I explained my situation and she was kind enough to take me and made me an appointment for an hour later. They took my insurance without a problem. I had my upper and lower wisdom teeth removed and it was PAINLESS AND IM CHICKEN FOR THIS KIND OF PAIN. She was very gentle and straight to the point. Had an appointment this morning for 9 am. I explained I was two blocks away and the majority of the time I come exactly at 9 the doors have not even open yet. She proceeded to have an attitude and slammed the phone down on me. I arrived at the doctor's office at 9:03 am. Tanisha asked if okay and I said no that the person who just called me was rude and not even an apology or acknowledgment of the situation was addressed. The receptionist proceeded to tell me she wasn't rude and then rolled her eyes. My family and I have been with this establishment for years even before Dr. FINELY decided to open the adult side. The receptionist on this side needs more training on phone etiquette and customer service. It is currently 9:18 and I still have not been called.

I was told they were closed on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I called on another day to come in on the same day as my wife's scheduled appointment ( as I'm having a hard time getting around on crutches) and they tell me I can only be seen by same dentist who did the initial ( lousy) work, and he isn't there on that day.
