There was no "hard sell" and he patiently answered all of our questions even though we were in the middle of other renovations and told him we wouldn't be making any decisions that day. He said "no problem" and sent us the quote to look over. Two months later we booked the job and were thrilled with the results. The whole process was easy and exactly what you'd expect from a good roofing company. They showed up exactly when they said they would, did a wonderful job and cleaned up before they left. Four years later our gutters started to leak. Mind you, this company sub-contracts out the gutter installation, so it technically wasn't their mistake. Specialist Roofing & Repair sent out a supervisor and fixed the issue-- no charge, no delay. All under warranty. They are a WONDERFUL company that does a great job and treats their customers with respect. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Following my original review, Prime America Roofing contacted me and took responsibility for addressing the issues I had raised regarding my $25,000+ silicone roof-coating project. I believe it is only fair to update my review to reflect that the company ultimately responded to my concerns and resolved the outstanding matters to my satisfaction. My original concerns were legitimate and accurately reflected my experience at the time. They included silicone overspray and splatter, components on the roof not being properly repositioned, an improperly routed AC condensate line that caused an operational problem, silicone residue left in an outdoor sink, and--most importantly at the time--a lack of follow-up after I initially reported these matters. Since then, however, Prime America Roofing has worked with me to address these concerns, and the issues have now been resolved. I appreciate a company that is willing to return, listen to a customer's concerns, and make things right. While I wish the project had been completed to this standard from the outset and that the initial follow-up had been more responsive, I also believe a contractor should receive appropriate credit when it ultimately stands behind its work. Unfortunately our price had doubled (price of a brand new car of the year at that point) after the demolition was done because of how bad the wood was underneath and we were recommended to put new plywood over it and we were told it would provide better support instead of replacing all the wood. We were also told it would be more money spent and risk the possibility of leaks later on if we tried replacing the old wood. The inspectors were informative of the work needing to be done but at times they did come off as more of salesmen trying to make a sale and get their numbers up. However we went ahead, bit the bullet, and approved the work. The job took about a week or two. I would have liked more communication on when workers would pass by because sometimes they would show up unannounced. Also I had found our Blink cameras on the floor under the roof rubble a couple times even though I had offered to remove them. Nevertheless the roof is done. It looks amazing. On came out to inspect the roof and pointed out the various problems on the roof, and suggested a full replacement on the bathroom section. I also inquire about work on our garage (though it's not leaking, but it's in need of replacement). Written and later official estimate was given, and the cost, part, work was exactly as quoted (aside from plywood needed for the garage) On is very genuine and respectful. He maintains a very high level of communication, and you just feel greatly welcomed when talking to him. Out of the 4 days of work done, On is pretty much there every day to inspect and verify proper work is done by the crew. When the crew do finish their work at the end of each day, there is NO mess left behind in the house/garden. Everything is cleaned up and nearly placed by the wall.
