The owner separated me from my young daughter and was very gruff with her. He completely lacked any compassion for her or passion for doing nails. Then the very angry Millenial who did my manicure squeezed my hands very hard it was painful and the woman who did my toes also inflicted serious pain. Instead of asking me how I was feeling, she told me I was fine. It was like a torture chamber. I've been coming here for 15 years and it's always been awesome. Ivy, at Pro Nails has been doing my nails for 12 years. The owner Binny is the rudest woman I have ever experienced in a business. I have to say that I disagree with the comment that the "guy who operates the place has no customer service skills" I had one of the toughest personal conversations while getting my nails done and he was beyond personable. He connected he attempted to share and relate. And honestly that was the peak of my day that helped me turn my day around. Not only was he personable my nails looked amazing. And they do every time I go in. I work in a restaurant, I'm a chef and manager. It's hard to find a nail specialist who can not only make your nails cute and practical but also make them last. I was a customer under the old owner and have continued under the ownership. The staff is very friendly, the new owner doesn't seem as friendly. The ladies there are great though. I have been going to Cindy since my first visit 16yrs ago, she is great. She gives a great foot massage with your pedicure, and is very thorough. They recently did a bit of remodeling and got new chairs in which were needed. Their pricing is fair, I think it is in line as to what other places charge. The quality of the work is fine. This is just one of those nail shops where they don't want to tell you they are too busy, so even if they have no way to get to you for 30 minutes when you walk in, they will tell you they will get you in five or 10 minutes. So you sit there waiting and then maybe they move you to a station where you will wait another 15 minutes. Very typical nail salon behavior. It would be nice to get a refreshing dose of honesty when they are too busy to serve you. They just cannot bear to see a dollar walk out the door so they tell you anything you need to hear to keep you there. Unless you have an appointment, don't bother. read more

I've had to switch to Sundays now and Aaron and Vee do a great job! I have been going to this place for about five years. I have seen ownership changes, I really don't care as long as I get what I pay for. I had the worst service today and my gel polish peeled off because they hurried so much. I have been a very good customer for over five years. I do not expect special treatment, but they were exceptionally terrible today. When calling for a reservation, myself not in a hurry, they made false promises and are not a reliable business that used to be trusted pre-covid. Waiting would have not been a problem with making an appointment, but this is not a reliable business. I did not get the waxing appointment I made and my gel polish already bubbled. If you are a repeat customer, do not expect the same service as you received before the ownership change pre covid. read more

I called ahead to make an appointment for a pedi- which I highly recommend, they get pretty busy there, and was able to get an appointment for a couple hours later. I've been here 3 times and every time my acrylics don't last. The first 2 times they did the gel so thick whole nail pieces of the gel were popping off. Decided to give them 1 last try and my acrylics were so thick they broke off and once again the gel polish came off. I walked into this establishment on Saturday 01/15/22 at around 5:10 pm. I politely asked the only male nail tech there ( wearing tan construction boots and a hat) who was seated closest to the front of the store while filing a patron's nails " Hello. What time do you guys close today?" He let out a loud sigh then replied in an obviously annoyed voice " Six o'clock". It was so obvious that he was being rude and outwardly annoyed that the lady who was sitting In front of him getting her nails done, looked extremely uncomfortable. I looked at my watch and thought to myself " Oh good. There's 50 minutes left". Before I proceeded to have a seat in the waiting area, I asked " Should I put my name down on a list?" No answer was given. As I sat in the waiting area looking up at the price menu on the wall, I brought down my gaze and noticed that the same nail tech was looking at me with a look of disgust. It was as if I had offended him just by walking into the store 50 minutes before closing time. I have never been treated so horribly at any nail salon that I've ever gone to. My advice to anyone planning on coming here with 50 minutes left to spare before closing " Don't do it. It just might ruin your day". That male nail tech in particular is rude. I got up and left. I came in 2 weeks ago to get acrylics with gel on top. I called about 2 hours in advance to make an appointment. My plans for the afternoon changed so I called back to see if I could come in within like 15 minutes and they said no problem. When I walked in I was immediately greeted and shown over to the station I would be sitting at. It was a Friday afternoon around 2PM or so. When I came in there were only 3 other ladies getting pedicures, and a woman about to get her nails done. The place started to get busy within the next 30 minutes. By the time I left, every chair was filled and there were a couple women sitting in the waiting area. I would recommend calling ahead just in case, however it didn't seem like anyone had to wait very long because they had a good number of staff on hand. Kathy did my nails and she did an absolutely amazing job! It's been 2 weeks and they still look perfect. I showed her a picture of Kylie Jenner's nails..I wanted long, red nails and Kathy shaped them exactly how I wanted. I was so happy and still am! They literally look like I just got them done.
