It's nice they're take you in after 7pm not many places will do that but keep in mind it is a little pricey! Complimentary drinks (even alcoholic), will get them even, I didn't have any drinks but since I paid for my own nails this time (not my husband) I realized how expensive it is. They're big on tips too, they'll ask you loudly, how much you leave for tip? That's fine. But I've always thought a tip comes from the heart Service is good! They have a lot of nail techs so you'll be attended! I came in for a fill $58 + tip it's like paying for a full set all over again :') And they're medium length frenchies

I came in here on the fly and we haven't been anywhere since. This place is always busy yet we don't have to wait long. I love the attention, the work, and results of my pedicures. My mom and I always have a great experience. It feels like a mini spa experience. Services include refreshments any sort. Great customer service, always clean, always witha smile. 2 cuts on the other hand from the same manicure

I came here because they're open on Sundays. There was a wait, so I had to come back. I was seen pretty quickly upon returning. I got a powder dip mani, & a pedi. When I sat down at the mani desk and hung my purse over the chair arm, it hung real close to their outlet, which had a giant dusty hairball hanging from it--gross! The manicurist cut me 4x during my manicure!!! 2x with the cuticle clippers & 2x with the drill tool. She acknowledged them all because she pressed on each of them in an effort to prevent bleeding, but she only apologized for the last one when I said "ouch" and pulled my hand back with obvious bleeding. She took $5 off and didn't charge me for the cuticle trim. She also had a really strange method of doing the powder dip-unlike I've ever seen before. We'll see how it lasts. I got a #2 pedi plus paraffin wax with regular polish. I was surprised when they didn't have actual paraffin and instead used a plastic mitt that had some warm solution inside. She said it was the new, better version of paraffin. However, it didn't have the same effect as traditional paraffin, which is what I was looking for, and this new treatment didn't leave my feet feeling smooth and silky like normal paraffin. I brought my concerns up to the cashier at checkout, and she apologized for the cuts, taking $5 off. She noted that they don't have paraffin anymore, and the new treatment is a collagen treatment. I'm pretty upset about being charged $10 for paraffin when that's not what I got or what I wanted. I will not be back here. Not to mention, when I got home and examined my heels, they still look terrible! (See pics). I much prefer Venus nails on the other side of the lake. Update--same day-- I called after getting home and noticing how terrible my heels looked. They offered to either give me $7 back or do an extra callus treatment on the feet by the manager. I went back same day, and she did another basic callus treatment with scrub, saying that I can't expect to get results with 1 treatment, but you really need multiple treatments. (I'm not new to pedicures, & I always have better results than this.) She asked if it looked better, & I asked if she could do better. This is when she used the drill tool on my feet to soften the cracks. At one point she burned me with the tool, so I said "Ow!" And both her and another lady laughed! I also pointed out that there was polish all over my fingers that didn't get cleaned up. The same, original manicurist came back to clean it up, & she misunderstood me and started filing the powder dip off the top of the nail!!! I asked her to stop and re-explained myself. By now she had already ruined the surface of the nails, so after she tried to clean up the excess polish on my skin, she had to now remove the top coat and re-do the top coat. The manager also did an extra callus treatment & said my feet will start to peel in a few days, & she gave me a file to take home and shed the dead skin when that happens, which was nice of her. This whole process took another 45 minutes. I'm posting another pic of my heels after the treatment today. I'm happy they were willing to fix things for me, but not happy that it didn't get done properly the first time. I still won't come back here.

I've been here twice now and have had a great experience both times! I drive all the way over from the other side of the lake passing multiple nail salons so that says something. I have received a full set from both Joe and Kevin and they both did a phenomenal job. The salon is clean and customer service is great, the receptionist is always sure to offer a drink. Another plus is their hours allowing me to come in when most other nail salons are closed. Attached below are the sets I've gotten. Kevin did my holiday set and listened to any changes I requested. Joe did my bridal set and they were perfect for the big day. I will definitely be returning

I found Kevin to very friendly and engaging, and he was intentional in his care for my feet! This plus the customer service at the front desk, the beautiful ambiance of the facility, and offering libations to the customers make LE Nails a wonderful place to come and be pampered! I highly recommend their services.

I enjoyed my first visit at this salon. They fit me into their schedule with an appropriate wait time for their other appointments. The staff was attentive, they offer a wide array of services and even start you off with a drink of choice. I opted for water, and a classic French mani pedi. Kevin was my nail tech and he was very kind. We had a respectful conversation about my tattoos. He even recommended another one to compliment my nails. :) I am grateful to have a friendly salon in our neighborhood. As a veterinary surgical assistant, these nails will be put to the test. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Thank you! read more

Hello... I am about to post the bad nail work and pedicure. I just don't understand, why the male owner would tell me to come over and pick up a gift card which I was willing to take to regift. At the end of the day , it is my money! And I was so not happy with the services. That's so sad he ended up calling the police... like they had nothing better to do than attend a nail salon complain. At the end of the day it wasn't cheap change 180dlls... later... and I was refused to the credit back to me. Pleaseeee we have so so many other places to go to!!!! I will continue to post and give recommendations. read more

