Every visit, she delivers excellent service and makes you feel comfortable and welcome. I don't understand some of the negative reviews--they really don't reflect the experience my family and I have had. She is very reasonably priced too--$35 for a full face is a great deal for the quality she provides. Other family members have been coming here for years, and we've always had a great experience. So like others said, I got scabs along my eyelids. That was a bit upsetting--although the shaping of the eyebrows were good. It was the most expensive I've paid for eyebrows at $13. I just moved here and thought I'd be paying cheaper in Lake Elsinore. Because I'm new to the area I didn't know another place to go so today January 7, 2025 I decided to give them a second chance. I get there around 10:25, it says on their door they open at 10:30am so I waited. I got out of my car and waited on the bench by the door. It was 10:35 now and no one was inside and it was still closed. I called the number and it said the phone number I called was not in service. After 15 minutes of waiting I left. I won't come back here again. She charged me $38 and seemed that she was just making up the price however she wanted. I asked how much it would be to tint them and just clean them up and she said it was $25 then at the end it somehow came out to $38? By the time I made it out into the sunlight to look at my eyebrows, on top of charging me so much, I realized she completely missed multiple chunks of hair under my brows. Save you're money. Been coming here for a number of years now. No appt. needed. They are quick and efficient. I like being able to just get in and get it done. They are kind and friendly. Sophia! Is! Great! I have a bomb eyebrow lady in Riverside that I've been going to for 10+ years but living in LE and California traffic & gas prices well...you know. I've stuck with my eyebrow lady because she knows how to work with my small scar in my now thinning brows, the few times through the years I've tried others my eyebrows look like they're on crack uuuggghhh...that's until now! I have frequent this threading salon location for about 5 years, ever since it was Magic brow and was replaced by ibrows threading. Today Sofia tended to me and she was just so attentive, patient, observant to detail regarding to my eyebrows and listened to my requests in regards to how I would like my eyebrows shaped. She did an awesome job and for the price and of course the stamp card that they give you is an extra bonus ( after your seventh eyebrow visit or stamp your eighth one is free! ) I go no where else and if you are looking for a good thorough job with reasonable prices then you should at least stop on by and check this place out. read more

I have been coming here for years with no issues. But the customer service is not what it used to be. The workers are pretty rude and think they are being discrete. The card system never works when I go..and today they took their own tip out without telling me and I didn't do the math until I was on my drive home. So they took out their own tip on top of me tipping them. My eyelid is also bleeding which has never happened to me in all my years of getting threaded. Won't be returning. read more

The woman was nice and the service was okay but her naming the $30 price and then taking an additional $3 on top of that without warning just seems like pouring salt on the wound. Great service!! I'm so glad I decided to come to iBrows Threading Salon. I was in search for a good brow threading salon and I have to say I won't be going anywhere else. I was there for my brows but found out they do waxing as well so ended up getting my brows threaded and underarms waxed. My brows came out just like I like them and the detail in my underarm waxing left me speechless. After quick and affective waxing Sofia brought me out to the threading chairs to double check all hair was removed. Just moved to the area and needed my eyebrows threaded. This place looked decent, so I went for it. First time, went well she cleaned them up the way I asked. Second time, was HORRIBLE it was a different lady. Never got her name. I told her I was very picky with my brows please just clean up. She literally took way too much out. My full beautiful arched eyebrows were ruined. The shape was gone thin & ugly. Now waiting for them to fully grow back. My advice for them would be to take their time & LISTEN to the customer. Just bought a house in the area and needed a new "eyebrow lady" so I decided to check this place out because they have a catchy name. Well... I waked in, it was silent, the "open" sign was not on and 75% of the lights were off. I thought they were closed initially. Everything told me to RUN but I'm so judgmental and wanted to give them a shot. My "lady" (don't know her name) was threading so slow I felt each and every hair being ripped from the skin... whatever, I'll get over it... but when I left and got into the sun (remember it's dark in there) she did NOT clean my eye brows up at all.... I had to go home and pluck the rest... to top it off the lines weren't straight... wow. Wow. WOW... I learned my lesson... She also did my lip and i told her to pick up the pace... Again.... She didn't even get all the hair... I had to pluck that too... This lesson cost me $15... read more

I usually don't do Yelp Reviews, but, I guess this ones worth a small share, so this is my first time getting my brows done. I come in, and she dosent even say hi, she just tells me to sit down and to not push the chair. She says pull forward so I scoot up and she yells no and rolls her eyes and she pushes me back. So I lay back and she just starts doing my brows and I told her it was my first time, all was good, but she did my upper eyebrow last and I flinched a bit, and she yelled at me saying that messes her up and that if I didn't handle pain maybe I shouldn't get my eyebrows done. So I stuck through the rest and she was just so rude and she didn't even finish my left brow. It still has hairs everywhere and she still expected me to pay. So, basically, what the fuck?
