I went to the nail salon on a Saturday after my eyelash appointment next door. I have wanted to try this place for a while because I liked the outer establishment, so I decided to give it a shot. It turned out to be a big mistake. When I walked in, I explained what I wanted, and the staff told me it would take about 10 to 15 minutes. I decided to wait, but after five minutes, two other women walked in and were told they would only have to wait 5 to 10 minutes. However, they were taken before me. After another 15 minutes, I asked the staff what was going on. They said the women got stuck on their nail designs. I inquired why they were prioritized over me, and the staff member tried to say they had appointments. I overheard them and knew that wasn't true. Then, the manager came over and stated that only one particular lady could do my nails, even though five other staff members were just standing around, and two other people had come in without appointments. I was told it would be just another five minutes. Twenty minutes passed, and despite several staff members being available, I still hadn't received any help. Frustrated, I decided to leave after almost an hour. If you value your time, you should choose a place that treats all clients fairly. I do not recommend this salon. Did not pass the vibe test
I was walking out of another shop when I noticed this place and it looked clean. The guy at the front desk said I would need an appointment or the soonest I could get a pedicure was in 1-hour which is totally understandable so I went to get a bite to eat a few doors down and came back even 10-minutes early. I was undecided on color but I wanted something neutral. I asked if I could get a mani and pedi but the response was "no only one". The gal who did the pedicure was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable. She said she doesn't like to give pedicures when I mentioned I am very ticklish at the feet. The massage part was short and not much pressure just felt like she was patting my leg. The polish looked good when she was done and I waited almost 30-minutes to let them dry. Then the loud young guy told me they were closing so I needed to go, I asked if my toe polish was dry enough to put my shoes on because the paper flops I can't drive in. He said yes they were fine and ushered me to get up to pay. Well, I get home only to kick off my shoes and see the polish has all smudged and looks horrid! I called the next day to share what happened and was told I would need to come back that day only to get them repaired. Unfortunately my work schedule stopped me from getting back in and today I wanted to wear sandals to brunch and looked down and decided they looked too gross to do that. I think they may have used gel polish instead of the regular so now I'm stuck with this until I can get them fixed or removed. What a waste of time and $45, the manager was left a message but so far no call back.
Lily is amazing! She did exactly what I asked her. Replicating the picture I showed her and I had my perfect nails for my wedding day!! Everyone is so nice and sweet and they were able to accommodate me plus 2 guests that day when we got turned down by 2 other salons. Thank you so much! You gain a customer for life.
***Since i came in 2x already, with no resolution. I got a $35.00 refund.*** thanks to the manager who reached out after I left my review. One star for the customer service due to their own mistake! My nail tech was kind, but the service that I got for the correction baffles me. What a waste of money coming here. The sassy dude seems to think that this is normal. Their temp fix was buffing out the top coat and putting in a 4th coat. Lol needless to say, that didn't solve the problem but worse. Not only the sassy dude belittling me by telling me that there's nothing wrong with it and that it's normal due to the color. Say what?! I'm old enough to know better. So much for pretty nails on my bday weekend, but I just wasted $100. Oh yes, my toes aren't any better btw and they didn't fix that either. Awful customer service!

Your attention to detail from the "cheese grater" making my feet silky smoothe so much I almost slipped in the shower..because they were O so soft and silky.. to making sure you used the sander on my nails to make them smooth and shiny buff. The massage just the right spots with the hot stones for just a bit longer, almose like she knew I had a leg cramp the other day.. On to nails... basic manicure for me for fancy frills still was amazing!! Now remember that both were basic no polish jobs. I will see sending my wife and daughter in . I had a destination wedding in Arizona in October 2022 and wanted to treat my bridal party and mothers to gel manicures before my big day and I am SO HAPPY that I chose to come to Lush. I called and made a reservation for my party a few weeks ahead of time and they were able to accommodate us no problem. On the day of our appointment, my guests and I were welcomed by the friendly staff and amazed at the cleanliness, service and creativity of all of our nail techs. I gave absolute creative freedom to all of my guests to choose the designs, shapes and types of manicures they wanted and every single staff member was incredibly detailed to making all of our ideas come to life. Prices were very fair and the staff was very transparent about pricing for any add-on services we asked for (thank you for this!). We had a blast coming here and it was an amazing experience to have with my favorite ladies before my big day. Everyone LOVED our nails and I was soooo happy with my bridal nails and their stand out designs. I will always come here to get my nails done when I'm in town!
What in the world. I needed a last minute appointment for 2 people. And the staff was able to fit us in! Great! Last appointments of the day, boo! Asked to be put on a waiting list, get told no. The day of the appointment arrives. Parking is an issue. Hardly any parking up near the location. It's in the back where you want to go and be careful not to park in the reserved area. When you walk in, you are greeted, in a rushed manner sort to speak. Everything is done by iPad or tablet to check in. We were 20 minutes early for our appointment. (Thankfully they were able to fit us in) I get to my nail tech, away from my sister, who got her nails done 30 minutes AFTER I started mine. This nail tech was coming back from break. (Which is understandable) I waited, and she immediately touched her face, then my hands. I didn't see her wash her hands or anything, so she asked me what I wanted and I told her. And she just said.. "mm" and then whispered to the dude next to her. Throughout the ENTIRE session. I think she only asked me 3-4 questions throughout the visit. As she's doing my nails, I'm looking at her hands, I don't know if she had some chemical reaction from doing nails, or if she had a rash going. But it was all over her fingers and hands. I kept trying to keep my fingers from touching her hands, but she kept wiggling my fingers. That some of my nails were crooked. She was 1/2 way through the session when she told me it was $55. And my sister texted me hers were $75. I figured my nails would be around that range but it was kinda pointless she asked me if I had an issue with paying 1/2 way through the session. While I was getting my nails shaped, she grabbed my phone and moved it away and told me not to touch it. I understood but I was dealing with something and needed to use it briefly and she moved it again but in an angry manner which kinda threw me off. When she finished, she told me to wash my hands, said thank you and DIPPED. I was so confused, I stood there like an idiot looking for the area to wash my hands in. I had to ask a customer where it was. The dude who was taking care of my sister, was in a rush to finish so he could go home. He glued my sisters skin to the nail, and burned her with the machine, she started bleeding when we exited the salon. It's been a week and my nail color is FADING. There's an air bubble in my middle finger on my right hand. For a last minute nail appointment, this definitely is a no go for me. Maybe in the future? Maybe with the right nail tech and proper scheduling. For now, my 2 is staying.

