Found this hidden among St Norb's gems. Frequently sought out to be the comfort level of sweet smells and relaxing quality. This is a small batch coffee roasting shop. Coffee usually sends me walking in the opposite direction. I will convert to a coffee drinker just this once for the Honey Lattes. I can't account for any of the other coffee drinks. But, I only have heard yummy things about them from other people. The teas and smoothies hold their own delicious flavor, as well! Pair them with some hearty baked goods. The food here is delicious and very fresh, it's real food. It has high quality rich coffee from ice coffee to a cup of black coffee. It also have nice sandwiches and bagel sandwiches. You can easily get a breakfast lunch and dinner from this place. The workers are kind and take complains serious and fix them quick. It's a great place to get good food and is very cozy and nice. Luna is an awesome coffeehouse...I like to say it's the Kavarna of De Pere. It's a quaint, little store, with a trendy atmosphere and a great location downtown. Any time of the day, this place seems to be busy. It's perfect to meet a friend and get a cup of coffee, or to get some work done. They serve food and a variety of drinks. I've never had the food, and I only drink tea, but I do like their selection. I do know a lot of people that like their coffee. I will have to say I like the Luna Stout from Hinterland which is made from Luna's coffee. For it being such a small spot, they do have live music and lecture events. read more

I won't lie, we were put off when we first entered. Mind you, this place is very visually appealing, but we were here for our first time ordering breakfast. Don't make our mistake. When you see the cold wraps in the cooler, expect a warm, well made, and delicious wrap. We laughed to ourselves at how we finally found the closest thing to a real panini, and it's a wrap. The bagels aren't a wrong choice. That was my choice, and it was a perfectly toasted bagel with fresh ingredients. Will be going back. Check out the menu. It's early, you've been boozing for 3 days straight and your presumably sober friend just drove down the wrong side of a clearly marked street for a good 4 blocks. You need some small batch coffee then a small batch blood transfusion. Enter Luna Cafe. Having the luxury of living a block away from a Colectivo Cafe has made me an insufferable snob. I'm incredibly picky about my coffee and everyone I know wants to stab me in the face. Luna passed the Kyle K test with flying colors. I had the darker of the roasts they had available and it was wonderful. Also had a freaking delicious cinnamon roll that disappeared with disturbing speed. All of the guys in my party had baked goods and raved about them. This is the good stuff, folks. read more

Wow. I cannot believe I've lived in De Pere my whole life and have never been here. Right when you walk in the atmosphere is one of welcome. A very homey feel with big comfy chairs and small tables spread out and a long bar to sit with your computer and study for awhile. Then decorations: coffee, coffee and more coffee!! They have their own very large roaster in the back room, which also has seating and the aroma is one of a coffee lovers heaven. Coffee cups line the walls with their roasted beans, along with posters and flyers that give Luna's a very urban feel. A wide variety of coffee drinks, hot and cold, and a wide selection of beans to choose from, and my large coffee with cream and sugar was delish, a perfect strong and smooth flavor. A small menu for eatery, but clearly it's not meant to be a restaurant so there's no problem there. In my experience, sometimes these more hipster places slack on the quality of coffee, but not so with Luna's. I will definitely be back. :) read more

Cute new independent coffee shop-- interior is reminiscent of Austin, workers are friendly, pastries look delicious, prices are reasonable! Wish I had enough room in my stomach to try one of each incredibly unique drink. Settled on the "Almond Joy" espresso mocha with coconut and almond, which while sweet, was unlike anything I had ever had before. Will definitely return upon my next visit to De Pere. read more

I enjoy stopping at Luna when I am in De Pere as it's an excellent Starbucks alternative. Conveniently situated right on Main St, Luna offers a bright but still comfortable coffee shop atmosphere. I'm a latte guy and usually have the sugar free vanilla. Like most coffee shops, their sugar free syrup is limited to just a few flavors. Service is always good and prices are right in line. I did have Sunday breakfast there one time and it was quite good. Enjoy! Update: Went here on a Saturday morning for the first time. BUSY! The line stretched almost to the door. Luna roasts up some of the best coffee beans I've ever had, if you're looking for a good cup of Joe you will not be disappointed. Luna also does a great job of making it yummy, my favorite is the Honey Latte w/Soy Milk. The smoothies are Amazing (my favorite is Blue Moon) and I cannot go in without having some of the homemade Granola. Even though I live in Chicago and have access to some amazing coffee shops like La Columbe and Intelligentsia, I stick with brewing Luna at home. Delicious. Casual environment. Love this place. When open, the Main Street Depere location was so quaint (pre-COVID) but now since they closed that location, I get my coffee delivered. Appreciate small business who offers local free Green Bay deliver of my beans with same options as in store. Past year I've ordered 4x, delivery is a day or two and all COVID measures in place for easy delivery. Luna is special because it's cozy and the vibe is always upbeat, friendly and casual. I own a business across the street and will come here to do work because I like the atmosphere. I'm not a huge coffee drinker but I love their honey lattes! My husband who is a huge coffee drinker enjoys as well. They have great quiches (portion tends to be small- big eaters beware) and you can't go wrong with one of their toasted wraps. You will see them in the cold case to order and they press it for you. If you are a sweet tooth- they make the best and I mean the BEST cinnamon rolls but you have to get their early in the am or they are gone. And you have to ask them to warm it! It's really amazing! The chocolate covered caramels rock my world sometimes too:) Last, I love kombucha- and like the Tapuat brand they carry (it's local:) My fav is the Bee Power. read more

