I browsed a bit, took stock in things I'd like, but mentally checked myself that I wasn't there for me However, the sales woman on shift was not friendly. No, welcome or can I help. As a former Nordstrom buyer, great customer service is just ingrained in you. Seems the sales lady took one look at my attire (shop/store uniform) and apparently wrote me off, it was clear as day. When I stopped to ask her if she could suggest something for my younger daughter, where I might find something stylish for a 15/16yo. She suggested 'maybe Old Navy or Target'. Hmmmm....ya know that scene in Pretty Woman - BIG MISTAKE, HUGE!!! Never judge a book by its cover. Coming straight from my store I realize I may not have looked the part to her, but to have an employee make ANY customer/potential client 'feel' they might be in the wrong place, it's not how I would want any of my employees to act. My bank account and I got back into my RR and drove to River Walk. Free People store there was more than happy to help me purchase a few tops, pants and accessories.

The front half of the store is dedicated to a lot of hippie type stuff, like crystals, sound bowls, incense, great catchers, and more! They also have various handmade greeting cards and very unique items. The rest of the store is filled to the brim with clothing and accessories. I believe the majority of clothing are 2nd-hand, but not all. They carry a lot of boho styles, but also have some modern clothes, flannels, cargo pants, and more!
