We have tried most every place in Edmond and NW OKC and there are several very fine places to be sure. But, we finally tried Press & Plow and could not be more impressed. First it has a very delightful interior. Modern and sleek but somehow homely, too. Very comfortable. But with the high metal ceiling it can get a little loud when there is a crowd. The there is the service. Very cordial, knowledgeable and attentive staff. Smiles all the way around. And, finally the food. Well prepared and delicious. At my last visit I had the Benedict Skillet which was fantastic. Poached eggs were perfect. And few restaurants can do that around here. The dish was seasoned with just the right balance of Tabasco, cayenne and salt. Balance is another attribute that not everyone can do well. And price is inline with most everyone else. I hope you give this a try and come away with similar experiences. Thanks to the establishment, staff and management for giving me a great new alternative for breakfast.
