My experience was terrific! First, I had to reschedule my appointment, which was not an issue. Upon arrival, Pinkal was nice and polite when greeting me-I felt very comfortable. I asked for my lip, chin and the blonde peach fuzz to be removed from my face. Let me tell you, I have sensitive skin and this was the FIRST time I've ever left a threading salon without any redness, rashes or signs of being threaded! Pinkal was so gentle throughout the entire process, and she made sure to ask me if anything hurt! (She also made sure to close the blinds when she realized the sun was gleaming in on my face, which showed how considerate she is of her clients.) Moral of the story, I will def take the drive from Cherry Hill, NJ to Pinkals for all my future threading appointments!

My eyebrows grow really fast, so they require that I go in every week. Every week I went into the salon, I was met with more and more anger and unkindness. It seemed like the more I went, the less the lady liked me. AND, on top of that, the more and more I went, the WORSE my eyebrows came out. She never checked for evenness and when I did point it out once, it wasn't fixed. My upper lip was also never fully threaded. She went very quickly. I always have had nice, thick brows but she made mine thinner and thinner. One time, she made my skin start bleeding because of how fast she was going and how much she was not paying attention. The only good thing about this place was the price. I paid $17 for eyebrow, lip and chin-- but it wasn't worth the bad eyebrows and mediocre threading. I now pay $26 for all three at a place in Ardmore. The time it takes for my hair to grow back now is much longer and my eyebrows have finally begun look normal again. Haley had her phone in her pocket which kept vibrating against the table and, while I did not look to be sure, it felt as though she kept checking it as one hand would come off my body during the massage. I've had enough massages to know when the therapist is distracted and this definitely was one of those times. It was unfortunate as I was really looking forward to relaxing. I would go back for the pedicure but not a massage with Haley. I did call and speak with management afterwards about my less than stellar massage service. They did credit me $20 and while I appreciate that, that does not even covered 20% of the service cost.

I left not knowing anything about the process except that I "should come back on Friday". I asked to make an appt and I was told to call.
