me, she points to the front and says "It's over there" . Well - Thanks for nothing - I am in the fitting room and have to put my clothing back on to walk to the front of the store to find the jacket??? Poor showing and given the expense of the products, you would think they would try a little bit harder! read more

I love this brand...all their products from their hairbands, hot yoga shorts, yoga mat bag ......are well thought of and put together. Their manifesto on the shopping bag I think is a neat idea. I used to be wary of these spiritual messages till I realized that its best to take the best life has to offer and make the best of it without bothering with "how it sounds" . Also 5 stars t the free yoga class. I wish they were better stocked though. I think its best to go online and look at everything before going to the store. Their descriptions online are very helpful. When I started Bar Method a mere two weeks ago, I swore to myself I would not get caught up in the cult of Lululemon (everyone, I mean everyone, including the few men who take the classes, wear it). Then I noticed how tiny all the women are- I attributed it to the grueling class, but then I wondered, what if some of that hotness is attributable to the pants? Here's the thing. I never felt any reason to go into this store. I knew some of my female friends love this place, but I don't do yoga or bar method, so my gear needs are a little different. Plus they only make women's clothes, right? Wrong. I hate to admit it, but I went into the store yesterday only because of the window display. It was something for gay pride month and seemed out of place in Cow Hollow. I also noticed some men's clothes in the window. I guess I'd never paid enough attention. Anyway, I went in and this is what I got: outstanding service, a good selection of cool clothing that I can use for running, and a clear understanding of why my friends like this place. I didn't actually buy anything on this visit, but I know exactly what I want when I return. And I will do that--because this place is great and because I'm still completely excited about the gay pride window display. read more

this was the first time i've been to lululemon in sf. and the people were so nice and helpful. i seriously love their collection. they have everything you need for working out. and the quality of their clothes is really good. who wants to be sweating in your cotton that never dries. i bought shorts and i was looking for the chafe resistance. and i love how like all their pants/shorts have a little pocket to hold keys/money. so useful. so cute. when i went up to pay. a mom and daughter were standing there. the mom said to her daughter "you need to get out of the way so she can swipe her card" as i swipe me card, the little girl says "i want a card. why dont i have one?" everyone laughed. Love this store. I'm a total poser and decided to go here after starting my first few yoga sessions and seeing that everybody else was wearing Lululemon. The prices in my opinion aren't so bad, yes the pants are expensive but I easily spend double that on a pair of jeans, and I don't expect my jeans to stay intact and stretch flatteringly while I am bended in a very unflattering position in yoga. Also a huge fan of the y-tanks, am I the only one who dreads taking these things off as the attached bra inevitably gets stuck on my head while I yank it off?? My newest favorite from here is the scuba hoodie. I thought I could just buy the smallest size (2) here and be done with it without even trying it on but I was quickly dealt a smackdown to reality as I could not even zip the sweater up the whole way. I was surprised that the girl I was talking to had the time and patience to go through the shorts on the table as well as even check upstairs to see if they had the color I wanted. I love this store. It's my new favorite sports wear store. All their styles are flattering, and I LOVE the fact that they hem all their pants for free. I have short legs and always hated it when capris didn't hit my leg where they were supposed to. Very affordable prices, and their staff if super friendly and informative.