Ladies, ladies and gentlemen! I have been to over 20 nail salons, and spas looking for a place with a chill vibe, nice workers, beautiful ambiance that does an amazing job. I'm not gonna keep wasting my money on mediocre you know what I mean? I FINALLY find it! You want beautiful nails that are quality, get your butts to this place! Never have my nails looked so good! They always do better than what I imagined in my head or the photo I found online for real! It's clean, I love the music, I love the chairs, OMG the chairs are so comfy! it really hurts to write this review because i liked this place years ago and they were always a solid backup when i needed my nails done in a pinch and my normal artist at a different salon was booked. i actually have sat on this for a whole day considering to leave this or not, but im still so upset. i got a basic pedicure which was great- exactly what i wanted. very happy and tipped well, as i usually do. my nails however took almost 2 hours, and that honestly wouldn't have been an issue if they came out well. i requested a glitter dip/acrylic powder or caviar crystals, which they had none of. she suggested rhinestones which ended up being the low/quality ones vs AB crystals that actually sparkle. they're just bubble gems that would have sufficed in 2012 when a full set was $20. i asked for square shape and none of them have clean, sharp edges like they did years ago. some are almost squoval. i had dried nail glue all over my fingers and dripped down my palm, my cuticles were still a mess, and there's quite a bit of room between the start of the acrylic and my cuticle. not to mention, my pointer finger is SO crooked. when you're charging me $120 for a lousy set of nails and a basic pedicure that chipped literally one day later, i expect some pretty good nails. i always tip heavily (i own a business in the beauty service industry) and always pay in cash. either someone needs to take more pride in their work/business, or they need more training. or both. read more

JoAnne saved my nails! I went to another salon in Phoenix with my long natural nails. The work they did was horrible, no cuticle care, they misshaped my nails, sloppy work on design. I headed to Lush Nail Bar for a pedicure and asked if anyone could fix my botched manicure. JoAnne not only gave me one of the best French pedis I've ever had but she saved my manicure as best as she could. Here is a pic of end results. I was recommended to go to Tiffany's, and I have to say I love the person who recommended me to see her. She easily fixed my crooked nails. Her job is not only clean but perfection as well. I don't understand why I had such a bad experience when I see all the beautiful photos of the nails other people have gotten done. I don't know the name of the guy who did my nails, but he was one of the older gentlemen working there. ZERO nail prep was done for my nails and pedicure. No cuticle clean up and no roughing up the toenails for the gel polish. I chose a chrome flake design and it ended up looking NOTHING like the swatch shown to me. When I asked for it to be fixed he said he was out of the chrome flake so I told him to just remove all of it. The chrome flake needed a black base so now I was left with black nails with chrome reminisce around the cuticle edges. All I could think to do to try to salvage it was to do a glitter tip fade. When a gel glitter didn't work, a woman suggested he use just regular loose glitter. It worked somewhat but in the end still looked awful. At this point my hands and nails hurt so bad from him cutting me while shaping the nails. My cuticles were dry and sore beyond belief. He also didn't bother to apply ANY lotion or cuticle oil after he "finished" the nails. As for the pedicure...again, ZERO prep work. And the gel polish literally popped right off my toes the very next day. I got my nails and toes done for a vacation in Vegas and I couldn't even wear my open toe shoes because my toes were a mess! I paid $135 for a train wreck set of nails and a half-assed gel pedicure that lasted less than 24 hours. read more

Amazing customer service and very talented nail techs. Literally show up with a photo of what you want done to your nails and they will duplicate it. Amazing designs and work with surprisingly affordable prices as an added bonus. I am incredibly picky about my nails, the shape and the demeanor of the nail tech. My nails have been done twice now by Leo and he is incredibly gentle which I appreciate given some carpal tunnel/pain issues I have with my hands/wrists. read more

