Really enjoyed dinner ( oops- I mean Supper) here. Easy access for me (handicapped access) is so important to have a relaxed experience- and Lunch Supper delivered. Great down home southern cooking that will make your cardiologist up your Lipitor. We enjoyed meats smoked on site and an appetizer of fried green tomatoes topped with pimento cheese. Great service - no extended wait time for food. I also really liked the garden atmosphere.

We arrived for brunch on a Sunday shortly after they opened and had no trouble getting a seat, but I hear it gets quite busy on weekends. I had the fried green tomato BLT with a side of grits and have been thinking about this meal ever since. This was a very creative twist on a classic and was the perfect combination of sweet and savory, crunchy and soft. My wife and I also split a cinnamon roll, which was perfectly adequate, and a build-your-own breakfast sandwich on a biscuit with chicken, egg, and cheese. Wayne took great care of our table while also manning the bar.

Hidden little gem in Richmond. Met my family here for brunch. Outside and inside is totally adorable. Love the decorations and the extra little touches. Staff was super friendly. Once our table was ready, we got seated quickly. Large menu options and cute mason jars for drinks. Definitely would come back next time. I'm in Richmond.

Was passing through Richmond, and a lot of my friends recommended LUNCH.SUPPER! for brunch. My partner and I were seated promptly. Only street parking is available, but it wasn't too difficult to find a spot. The atmosphere: Very rustic vibe with some farmhouse-style decor. They have table, high-top, bar, and patio seating available. The food: I opted for the Chicken and Waffles with a side of cheese grits. I chose to make it hot for more spice. It's served with one whole waffle, two large pieces of fried chicken, and syrup on the side. The chicken was not seasoned as much as I hoped and wasn't as spicy as I expected, which was a bummer. The cheese grits were alright as well, but not as flavorful as I hoped. My partner ordered the Double Barrel Bowl, and he really enjoyed it. It was packed with pulled pork and was plentiful and filling. The service: Great and kind service from Mave (I believe that is her name but I'm not entirely sure). She informed us about the daily specials and was attentive throughout our visit.

Haven't been here in quite some time; but glad that my husband and one of our friends Mom asked me to get out today. One of the best spots in downtown Richmond (Scott's addition area) for a small group to enjoy a great meal in a cozy setting! I finished off the salmon cake sandwich with french fries; as it was very delicious and filling. The hostess and wait staff were helpful and friendly during the whole experience.

Parking: Street parking is available. You may need to park a few streets down because there may not be any available spots in front. Seating: there are a lot of seats. However it is a very popular place, so our wait was an hour for the weekend. Food: we enjoyed everything we ordered. The burrito and rva sunrise bowl were nothing special, but my friend got the fried chicken and that was pretty good. Next time I want to order something with their fried chicken! Bathroom: it is located in the back of the restaurant. There were only 2 stalls in the women's restroom. There is a baby changing table in the larger stall. Price: average to a little more pricey for brunch food. Service: our server was very patient and nice! He was great!

This place is deceptively excellent! The outside is weird; it looks like a dive bar, a bbq joint and a restaurant had a baby. Our server was awesome, friendly, informative and helpful. The food was outstanding! Diverse options, The portions were excellent for a big eater like myself and the food is expertly executed. Good good stuff, go eat!

I don't think I've ever had a bad time whenever coming here. One of my bestie were out doing a long walk around the city and decided to come here for brunch. The food was just as good as I first time came here. I got their gravy & biscuit (aka Trainwreck) and my friend got their healthy wrap. We also got a bottle of champagne to do our version of mimosas - haha. I don't know if it's showing, but I guess it showed their trainwreck from several years ago vs to 2025 - from the photos that I'm seeing. Anyways, staff was friendly and the place is clean and it's not too crazy loud. I can't say much about parking since we were walking around, but be sure to know parallel parking and that you're in a construction zone...it's definitely a rapid growing location.

This place is amazing! We're here to celebrate our nieces' graduation from VCU, and we had a reservation. The lighting, the different dining areas, the herb garden, the great layout, huge BBQ pit, and the amazing food menu--wow, there's so much to say, but for now, come on over! I wish we had a spot like this in VB. What a vibe!!

I came here on a Saturday around noon with a friend. We had to wait about 15 minutes. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait. We sat at a high top table in the back, which was nice because it was away from all the noise. There's a lot of large groups and families so it's very loud inside. The outdoor space might have been a bit less loud. I got the spicy bloody Mary, which was made mildly spicy per my request, it was super delicious. I ordered the biscuits with gravy, sausage, eggs & cheese and as you can see the portion was ginormous. I finished most of it, but was not hungry the rest of the day. I wish I came with a bigger group so we could've ordered appetizers. The pimento cheese sounded delicious.