This is a great nail salon! I like to do chrome, and I have gone all over the place. The chrome they use here last better than the average. Thanh is my nail tech and she is excellent doing thin dip application. They even called me last time I came in to let me know they were running late, so that I wouldn't be in the salon waiting, which I appreciated! The girl at the front is very attentive and professional as well. read more

I fully recommend this nail salon. I ask for Kevin for my nails because he always does a great job and is really nice to talk to. He pays attention to detail! I also ask for Danny for my pedicures!! They offer lots of services, tons of colors and it's a really cute salon. You get a complimentary drink with service too! && lots of easy parking! I try to make appointments to get who I want but they have walk ins too! read more

The quality of my manicure was smudged and UNEVEN!!! I asked for them to fix it very nicely and they called the police on me. PROBLEM BUSINESS. DO NOT COME HERE. Extremely unprofessional and greedy. Also super dirty inside- I saw 3 spiders and loads of ants . read more

I've been driving past this place for months (just haven't had any self care time lately). Well I finally went in today and I'm so happy I did. Beautiful salon, as a walk-in didn't have to wait long for a manicure & pedicure. Danny did my pedi and Lisa my mani. They offer you a complimentary beverage while you have your services done. I haven't had a gel manicure in years, just could never find anyone to do them the way I like. Lisa did! I told her I wanted a nude gel, she recommended a French instead. I asked if she could do a thin line French & she said "I can do whatever you want" and she did! I was so pleased with Danny & Lisa, I decided to get my eyebrows & lip done too. Front desk girl amazing but I can't seem to find someone like my previous place in Fallbrook. I've been there a few times and two times I've been hurt. They said my nails are long so my set was 50 and up. So a normal set is 40 and up. I only got nude powder and then clear coat. She took 2 hours .... And they wana charge me 75$ for a simple set. The most I paid was 50. So I was charged 30$ for length + shape??? They are making up prices.. they didn't want to show my charges on a receipt. read more

Found this place on yelp because I needed a gel pedicure close by. I was a walk-in and was attended by Kevin. He was diligent and friendly. I really love this place. I've been looking for a new nail salon since I moved here and boy do I regret going to envious nails. I should have gone to Lake Elsinore Nails first! They are so professional and clean their tools. Their customer service is excellent, they are very knowledgeable and have many different options. I told them about my awful experience about envious nails and how they gave me a fungus, were super abusive to me and discriminated against me for being handicapped, yelled at me and kicked me out after shaming and public ally humiliating me. I was bullied last time I got my nails don't at Envious Nail Bar so I was very scared to try some place new but I'm glad I worked up the courage to go to Lake Elsinore Nails. Tammy did my pedicure and Amanda did my manicure and my nails look fabulous. They taught me about Vietnamese culture and also taught me some Vietnamese as well. They fixed the nails that the other place ruined and I even told my sister about this place. Their drinks are delicious too. They have gluten free options which is awesome because I also have Celiac. They were so warm and friendly. Tammy asked me why I walk with a cane and actually cared when I told her about how I was hit by a car, she gave me a hug which I thought was super sweet. I didn't even realize how badly I needed one. Thank you so much you guys, you were awesome and I truly appreciate it. Sorry it took me a couple weeks to post this, but I've been meaning to. Can hardly wait to go back! Also I tried the collagen pedicure and my feet were the softest they have ever been. It was so relaxing and peaceful. That's how it should be at the nail salon. Also, it was dark when I went out to my car, but the men were standing outside and made sure not only that I got to my car safely but that they said bye to me oh my way out which I thought was extra sweet. One of the guys that works there used to work for Envious Nail Bar and you can tell he's so much happier here at Lake Elsinore Nails. It must have been such an abusive work environment for him I can only imagine how happy he is to work for Lake Elsinore Nails now. THIS SHOP USES MMA PRODUCTS. VERY HARMFUL TO YOUR HEALTH AND NAILS. STAY AWAY! MMA is a harmful chemical that can cause allergic reactions (dermatitis), and can severely damage your nail plates, please do your research! I am not one to leave a bad review but this was not a good experience. Let me start on a positive note, everyone there is super sweet but my nails and my daughter's nails are so bad. The acrylic application process was terrible, i wanted a black french tip and the guy doing my nails got polish all over my skin which ended up being roughly filed off my skin. My daughter's cuticles are cut up and bleeding. The guy doing my nails dropped the cuticle oil and brush on the ground and still attempted to use it on my fingers which i politely declined. I will not be going back. I am upset even having to pay for such poor service. UPDATE The manager went ahead and had a customer call me regarding my review. The manager spoke to a customer about my bad experience and decided to call me on her phone to have a customer talk to me about my review. This is the most unprofessional and shocking experience i have ever had. They had already called me to try to fix things which i appreciated, but then to have a customer call me is INSANE SECOND UPDATE I called to ask for my money back only to find that they have my phone number blocked. I got through to them on a different phone, expressed my feelings about the situation and requested a refund. They REFUSE to give my money back. read more

My nail tech, Elly, is absolutely wonderful, so patient, detail-oriented, and always willing to try any design I bring in. You will end up with infection especially bc they drop their nail tools on the dirty floor and try and use them on you without washing or sanitizer. also they will cut your cuticles so much you bleed. also when you try and leave a bad review they give your personal information to other customers and have them call you.
