Bobby and Paul are awesome. Period. Do you want a fab shop that will treat you like a real human being if something goes wrong? Solo is the place for that. These guys do absolutely amazing work all around. They work so incredibly fast, everything is organized, and their end products are nothing short of amazing. You can't beat their prices, their customer service, and their quality. I actually had an issue with the way my lowers had my shock tabs mounted on and they completely fixed the issue and even more on their behalf, and rushed to get me my truck back because it's my daily driver. Not only does this mean a lot as a customer, but it gives me a reason to come back for more. I mostly talk to Bobby and he is such an amazing guy, always looking to improve their product, and innovating with his decades of experience in the industry. I've waited a long time to start the lift project on my 1st Gen Tundra and it was well worth the wait. Paul and Bobby at Solo gave amazing advice as to what I would need as well as all the possible options, and delivered on time with no issues. Their Toyota line of parts isn't extensive but then again it doesn't have to be when the work and parts available are exceptional! I ordered a Stage 1 kit for a 1995 Bronco over the phone and had it shipped to my house and I installed the kit myself. NEVER have I experienced such TERRIBLE communication, customer service, and followthrough from any business - EVER! Not only did they sell parts to me that were incomplete, thus causing damage to my vehicle, they continually gave me the run-around when asked to resend the correct parts, failed to return phone calls when promised, and caused me more exasperation than I can explain. Because of their negligence and lack of consideration, my only form of transportation has been immobilized for over a month. When I contacted and notified Bobby (the owner) of the incomplete assembly of my parts order, he told me that replacement parts would be sent out immediately, and promised a followup call regarding shipment and tracking confirmation. Since his failure to follow through with all of the above, it took OVER a week of multiple daily phone calls and constant hand holding just to get the correct replacement parts resent!! The initial order was sent on September 14th, I have yet to get the correct parts that I have spent over $2000.00 on. I stressed REPEATEDLY the critical need and importance of having my order arrive before the weekend of October 13th/14th. So my order FINALLY shipped today, and once again Bobby told me that he would followup with a phone call confirming shipment and tracking information, but I still had to call him throughout the day to obtain this. Adding to my extreme frustration, I found out that the parts will arrive the day after I am supposed to be relocating out of state using my truck. DO NOT do business with them; SHAMEFUL service!!! In the future I will only be doing business with a true industry professional, such as the Geiser Bros out of Phoenix, AZ. read more
