When we called to express our concern, we were told they could "go pick it up, redo it, and bring it back." Think about how awkward and inappropriate that would be--taking a gift back from someone who just had a baby? Completely tone-deaf. To make matters worse, the person on the phone told us not to leave a 1-star review just because they offered to fix it. That's not how good customer service works. Instead of owning the mistake and offering a refund, they doubled down by saying they gave us *more* candy than advertised--as if that made up for the sloppy presentation. Honestly, I could've bought 8 pieces of candy myself and made something that looked 10x better. Bottom line: we didn't get what we paid for, and their response made it worse. Would not recommend.

The staff are super helpful and will give you great advice on care and maintaining your plants. They have an additional program where you can bring your orchids previously purchased from them to turn in for a discount on a new one. When one has finished blooming I bring it in for a new one, knowing they will take care to bring the previous one back to bloom for someone else to enjoy later. They have strict policy of no orchids from other vendors. I appreciate that they are taking care of their stock and also ensuring that no infected plants get into the mix. She was very apologetic and explained she lost track of time. The communication on picking up the flowers was great. The day off, the flowers were ready to go when I was there to pick up, I was assure everything was in the pack ready to go. When we got to the wedding location, we started to put the arch together. There were missing screws. We made due with what we had. The arch wouldn't stand up straight, it was disappointing. The biggest disappointment was the flowers. As soon as we unpacked them, flowers were falling out of the arrangements. The most upsetting was the dog collars, which we paid for. Half the flowers fell when just picking them up. Becca, the manager, was great and offer to come up to the location and fix anything we needed help with. At the point, I just didn't feel like any changes would have made a big difference. I did ask for my money back on the arch rental; and that didn't happen. While Becca was fantastic, I would be careful using this company.

Ari is a real pleasure to work with. She listened to what we wanted to achieve, made great suggestions, did everything we asked, and kept us informed.
