My second yesterday was with CHLOE who i believe is a new tech did AMAZING she was so kind and paid good attention to detail, I always go in for a pedicure and gel-x but ended up canceling my pedicure, i typically get both done at the same time but yesterday other people who came way after me as walk-ins too were put before me and by that time my nails were already almost done and it had already been almost 2 hours. Overall the service has gotten acceptionally better, new staff, new services, and they're sooo sweet always with my kiddo! The prices are a bit high tbh I end up paying at least almost 200 plus when I go for gel x and a pedicure which i can understand and don't mind but so that others know what to expect, on the affordability side out of 10 I'd say abt a 5

On top of that, my pinky nail completely lifted off after only five days. When I returned to have it fixed, the repair was even worse than the original work. The nail looked uneven, rushed, and poorly done. I became so frustrated and embarrassed that I actually broke down crying inside the salon. Instead of offering a refund for the poor-quality service, I was told to come back another day. What makes this even more disappointing is that this wasn't my first bad experience here. I've continued to give this salon chance after chance because the staff is friendly, and I've been a loyal customer. I even referred my aunt here, and unfortunately her pedicure was also poorly done. I won't post her photos out of respect for her privacy, but it was another disappointing experience. Before my appointment, I specifically asked my nail technician, Leilani , if she was comfortable recreating the birthday nail design I showed her. She assured me she could do it, but the final result did not meet my expectations, and the quality didn't last at all. I've had Gel X done many times by my regular nail tech and have never experienced nails lifting or gel chipping within days. Spending $170 on nails that started falling apart almost immediately is unacceptable. My husband has been telling me to stop giving this salon chances after previous experiences, and I wish I had listened. Unfortunately, this was my final visit. I can no longer justify spending my hard-earned money on services that don't last and aren't properly corrected when something goes wrong. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.
