Big mistake. I came in asking for a specific repair -- it was never fixed. Instead, they "discovered a leak" that took five days to "fix." No calls, no updates, no pricing info. I had to call myself just to find out what was going on. When I finally picked up my car, I was overcharged and my car is STILL leaking oil. How hard is it to fix a leak? The shop is dirty, trash and oil stains left inside my car, and the staff acted like I was bothering them for simply wanting updates. Adam hung up in my face and answered the phone like I was ruining his day. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to describe it. If you value your car, your money, or your sanity -- NEVER bring your car here. I'd ask ChatGPT how to fix my car before trusting this place again.
