This was the first time we tried the Luna Grill. We ordered for takeout. The dining in area was very appealing. They were very busy and the order was about 10 minutes late. The staff was very apologetic and friendly. When we got home the first thing we noticed was a missing side salad. We were not happy, but I was not going to drive 3 miles back. Overall the food was very good and had very good flavor. We will probably go back but make sure we double check the order. This is something I think the staff should be doing as a standard process with the customer who come in for takeout. read more

It was my first time having Luna Grill , and having a hard time choosing, Lauren took my order and was very patient and kind in offering suggestions. Stopped by the new Luna Grill in Stevenson Ranch and everything was fresh and delicious! My mom and I ordered the Luna Caesar and Modern Mediterranean salads with chicken and added a shrimp kabob--amazing flavor. So much so that I didn't even need to add the dressing. Jamena was incredibly attentive and friendly. The staff even treated us to complimentary pita and hummus. Beautiful service and great food. Can't wait to come back! The food was amazing, the service was out of this world. The ambiance was amazing, all the decor and wall art was breath taking!

I've been here two times within the last 7 days and really enjoy the flavor of the food! I did takeout both times and my food was still warm by the time I got home. However, both times my order was wrong when I got home. The first time I didn't receive the garlic feta dip that I paid for, instead I was given the Caesar dressing. I also didn't get the pita that should have been included. I went back today and checked my order before I left, but when I got home I again got the Caesar dressing instead of the lemon vinaigrette. I checked the plate but didn't want to open everything so I missed it was the wrong dressing. I also received the wrong salad which I couldn't see in the container because the kabobs were covering it on the plate. The wait time was also pretty long for only a few other people being in the restaurant. The staff has been super nice both times, but I hope next time I go that I can get my exact order without mistakes. read more