When I made my appointment I wrote this was my first manicure in four years. I asked for short gel extensions and a gel manicure. I've had acrylics before and my nails always come out chunky, so I figured I could get some added length without the thickness if I did gel. The nail tech wouldn't help me with finding a color that matched the reference photo I gave, then made fun of me for having cold and clammy hands, then made fun of me for having shakey hands, then gave me acrylics. At this point I was too upset and focusing on not crying while she joked about how much work she had to do to file the acrylics short. My fingertips were burning the whole time which didn't help with the clamminess. She didn't cut my nails or push back my cuticles so the underside of my nails have very noticeable growth even though I just got them done 3 days ago. Overall, they look okay, but they're super thick, which I didn't want. They're acrylic which I also didn't want. A couple of the nails have bubbles in them, and I'm still cleaning up gel polish around my nail beds. read more

It was my first time coming in after following on Instagram for a while and I decided I wanted to do something fun and they did not disappoint!! I gave Diep a color (sort of) and let her run with the design and she absolutely slayed my nails. I never could have thought this up and I am so happy with the experience here. Highly recommend! Will definitely be coming back. Also, if you haven't tried the nude acrylic powder just do it. It's gorgeous on its own! read more

I haven't gotten my nails done in like a year and i was suggested this place and based off the photos i thought it was gonna b a bomb ass place.... No. nothing like the photos of being even or flawless .it was chunky and uneven i payed 60 for what :( they rushed it and the paint job was terrible. Tony hooked my nails up! I can't stop looking at my hands. I get compliments everyday. Definitely my favorite of all time!!! I showed Tony (who is also personable and funny) a picture, we did a short consultation, and the results were phenomenal. I hate to give a bad review, but I had an awful experience at this salon. This was my first time here. I've had many pedicures, and this was the first time I've ever been cut by a technician. Diep was so rough and cut my toe with the cuticle clippers. It was still bleeding an hour after I left. I have heard of people getting bad infections from being cut at a salon. I just want to warn others not to let them cut down the side of your nails. She cut the side of my nail off, and cut my skin. read more

My pedicure felt like torture. The water was so hot it was simmering when my feet first made contact with it and I yelped when I took my feet out. It took a while to cool it to an appropriate temperature. But that was just the start. The technician cut the cuticle on my right toe down so much, it was bleeding. That would have been enough for me, but then came the harsh chemicals being poured over my new open wound. My foot was on fire the whole time. The scab over my cuticle (pictured below) is the result of her handiwork. I'll never go back. Pedicures are supposed to be relaxing and this one was stressful and painful. read more

I tried Lush Nail Bar bc it had good reviews. And for the life of me I can't figure out why. I wanted to have a fun and relaxing afternoon with my daughter. I was furious as I left this place. The pedicure was meh. I wondered if it was her first time giving one. An older guy did my acrylic nails. Before he even started I showed him a picture (the pic with black polish) for reference of the shape and length that I wanted. When he was trimming them I kept telling him to go shorter. He told me that he would file them shorter at the end. (He did not) I also reminded him that I wanted them to be rounded on the edges. Again he said he would do that at the end. (Again, he didn't) While he was using the dremel on my cuticles, he made 2 of them bleed. He even had to get a solution to make one of my fingers stop bleeding. When he finished, my nails were neither short nor rounded. He said , 'oh, I forgot to do what you asked me to do and round the edges.' And by that time, it was too late. I had been there what felt like forever and I was just needed to leave before I said something nasty to him. I absolutely hate my nails as they are neither the length nor the shape I asked for several times. (french nails in pic) When I left with my daughter, I told her what an awful job he did and showed her the shape of them. She knows I hate squared off nails. Then she showed me hers. What a mess! Lush is in a cute retail and service district in Gilbert, near downtown. A plus...there is online booking! I booked pedis for myself and a friend. One negative is that you have to book each appointment individually. Parking is atrocious. You may need to hike a bit, which will not be so great later in your disposable flip flops. There was a tablet check in when we got there, which was super easy. The young man at reception was super nice also. The salon was clean and bright, and the staff cheery. There are tons of colors to choose from. I guess I'm a rookie, because I didn't know that I was supposed to pick a base color for my glitter color. Live and learn! I chose the Botanical Pedi, because the ones above it didn't include any callus removal or filing. I felt like both pedicures were a bit rushed, and it wasn't as relaxing as I would have hoped. My polish was done well. My pedicurist was very quiet and didn't speak to me, but my friend's pedicurist Linda was very friendly. But like I said, it was all very rushed and matter-of-fact. Next time I may ask for JoJo, who was very engaging and made sure that her client was super happy. Check out was a little confusing, because my friend got a ticket but I didn't, and my gal disappeared. You can pay and tip by card, though I came prepared and tipped in cash. I finally found a salon that can deliver on gorgeously crafted nails!!!! I cannot get over how beautiful my set is & how the coffin shape ACTUALLY looks like a coffin. We use brand new disposable files buffer and pumice stones. All of our tools is washed cleaned, disaffected, put in a sterilizer and put into a sterilized pouch.
