Found this place on yelp. Called ahead to see if I could get a walk-in appt. I need a gel pedicure and a fill in. Luna took care of my feet and Sky took care of my hands. Both ladies were sweet and offered me something to drink during my service. The location is located in a small plaza. It was empty when I came... I had the best experience here! I don't get my nails done often, so going to the nail salon is often overwhelming for me since I feel like I don't know what I'm doing. But the service at Majestic T&N was so great, I felt like a regular there during my first visit. I came for SNS, and I was greeted kindly, immediately shown to a seat, and given so many different great color options to choose from. Every step of the way, my nail tech T made sure I was happy with my nails. They turned out exactly like I wanted! T did a great job. I came in to get my manicure fixed after it was botched by another salon and got an even worse one. The nails are not correctly shaped even after I asked multiple times to fix them. The tips of my nails are uneven. Glue was left on my hands, my cuticles were poorly trimmed. This is probably the worst experience I have ever had and I paid a lot of money for it. After spending way too long at the place and asking them to fix things multiple times, I paid and left. I'm going to have to fix this at home. read more

I went here during my lunch to get a pedicure. They were having a sale this day I came in with 20% off any service which was nice. This was my first time here and I was on a time crunch. They did my pedicure within an hour, I was eating my lunch while getting it done and they provided me with something to drink which was nice of them. The atmosphere was nice and quite with televisions on the wall to watch while getting your feet down. Most of the workers doesn't speak English so you had to go through the owner. Overall experience was nice and my toes were done very well although they took forever to dry and got messed up later in the day but I imagine I'll be back if I'm in the area. read more

First, this salon has mostly good reviews from the past owner. Nica has been pleasant but I had a frustrating experience. I had an appointment booked for 4 PM and my nails were not started until 5:15 PM and she told me they would only take 20 to 30 minutes to do. I stayed as long as I could but I had to leave at 6 PM with my nails half done and crooked. Today I had to go back and take PTO in order to get them completed. After all that, being a loyal customer, and several referrals I've made she only gave me 20% off for the inconvenience. I expressed these concerns to her and told her that I would be finding a new salon. I think there is a major staffing issue and it'll take you 3 hours to get your nails done here. read more

I recently began coming to Majestic Nails, and I chose them because of their excellent Yelp reviews! Well my fellow Yelpers did not lead me astray. Once again, they hit it on the nose with those awesome reviews. The store is located in a strip shopping center next to Starbucks right off of Windward Parkway. It's a smaller salon, but clean and friendly. There are nail stations and pedicure chairs along the wall. What I appreciate is the fact that it is quiet with soft music playing in the background. There is none of the foreign language chit chat while they work (thank you). Moon is fantastic, always welcoming her guests and stopping by each station to make sure everyone is happy. Mary does my nails. She does a great job with SNS nails and she goes fast, which I appreciate. The color choices are endless and they really do a great job! Des W. had an appointment at 3:00pm and showed up at 3:36pm and got mad that they couldn't fit her in anymore. She got very angry and stormed out and pushed the door very aggressively. My husband and I love Moon, Amber, Mary and Micah and we have been coming since 2016 (before she took ownership). Atmosphere is very calming and inviting. I get chrome polish for pedicures and gel for manicures. I have always had a pleasant experience. I like to make my appointments so I don't have to wait ( we have never waited more than a few minutes to be seen). My husband gets mani & pedis with scrubs and they make him feel like a VIP! She came into the salon stating that she had an appointment at 3:15, which was a lie.. but what's funny is that she arrived at 3:36PM as I'm in the middle of my pedicure. One of the employees told her that they were busy and that she missed her appointment time. Instead of realizing her mistake and not trying to blame the salon employees, she literally stormed out. This is the worst nail salon I've ever been to. DON'T GET FOOLED BY THE "good" pictures. First of all, the place looks NOT SANITARY. Everything they use is dirty - looks like it's never been cleaned before. I came around 5 and the woman I had was rushing so fast to do my nails because I guess she was off at 6. When she was shaping them, she hurt me a couple of times but she was too busy on the phone to say sorry or care. She was in a hurry the whole time and did a very poor job. The polish isn't shiny, like there isn't a top coat on it. The shape on the back is very thick and it scratches anything I touch - she didn't file them correctly / shape them. Went back the next day to see if they could fix my awful nails, but the owner's sister was there and started raising her voice at me and saying I don't understand. She started becoming very rude with me and laughing at me and even rolling her eyes. When I asked where it says on paper that they don't give a refund she pulled out a laminated folder and ripped it out aggressively and handed it to me. I have never seen or experienced any costumer service like this before. She wouldn't even fix my nails - just the color (which is not what I asked). I came in a respectful way to speak with her and she ended up raising her voice, mocking me, and even getting a little aggressive. Do not recommend this place at all!!!!!!!!! read more

Amazing staff! As soon as I walked in they made me feel so welcomed. They treated me with respect and actually engaged in a friendly conversation. I was blown away with how professional they were and of course their work speaks for itself. I have been going to Moon for about two months now and she has not disappointed. Recently I wanted some design for my birthday. Moon gave me her personal number and told me to send her a picture a week ahead in case she needed to buy any supplies (at no extra cost). I wanted something abstract, colorful, and fun. She gave me just that! The picture I sent her and my nails were identical. The design was just an extra $22. I usually go on Saturday morning every 3 weeks and it's very relaxing.
