It almost been a week and I am still tender, lots of hair was missed and my skin is just agitated in general. I've never had issues being sensitive to waxing before, and the girl who did it sold me a cream that she applied to me afterwards and said "this is good for people with sensitive skin." I paid $80 and could've gotten a full body anywhere else. I expected to be smooth like a furless cat, and I can't even exfoliate because my skin is so tender. I love this place but I will probably never try a Brazilian with them again. Please be aware of who is servicing you and what they're using!

She's also very friendly and kind, she makes what could potentially be a painful and awkward experience as pleasant and painless as possible. When you're getting waxed in an area that's especially painful she'll even do a little countdown from 3 to prepare you, and if you take a sharp breath in as the wax comes off it helps ease the pain a bit. Stella actually convinced me to go from waxing to sugaring and it really does make a difference! The results last longer, the skin is smoother and less irritated, and personally it doesn't hurt quite as bad. The initial application of the sugar tugs at the hair a bit but during the removal it's less painful than wax. The ladies here also recommended exfoliating the skin you're getting waxed prior to your appointment, and then consistently 3 times a week, which helps tremendously if your suffer from ingrown hairs. Definitely make an appointment if you wanna try them out because they can get booked up pretty quickly! And if you go, ask them about their loyalty card! After so many services (worth at least $25 each) you get a free wax. Overall I've never had a bad experience here. The ladies working here are very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you have to help make the experience as comfortable as possible.

I literally can't see past my belly or be bothered to reach. I feel bad to even say I'm dissatisfied with the service because the older lady who serviced me this time had been nice; she kept a friendly conversation with me and my mother about my baby, and it was a lengthy service.. so I felt she tried her best and maybe her excuse is just that she was rushing the process bc I was her last appointment of the day. -I booked for a 6 pm which is an hour before they lock up. (This is aside from the comments about the stretch marks on my belly, or my hair) BUT, I paid over $120 (with tip) this time just to still have: -a decent amount of hair she left over from the brazilian, (that she said was bc of me shaving and having "sensitive skin") -peeling skin patches and bruises from what I assume are wax burns (I told her a few times it felt too hot and she responded "no it's warm" and she didn't have her fan lol) or from her going over the same area a lot.. (she didn't hold my skin taught and she wasn't able to pull off the wax away from my skin multiple times). {{again--I haven't shaved, I did exfoliate beforehand and haven't had a problem w sensitive skin before..I've gotten my legs and underarms done plenty of times}} ~~I'm limited in the positions I can do now right now, so I feel as tho if she might've helped and pulled back my skin she could've easily gotten off my hair in the Brazilian better. I even laid down on top of my stomach regardless in an attempt for her to reach things better I then had a little back and forth with the waxer in the room because the receptionist up front told me a "Full Body" included legs, underarms, brazilian AND lip. (I paid for a stomach and butt separate charge) She didn't want to do my upper lip service at first until I said the other person already did in fact tell me it should be included. -She then attempted each side of my lip once then left everything and said it was "bc I trimmed". I do not shave my upper lip and only pluck stragglers after waxes/threadings.. which I also haven't done in months anyways. I told the receptionist everything was good bc I didn't get to check the parts of my body first; as there's only a long face mirror with poor lighting in the room and the lady didn't leave the room.. she waited/watched me change into my clothes then watched me tip up front. ~~It wasn't until I left and my mother made the comments of "Did she not even try to use a tweezer?" about my underarms, "Did you get a rash?" about my legs, my boyfriend made comments about my bruises, and me simply feeling around after taking off all the leftover wax that was stuck on my underwear and vulva, so I checked it with my camera.. that I even noticed the issues. I'm decently satisfied with the armpits and belly service bc AT LEAST I can reach them and go back in with a tweezer myself if needed..but I'd have to shave the rest of the lil leftover hair and defeat the purpose of my brazilian. (for some reason she told me no, don't come back to try and get the rest of my brazilian off; im only assuming bc she didn't want to give a free follow up) -it's definitely less hair overall than what I started with that I don't have to deal w myself! ...but it's evident she was very rough on my skin. Too much money for the half results :/ I'll give the benefit of the doubt that it was just this location or waxer, because another store seems to have great reviews about the services and friendly waxers, it's just too far for me to visit rn.

She repeatedly asked if the temperature of the wax was ok and was sure to give post wax instructions. I will continue to go to this location until my normal cerologist returns from maternity leave

I got a full body wax with Katie, who greeted me with a smile and instantly made me feel comfortable. I'd never gotten waxed before and she ensured me that I would be okay and she would stop if I was in too much pain. The wax itself was quick and thorough and she made sure it wasn't too hot so I didn't get any burns. Katie was so nice and talked to me the whole way through, making me laugh and worry not so much about the pain that one inevitably experiences while having their pubic hairs waxed off hahah. She even offered to wax my little unibrow hairs instead of my upper lip at my request! If you go, most defiantly request Katie. Lush Nail Bar is my new go-to for my nails and toes. I see Andy for gel nails and he always does exactly what I ask for. I like my nails to be a workable length and to look classy at the same time. I am a professional Pet Stylist and insist my manicure stay nice for 2 weeks. Andy is fast, yet very much a perfectionist. My nails are the all the same length, no polish in my fingers, around my nails, under my nails, and most of all he treats me like my business is important to him AND Lush Nail Bar. Lush Nail Bar always accommodates my crazy work schedule and does their very best to get me in when I'm available. Miss Van is a foot wizard! I am on my feet all day and she makes them feel like butter! Her massage is like no other whether you like a light touch or you want to know you've had a foot and leg massage like I do! Me and my fiancée went in to get her nails and toes and my feet done. My fiancé had her nails done. You guys messed up a nail. And then did not want to fix it. You kept saying it's how it's the nail polishes fault and it can't be fixed. When the other 9 nails looked great. Then finally you fixed it and you did One coat rushed it with a bad attitude. Not a great way to get repeat business. Blame your mistake on the nail polish lol you're a nail salon. Anyway, we will go elsewhere in the future.! read more

I have been going here since June 2017 and I enjoy the time I am there. Very relaxing. Andy does my nails and he always gets them PERFECT. I have been happy with the service and everyone is nice. I usually don't have to wait long when I call ahead. If you walk in, you might have to wait a while if they are busy, but that is usually expected at any good nail place. Call ahead and ask for Andy for a great Pink/white nails. I love this place. read more

By far the nicest nail salon around kennesaw. Extremely great service and wonderful environment as well. They have two long rows of pedicure chairs like over 30 chairs so I don't think they'll have the same overcrowding problem the other nearby salon has. They did a beautiful job on our pedicures, took their time, and tended to our needs. I am so very excited they are here and can't wait to go back! read more

Tommy and Lilly (i think) are the managers and they are very accommodating and polite. I was a new customer, my first time going, and they treated me like I was family and had been there 100 times before.
