It's a nice spot. It's a bit on the pricey side, but most places are these days. The chicken kabob is delicious though. Very juicy and flavorful. I was quite surprised because a lot of places that have similar food has some pretty dry chicken. Judy was very sweet and welcoming (great smile). She was helpful and tried to make my experience really good, even going so far as to get me extra sauces, and take my trash for me. She seemed really concerned on whether or not I enjoyed everything. There was so much potential, but this first visit really let me down. Ordered filet kebab added and an extra side of fries. Drove home, maybe 5 minutes later and noticed the fries were cold...not even that "just drove home and they're at least warm" but cold. Next, after what I expected was a freshly grilled skewer, the beef was lukewarm, at best...like it had sat around for a while before they doled it out. Next, they put it on top of some chickpea medley so it was all full of the dressing of whatever they put on that medley. All in all the flavor was ok, but after tasting the warm-ish beef, I tossed the whole thing because I don't mess around with undercooked or hot food that's not hot right after I pick it up. So, this is typical with chain mediterranean restaurants that try the "Chipotle" method and fail miserably. If this keeps up, this place won't be here long!! Next time, make sure the fries are hot when they leave the store. Cook the skewer fresh and DO NOT put it on a wet, slimy chickpea salad (instead box it up separately. Most places place the skewers on a couple of slices of pita or rice...but a cold salad?? Nope. First and last visit!! Wasting people's hard earned money is just disrespectful! read more

Had the pleasure of attending their soft opening. Wow! Santa Clarita really needed this place, my new go to for healthy eating. This place really takes fresh eating to a new level. I'm normally not a sauce person, but I went ahead and gave them a try and OMG so delicious. Their house vinaigrette on the house salad, to die for. I also have never tasted such soft pita bread. My son was also amazed by how big their shrimp were, he cleaned out his plate and getting this kid to eat is never a easy task. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. I was only going to eat half & bring the rest home but the Chicken was so Flavorful & perfectly cooked I ended up eating the whole thing! I just ordered them for the first time via DoorDash. I have been looking for a new Mediterranean restaurant and so far nothing has really been hitting the spot. I ordered the classic pita with chicken, as well as a kids meal for my daughter. The chicken was cooked perfectly- not dry and very flavorful. Another local place has decent flavored chicken, but the texture is rubbery sometimes. This chicken shredded apart so easily, in a great way. The pita was probably the best pita I've ever had from a med restaurant and I've already made plans to eat here in person with some friends. Absolutely delicious!!! The food is really good!! The service is TERRIBLE! It takes FOREVER to get your food 30+ minutes and then they only bring out one of your meals. Everyone else with you each gets their meal about 10 minutes apart. So you're food gets cold cause your waiting for the rest of your party to get there food. We have gone several times thinking it was just a bad day. But it has happened EVERY TIME! They need to figure something out, they need to add more cooks to handle the traffic and phone orders. read more

We've been there twice now. This is the average of the 2 reviews. First time was on opening day. Tons of staff, well organized, friendly. Food portions decent. Good taste, food hot. Second time tonight. Only after I ordered one chicken kabob plate and paid did they tell me they were 35 mins behind! I looked around, every table was full yet no one had food. There were about 6-7 angry looking people standing waiting for food too. I waited over where I could see the food coming from the kitchen. There were only 2 people packing and they were having a tough time figuring out which food went with which order. Food was sitting for at least 5-10 mins in most cases...some even more. They also kept having to get food corrected...missing sides or wrong sides, missing a 2nd kabob, etc. Staff was trying to be friendly but it was obvious they were way understaffed for volume of orders. Got my food and took 5 mins to get home. Chicken kabobs were not even lukewarm...they were cold. Flavors were still good. Hopefully they are learning and will improve. The wait time can't be that long and then get cold food. I'll be avoiding going there during meal times for a bit. But will try them again sometime. read more

After working in the restaurant and banking industries myself as a teenager years ago.... It was so refreshing to experience the same level of customer service I was accustomed to provide. All the restaurant staff we interacted with additionally were sweet and accommodating. Our first experience with this location was equally on point. The food was takeout...so I elected to NOT leave a review based on that singular experience.
