Searching for a pair of boots in my size was a bit hard, given due to the fact I didn't want to drop over $450 on a good pair ( I know it's an investment but I just wanted a pair for pictures and go to Dollywood) but in the future I'll invest in one. Now upon coming here, I always passed by this store a lot during my time on Del Mar but never really wanted to go in until Friday where I was picking up my dinner from Taqueria Luna (across from them) and had to see what they offer. She told me the biggest size they carry is a ten on which I understand but hey, can't hurt to try some on. Guys...I was not only shocked in the cute cowgirl boots but I was torn between to color, different materials which of course, Paige help me on it. I ended up picking the beige boots since it was leather and it can be stretch upon wearing it, and I freaking love it! They do have a wide selection on boots with different styles and materials, and a lot of heels and sandals too! Not just boots. I also told my bestie to come to see the boots when she have a chance since she too, is looking for a pair. I'll post another update review after my trip with my pair of boots to see how it holds up. My boots cost $129.25 with tax ($119) Honestly, pretty darn good value on boots and yes, I know there is a Boot Country in Nashville on their buy one get three free but I don't want to risk getting blisters during the trip. When I opened the gift it wouldn't stand up straight and kept falling over. I went back an hour after he purchased it and the employee told me there are NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES. I went back 4 different times to meet the owner (who was never there) to ask if I could at least exchange it for something that isn't damaged. After going to the store multiple times not able to resolve the issue, I tried to contact the store owner by. phone from July 26- Aug 14 leaving messages on voicemail and also through her IG page DM's. Finally on August 23rd, someone (don't know who it was but most likely the owner) texted me to tell me that she would not give me a refund or an exchange. She's rude and hell bent on sticking to her policy and losing customers rather than listening and working with the issue at hand. She sarcastically texted her sign off to me and says, "Have the day you deserve". What business owner would treat their customers this way? Buyers Beware!!!! We had been frequent shoppers at her store, after this awful experience, we will never step foot in there again.

I've reached out multiple times over the past year trying to resolve the issue, but I have not been paid. In addition, my interactions with the store during this process were surprisingly rude and unprofessional. At one point I was even told that if I wanted my payment, I could take the matter to small claims court. I create and sell my work as a retirement hobby, and I trusted this store to handle the agreement fairly. Based on my experience, I would encourage other vendors to be cautious and make sure they have clear terms in writing before consigning items here. My hope is simply that others avoid the frustration I've gone through.

After searching most of the morning at shops near Broadway, we headed for a place across the street from Tootsies looking for comfy sandals. That store was closed despite their posted business hours. We spotted Tootsies and were in and out in 15 minutes. The selection was a perfect blend of comfy heels and dressy sandals. Plus some boots etc, but we found exactly what we were looking for. The gal helping us (owner? we didn't ask) was super attentive and kind. This shop saved the day! If we lived here, we'd be regulars.

I walk in wanting everything- touching the leather shoes, imagining myself walking around at work in the comfy shoes. thinking of the outfits I own that would go with each pair. oh, the joy!!! This shop has such a wonderful variety of shoes - from F**k me pumps to casual vegan flats and shoes are reasonable priced (yipee!!!). The staff are a bunch of college girls, dressed up all pretty and trendy. But be sure to ignore their constant conversation of how they stop themselves from eating carbs and how much they hate that they can't fit into designer clothes and just focus on the shoes!! its all about the shoes!!
