They had to fill in some patchwork on the walls as well as color match my ~1200 sq ft home including the garage. There was also old wallpaper that needed to be removed and the wall repainted. He took his time explaining every step and answering all my questions. The pricing was fair and his crew was ontime and very nice. Day 1 was pressure washing. Juan arrived with his employee, made sure everything was set up and communicated what time they would start the next day. They prepped and painted 4 days. All in, including pressure washing day, our house was completed in 5 days. What a difference! We had seen other neighbors' exterior paint jobs take weeks! Juan worked side by side with his team and really knows what he is doing. Many times I would pop outside to find Juan up on a ladder working hard. They carefully wrapped all our porch lights, A/C equipment, windows and doors. They put plastic down everywhere to avoid overspray.
