The shop is spacious and comfortable and has pantry items, freezer and dairy on the perimeter walls so if you need to wait it's not unpleasant to do so.

Within a few days you will get an email to pay then it gets delivered on the next day for your area. I messed the day up and didn't hear him knock (I work from home and ha headphones on) so I missed the truck. It came back later. The gentleman that dropped it off was great very friendly and helpful. The products all looked great and came in boxes so it was easy to handle. I spent $300 and am set for 7 people for protein for a good 6 weeks and cheese for month. I suggest trying it and if you do as a reminder it's nice to tip the delivery guy no matter if its pizza, mulch or meat.

I stopped in to talk with someone about how this works and the staff member was very helpful and patient as we had not done this before. He went over a checklist of how we wanted parts cut (chops, package weight, etc.). Three weeks later, we are stocked with all things pork! Packages are clearly marked with contents and packaged so they can go right into the freezer as is. It was a very easy and smooth process from start to end. The facility is all business--refrigerators with many choices of various smoked meats and an open butchering (?) section that can accommodate lots of staff to do what they do and a small office. We didn't buy any of the smoked meats when we picked up the pork, but my husband went back to buy some landjaeger out of curiosity. It was delicious! Not sure how to describe it--a toothy, meaty better than your usual beef /pork jerky. So, we went back another day and spent way too much on smoked salmon, teriyaki pepperoni sticks and many, many more packages of landjaeger. I really enjoyed the white salmon because it was less salmon-y/fishy (I'm not a huge salmon fan); husband preferred the red King. The teriyaki pepperoni are way too easy to eat and are not overly sweet. It's more like essence of teriyaki which I very much enjoy. I can't wait to try more of their products!

For instance when I approach the counter the owner is always prompt to greet me and for the pig trotters I always get, he'd give them a further shave and slice them into small pieces for me. I like the variety here and besides the standard burger items, this shop is definitely catered to an Asian kitchen: LongGang free range chicken, duck and chicken feet, various innards, pigs blood, intestine etc. For those into that type of stuff this is good place to find them and for those adventurous chefs open to trying new ingredients, this is a cool stop also.