This place was very inviting and they validate parking in a busy part of Richmond. My son and I were driving to Fredricksburg for his soccer tournament and the reviews and menu caught me . The boy eats more cereal than any kid alive so he was in heaven when he found out they serve breakfast all the times. He went with ale carte eggs, pork sausage, breakfast potatoes and short stack pancakes. I went a different way with braised short ribs with mashed potatoes and Parmesan brussel sprouts. So looking forward to this meal after a long drive from Charlotte..... Bridgett was right.... The braised short ribs with mash and bacon Parmesan brussel sprouts were outstanding. The meat was so tender I could cut it with a spoon. The brussel sprouts lightly sautéed and tasted great with the mashed and short ribs. My son loved his breakfast for dinner. He devoured his scrambled eggs potatoes and pork sausage and pancakes. He gave me half a pancake so I could use it to soak up my gravy after finishing my meal. Bridgette was a very hospitable server and help us choose our meals with her suggestions. The porch was relaxing and enjoyable. The doctor was unique. My favorite is the eagle head (See photo). I highly recommend Lunch. Supper to locals and visitors alike if you are hungry or just looking for a fun place to grab a drink with breakfast!

Vibe: 7.75/10 Service: 7.5/10 - the service is good, but there is generally confusion about the difference between the Lunch! and Supper! restaurants. We waited for a table at Lunch! but realized we had meant to be at Supper! when we got to our table and looked over the menu Value: 7.25/10 Pork rind nachos: 8/10 The Greek omelette (egg whites) w/ breakfast potatoes: 9.25/10 - I love this dish!! Supper! Cubano: 8/10 Overall: 7.96/10 (3.98/5) [To clarify our review system: 10 = we'll never have anything else as good as this in our lives (we use 10 very sparingly!) 9 = extraordinary 8 = great 7 = above average 6 = average Anything below 6 is being critical]

This review is specifically pertaining to the supper portion of the restaurant. We placed our names on a waitlist and were seated about 30-40 minutes after in the covered outdoor area that was greenhouse style - lovely area! The food was delicious and our waitress was friendly. Their fried chicken is mouthwatering and flavorful. The Mac and cheese is also a standout and very good. Portions are generous. I loved that the menu had a huge amount of variety so there is truly something for everyone there. I think the only improvement I would offer is some more clarity on the different parts of the restaurant - it seems one portion has a limited menu and the other (where we ate) is more extensive. I didn't realize that it was two separate places (though right next to each other) and only learned this upon arrival. There are certain things not on the menu on each so it's worth knowing this before you go!

My mom is my travel buddy, as she was very disappointed with the arugula burger it was just a poor combination for her, as there is nothing wrong with a regular burger with lettuce, tomatoes, onions etc., but this place and its clientele are pretentious or attention seeking, main character syndrome focused, so it is not surprising. My salmon based dish was not bad but again trying too hard and being too fancy but not carrying weight and having substance just style but nothing that is hearty, fulfilling that comes from the heart and sticks to your ribs. It feels like a restaurant that I can see in the pretentious spots in DMV/DC like Georgetown, Bethesda, or McClean, as some of the clientele gave off that vibe. It is terrible when my mom, because Richmond in our opinion lacked an abundance of quality appetizing food options scanned the menu and was disappointed, hesitant, and indecisive on even to eat here as nothing on the menu was down to earth and intriguing enough for her to eat. She could not even have a decent regular burger, nope Lillie's wants to have arugula and tries to have these "healthy/creative" options but is really fake and snooty performative clientele it attracts with these options. The server was pacing around and sweetheart needed to relax as we did not like feeling rushed, even though the food was not the best and the environment a bit stuffy and uptight, we don't like the nervous energy that is transactional trying to cut our social bonding time and having new people in there like a cattle house. Please stay away and go down the street to Mama J's. The world is not your oyster with Richmond's culinary scene, as there are thin pockets of consistently good to great food. A bit of the city has abandoned ghost downtown and not as vibrant neighborhoods that I expected for it to have.

If someone in the back of the house can't count to ten (10) and your employing someone who doesn't know how to count to 10, I am wondering what else is going on in the back of the house. Advise 1) Moving forward I will ask them to count them before accepting the finished product 2) Don't buy the Onion Rings. My wife does not care for them and she is an Onion ring person. Let's do this again but I'm bring the Count with me and the number 10 JUST TO MAKE SURE WERE CLEAR!

We were seated at a wonderful spot right at the front window facing Grace Street, ideal for people watching and a nice setting overall. Our server, Jennifer was quick to approach and offer drinks and menu suggestions. I had the scallops accompanied by a very tasty potato rosti, fennel/apple salad and fried pork belly bits. It was absolutely delicious - one of the best meals I've had in a while. I was drinking iced tea, which came with a little mint kick to it - I no longer drink alcohol with meals, but they appear to have quite a few creative cocktails as well. While this is likely a higher end restaurant for the area, I found the price averaging about $70 per person all in, including drinks, tip and tax to be quite a reasonable value overall. With wonderful service, incredible food, reasonable prices, and a beautiful dining room, this is certainly a place that I'd revisit again when traveling through or to Richmond.

We picked this place for dinner based on its proximity to the hotel and we are so glad we did because it was fantastic! One of the best meals we have had in a while. The ambiance was also very nice with soft music and candles. The menu offers a handful of appetizers and a handful of entrees. They all sounded good but I decided to go with the petite filet mignon. It also came with smoked cheddar scallop potatoes, honey glazed baby carrots, and a port wine demi. All of it was delicious. My husband had the sumac dusted scallops with potato rosti, smoked pork belly, and an apple fennel salad. It looked and tasted great. We also received a complimentary corn muffin that tasted great. Service was fairly quick and professional.
