She started yelling at me "Thanks for the heads up! You people think that I can come up with arrangements in an instant!" I said "No problem, I'll go somewhere else, you just lost my money." I'm glad there was someone else standing there to witness this interaction. I can't believe she treats customers like this. My one sister's order was correct the other received two arrangements in error. Upon contacting the florist we were told that yes indeed they made a mistake and would reimburse her for the one arrangement. When we received her credit card statement and saw that she did not get a credit for the mistake we called the florist and spoke to the owner Harold Jacobsen. Not only was he rude and condescending to my sister he acted as though he couldn't be bothered insinuating that my mother's age was a factor in the mistake. There was NO reasoning with him- he refused to check with his staff member who had previously assured us that they would take care of it We have been going to this florist for over 20 years and Harold Jacobsons response to that was " well we have been in business for over a 100" as though that was more important. Taking advantage of the elderly is not something the Jacobson name would be proud of I'm sure. There are so many florists in this area who put customer service above all. Please consider that before wasting your money on this one!

We're on our way to Troy corewell to welcome another grandchild into our brood, when the notion of daisies occurs to us. It is the flower of the month. We give this young man a dollar amount and a baby bear ceramic and in ten minutes he presents us with a masterpiece. The store was so nice. The different fragrances from all the flowers. The huge selection of gift items to choose from. He could've took longer and we wouldn't have complained. We were so pleased that we tried to give him another $20 for a tip and he refused it! "Go spoil your granddaughter with it !!!" Mrs. E. cried (it's been a stressful week). What I am going to do is purchase all of my floral needs at this location. Grabbed some flowers for mom or rather a plant for her bleated birthday…read more Jenny helped me out. She's attentive, friendly and helpful too. Picked out a nice plant that could grow and sprawl over time. They have a little greenhouse and it's filled with wonderful little live plants. The plants and flowers are reasonably priced. I have this awesome sprawling plant in the back greenhouse they've grown for five years. It's huge and gorgeous.

They were like baby cabbages you could tell that they were "SPECIAL"... creating the most beautiful arrangement with quality flowers. I still have the arrangement! The flowers are dry now...it's still stunning!! I have to honestly say this was one of the most beautiful arrangements I've ever gotten in my life! I'm a big fan now of Sage. They also have a beautiful room, so quaint and cozy that you can rent for a special occasion.
