When we went on Sunday at 3pm, the party was going full swing and the DJ was great. There was no cover charge on Sunday and my friends reported the drinks as strong and reasonably priced. We stayed there for a few hours, danced in the pool, did plenty of people watching and enjoyed the escape from reality. On this particular morning at 6:30 am it was just us and the seagulls. It is also nice to take a break from Cedar Point when it gets crowded in the afternoon, and walking on the beach is our favorite way to relax. Although the water was too cold for swimming on this trip, in the summer heat it is very refreshing to take a swim in the lake.

Definitely try the hour if you have a friend or two to ride with. The staff was super laid back and friendly, but still serious enough to follow all the necessary water-safety protocols. Now the cherry on top would have to be the view. So peaceful and picturesque once you get out there (I forgot my phone so I don't have a pic to post, just trust me)! It's worth every penny! Get a jet ski on the right day and you can sustain top speeds for a good minute or two before having to turn to stay within the jet-ski boundaries (plenty of water to cruise). I'll definitely make this a to do every time I visit Cedar Point and/or Breakers Resort.
