Before Thanksgiving I came in to get a gel x set and it's been about 5 weeks and the nails were still going strong lol! I couldn't find the time to come in sooner, but I'm glad I stopped by today (the week of Christmas). When calling, Kevin answered the phone was super helpful and informative. Checking in was quick and easy, and we got seated right away for the manicure/pedicures. Cons: THEY DO NOT USE STERILIZED TOOLS. APPLYING ALCOHOL SPRAY TO A TOOL AND THEN IMMEDIATELY USING IT ON A CUSTOMER IS NOT STERILE. I'm in healthcare and have been looking for a new clean nail salon. The front desk man and his team assured me they use clean tools. This is not true. The studio is not clean there's dust everywhere, dirt, hair on the floor, holes in the walls. The carts they put their equipment in are dirty, disorganized and unlabeled. The tools they used such as dusting off powder from your hands: look very worn out, they have paint, discoloration, don't look like they were cleaned. I'm writing this for public concern and hopefully education. I really wanted to like this place but don't say you're clean when you do not clean. Their barbicide container was DARK BLUE with multiple tools inside meaning it was mixed incorrectly or needs to be changed. And it was sitting next to the hand wash for the public. I came here last Friday 10/10 based off of all the 5 star reviews. Turns out they were running a promotion for $15 off builder gel if you leave a review ( I was never offered that) but with that being said here's an honest review: 2 stars because: - staff is welcoming & polite - my pedicure was great Negative 3 stars because: 1. My thumb nail chipped the very next day, and had to have a broken nail on my sons bday party (didn't have time to come in before today Friday 10/17) 2. Called in to make an appt to come and have it fixed I arrived on time (11am) I left at 11:48. It took one nail tech to fix one nail, almost an hour. It wasn't even fully removed and re did, they just filed down & filled in the chipped part so have no idea why it took so long. 3. The pricing for a builder gel mani is crazy. My total was $118 for a deluxe pedicure (2nd tier they offer) French tip gel I can understand the pedi being pricey but my nails were grown out, no acrylic, bare. They just applied the builder gel on top & I asked for a French tip gel. I also tipped each technician so final total was $128 Maybe if my experience was a bit better I could justify the price, maybe. But this is just my honest review... read more

We came in for a little self-care and ended up getting way more than we expected. We both got the Luxe Pedicure, and it was honestly one of the most relaxing things I've ever done. The CBD oil candle was a game-changer--it melted into this warm oil they used during the massage with hot stones, and I swear I almost fell asleep. It felt that good. Total stress relief. Meanwhile, my girlfriend got a Gel-X set, and wow--they absolutely nailed it (pun intended). Her nails looked stunning, and she hasn't stopped talking about them since.