I definitely loveeeee Luna. It is the best coffee shop in West De Pere area. St. Norbert students are lucky to be near this place. I always take my new international and ESL friends there for a great experience of the new town. They serve great food and wonderful drinks. I love going here to study or just spend a weekend morning enjoying the soft music, coffee aroma, and a warm drink. I like everything I try so far, but my favorite has to be the green tea latte or mocha frappe. They are delicious even for such a particular person like me (I spent more than 5 minutes customizing my drinks at Starbucks). Moreover, the atmosphere is the most adorable thing. They usually showcase local artists' artworks and have live music playing in the late evening with a small extra charge. It can get very busy on Sunday morning because people are back from mass, but you should definitely check this place out if you are in the area. read more

I had the green tea latte, it was frothy, mild, and delicious. The house blend is also very good for the price. It's definitely worth a stop because there really isn't much else like it in the area. Found myself in Green Bay on a business/pleasure trip. Looked up breakfast and this popped up. Reminds me of the alterra in Milwaukee. But way better! The staff was awesome and very knowledgable about the ingredients (I have food allergies) Ordered blueberry oatmeal with almond milk. Also came with a drizzle of maple syrup. I think I died and went to heaven. It was hands-down the best breakfast I have had in months! Also ordered an almond milk honey latte. Perfection. Seriously. Starbucks, you have nothing on these guys. If I lived here, I'd find a house nearby so I could walk here every day. My only complaint was the bratty kids here. Soccer moms: keep a better eye on your children. Seriously, if they are hopping from table to table, then spilling everywhere, you are making so much more work for the staff! I love the feel of this place. You walk in and everyone is doing their thing. We're all together doing our own thing. Private and cozy at the same time. Great, simple food with good coffee. Great layout and plenty of seating with a decent amount of plugs should you be in screen mode. I live in Brooklyn but travel all the time and relish when I can find a place that feels like home. I'm definitely a demographic but the variety of people in here enjoying themselves is a lovely feeling. Come for the food and drink, stay for hours if you have the time. read more

I absolutely LOVE this coffee shop! I have now moved over 4 hours away, and I still have the coffee sent to me once a month! That is how amazing it is! The food menu doesn't have a lot of variation, but every option I've ever tried there has been delicious. It gets very crowded very easily and sometimes takes awhile to get your drink. However, the wait is worth it. The espresso shakes they have here are delicious! I know it is a favorite of the local college, and they have a little bit of outdoor seating (would probably have more if they had the opportunity). If you are going through De Pere, and have an extra minute, you should for sure stop by, and grab a shake, or a machiatto. read more

Best breakfast sandwich I ever had! Great coffee and atmosphere. We rode our bikes from Downtown Green Bay and discovered this very nice very local establishment. But I could not give 5 stars because we had a hard time finding a clean table and the staff didn't really seem to care if we liked it or not. So based on food and coffee alone. 4 stars out of 5 Only negative was the crowd for me, First,one couple apparently had never been to a coffee shop before, and spent 5-10 minutes asking questions about kinds of coffee while a line of people were rushing to grab a coffee to go during the morning rush before work. Luckily i had the day off . Second, having to listen to 4 soccer moms bloviate about how great their kids are should not be occuring at a college-atmosphere, hip coffee place. Go to Starbucks ladies. It was even more irritating hearing one of the moms have to defend the kids quality of education at "the public" school, to the other 3 parents. To the 3 other parents: You're living in frickin' De Pere! Your private school isn't a gateway to anything better than 10k off at Saint Norbert's across the street. So pull the stick out of your you know what. Obviously I can't lower Luna's rating because of the crowd that day, but when I go there again and I hear/ see similar stuff I'll update my review. read more

This is a really nice, charming space and the coffee is quite good. They roast their own. I noticed they don't have any fair trade or organic beans available. They have cafe miel, which is yummy and served in a glass. I've found the servers to be friendly. I have tried the waffles, which were okay, nothing special. Maybe next time I'll give one of the pastries in the case a try. There's also a display of gifty/home decor items that are really great, tasteful, cute stuff. I wish spots in this area would be open later at night, though! I've been here twice and it seemed quite busy both times. They have live music sometimes, I have to stop by to see a show. read more
