The reason for two star review is that I was told I needed new brakes on the front and they would do it for just over 900 dollars. Pretty expensive for breaks but I told them i would do the brakes myself. When I went to put brakes on the car the pads were fine with about half life left. I do not like it when mechanics are dishonest about what you need. I will not go back and I suggest if you do make sure you know what os wrong with your vehicle first.

After they already had my car, I was suddenly told it would actually take about three business days and that there was "nothing they could do." If that had been communicated from the beginning, I never would have brought my car there. What made this even more frustrating is that my car sat there all day without anyone even touching it. It wasn't delayed because work had already started--it was simply left untouched. I ended up going back, telling them not to work on it at all, and taking my car somewhere else. My vehicle only has 64 miles on it, and I'm not comfortable leaving it with a business that tells me one thing to get me in the door and then changes the story once they already have my car. Because of this, I wasted an entire day that I could have spent taking my car to a shop that was honest about its timeline. Reliability and honesty matter just as much as the quality of the work, and this experience left me feeling like my time wasn't respected. My advice is simple: if meeting the promised timeline is important to you, consider getting a clear written commitment before leaving your vehicle, or look elsewhere. I can't recommend a business that promises one thing and then delivers the exact opposite.

I'm thinking here we go, it's gonna be one of those days, Martinez finally showed up and was upfront with me, said sir that tire is unrepairable, but I can put a plug in it, since I have road insurance on the tires at discount tire I opted to just take it to discount the next day Monday. I went ahead and asked the Martinez brothers to Check the other tires. Make sure they were good, and was encouraging a lil extra business for them since they were kind and honest about my tire. One tire seem to have a nail in they took the tire off and checked it. And also put air in the other tires. To my surprise, Martinez refuse to take any money from me. I even tried to hand him my Credit card. I did not ask for anything free I even offered to pay, Martinez Brothers said, " hasta la otra, it's OK." And refuse to charge me a dime. These two young business men know and value of "customer service". These young business men are committed to excellence, honesty and hard work. I got a detailed breakdown of all needed repairs along with the cost, and I was offered various ways payments could be made. They gave me a time frame of how long my vehicle would be at the shop, which seemed a bit long at first but there was a lot of work to be done and parts needed to be ordered so that's fair. They finished early which was wonderful! It's been a few weeks since my vehicle was repaired, and I feel like an excellent job was done as not only are my former issues gone but there are no new sounds or squeaks as have happened previously with other shops. Everyone I spoke with was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I definitely will use Safe Auto Repair for future repairs and will recommend them as they were recommended to me.
