Best pedicure ever! My gel manicures always last up to a month. The shop is remodeled so the atmosphere is more inviting and calming.

I had to wait over 20 mins in the chair till I got a pedicure, till they finished with the other woman. Why do they have so many chairs if they only have 3 people working? I would think that if they did have more people working there Sunday at noon they would have them working. Not sure why this place was recommended to me. Some of my toe nail polish was taken off when the were cleaning it up. Cash or check only was a surprise. So they will take checks that will bounce? read more

It was just OK. Upside is it is clean and airy but the polishes all looked old and didn't have a lot of variety in colors. Got a deluxe pedicure for 30 dollars. It was mediocre. They cheap out and use tissue instead of cotton balls to take off polish and not all of my original polish was taken off. Cuticles and dry slim weren't totally cleaned up. The scrub and massage were nice. The color is pretty thick and sloppy. As soon as she was done she tried to put my shoes on and rush me out the door. i came in with low expectations due to the ratings anyways. and like i expected, nail pro wasn't too good. asked my 7 year old little sister if she wanted flowers and charged $12 more (which is so overpriced) instead of asking me. not sure who did my set but at one time even said "what's wrong with you" when SHE moved my nail & bumped it for the third time. other nail ladys where somewhat nice & my pedicure came out great. but, i will not be going back anytime soon. read more

Go to Tammy. I got a fill done by her because my old nail salon was too far from my house for my busy schedule. She did awesome on my nail shape, and took her time. I was very happy with my service here, and will be back. I luckily had cash but there is a $1 charge for cards and you can't tip on them. read more

I wish I could give a negative star review but that's not possible. I walked in when there was empty seats and people not working so I figured I would be able to get my nails done quickly, they told me they wanted to soak my nails which I was okay with however when I was walking to the chair they wanted to seat me in a lady stopped me and decided to cut my fake nails off with nail clippers even though she had a client sitting at her chair right next to her. SHE EVEN USED THE SAME NAIL CLIPPERS ON ME THAT SHE JUST PREVIOUSLY USED ON HER CLIENT WITHOUT CLEANING THEM!!!! I'm absolutely appalled and grossed out, then when I was soaking my nails I found that my hand started to feel like I had super glue suck on them! It was acetone that I was soaking in, drying out my hands and even now my hands are eaten up and have white marks all over them. While I was seated I watched as a woman started to "clean" her instruments to use on a client... all she did was wipe them off with a cotton ball then she took them over to her client and started using them. I got up and left at that point. Let's just say if you want infections and bacteria from another person on your skin then by all means feel free to go there. read more

I'm new to yelp. I've always been kind of against it, cuz I feel like it's mostly a bunch of nitpicking, but my experience @ Nail Pro today definitely called for this. I walked in cuz I couldn't wait til my apt w my usual nail tech in Carmel Valley on Friday. First off, I walked in & asked Andy, by the front door, who was working on a woman, if he had time for a new acrylic set today. He said "Yes," and started speaking Vietnamese (?) to his coworkers. I had to dodge a bunch of rampant children to get some eye contact and asked him "What time? Should I come back?" He said, "No, you wait," and motioned to a chair. 30 seconds later,he was ready for me. I thought, "Cool, this might be worth the shitty greeting!" I sat down, and he began my torture, removing my old set of acrylics with those cuticle nipper things rather than wrapping my fingers in tinfoil with remover to disolve them first. Every clip hurt so bad, I was flinching & involuntarily pulling away. I started sweating cuz it hurt so bad! I told him it was hurting & that I had had acrylics for years & my fingers were really sensitive. He ignored me & continued. Once we got through that, he built my pink & whites, but not without all of them leaning off to my left (his right) leaving them all lopsided. When he went to shape them with a file, because of all the excess on my left sides, he was filing my skin & kept poking my tender finger tips with his nails trying to relocate my fingers rather than initially putting the acrylic where it should've been, I kept having to stop him to tell him to please stop filing my skin because I was about to start bleeding. A couple hours ago & $40 later, I ran out of there, and I will never, ever go back. Still, all of my fingers hurt soooo bad! read more
