I have been trying to find a good nail bar in Dallas, and this one has been the best so far! Usually, nail bars will quote you a certain price and then when you are ready to pay, they have added on way more than you were told. Lush quoted me the same exact price I ended up paying. The transparency was greatly appreciated! My nails were also AMAZING! Alice spent so much time on them, and she made sure to thin them out so that they looked elegant and natural. The ambiance is also cute, and the massage chairs are a much-appreciated amenity for a relaxing experience.

Came in from out of town for my sisters bachelorette, we got pedicures and manicures. The bride was extremely happy with her wedding nails, and said the pedicure made her feet feel so soft. All the staff were very friendly and listened to our specific requests and were willing to change things based off of what we wanted. Great attention to detail. I don't normally get my nails done and didn't quite know what I wanted but somehow they gave me exactly what I didn't know I wanted! The vibe was very professional and we had a great time!

I loved my experience at Dallas Nails and lashes! I was greeted and seated immediately and was done within an hour and a half. Cindy was my nail tech and she did an AMAZING job. I'm absolutely In love with my nails! I don't get them done often because I'm super picky about the shape and color but I'm definitely going back for Cindy. Their facility was super modern and clean and their prices were very reasonable and comparable to the other salons in the Plano/Frisco area. Everybody was super sweet and welcoming. i felt the appointment was a bit disjointed . I kept having to say what I wanted as least three time, a gel manicure with regular pedicure. I told the woman who walks around I only wanted a regular polish pedicure. then when the tech went to do the pedicure she started to put a gel base coat. I had to say again regular polish is what I wanted. she didn't seem too happy to have to remove and start again. More things happened but I'll spare you. I'm not going back. read more

I was so excited about the reviews and this place being close to work but it was everything but great. I got a pedicure.. they assumed I wanted gel and never filed my toe nails evenly so it was expensive and poorly done. I had to file them down when I got home. I was told a few minutes wait for a fill and waited about 50 minutes and still no fill so I had to leave. I will not be going back. read more

Just moved to the area and needed a new place to get a pedicure! As soon as I walked in the door, the staff was very friendly and inviting. They answered any and all questions that I had and was very patient. I believe I met the owner as well and she was extremely friendly and offered complimentary drinks! Probably one of the best pedicures I've had in a very long time. Van was great...very attentive, very personable & did an awesome leg/foot massage. The worst service ever my nails are beyond ugly it's shaped horrible and they charge 45 for a regular set with regular polish then the girl said that's why I don't like regular polish because it take too long to dry I said well I do they don't fans to dry your nails then the girl really argued with me about how long gel polish has been out then she was sick talking about her sinuses but I don't know my nails are so bulky shaped horribly the only reason I tried them is because I wasn't able to get to my nail tech before I left all I can say I would've spazzed out but she was spared only because my child was with me I definitely don't recommend they're a joke I hope they get shut down. read more

I was excited to try a new place so my nails would look pretty for my birthday. I booked an appointment online for manicure and pedicure. When I arrived, I had to wait over 20 minutes, despite being scheduled and confirmed. The pedicure was nice and turned out well. The manicure was a nightmare though. The polish I picked did not turn out like the color book so I asked for it to be removed. During the removal, my tech brushed too close (and too roughly) to the nail beds with the file and made my nails bleed. So here I am crying and bleeding while he finished up the removal. To be fair, I wasn't charged for the botched manicure, so I paid for the pedicure and went home. My fingers ached for hours afterwards, making it difficult to use my hands or go to sleep. In the morning I received some messages from Tiffani at the shop, who stated, "He didn't cut u, how is your finger bloody, just buffer..anyways we are here if your nails better couple days". So now I'm being treated like a liar, I have patchy fingernails with chunks of color still on them, and a bloody nail bed. I'm glad that so many other people had positive experiences here but I won't be returning, even for a no charge do-over. read more

I had extra time due to.a delayed flight so I walked in to inquire about lashes. I was told the lash lady was not on premises. Woman put a disembodied woman's voice on speaker phone and was speaking to her on a foreign language about me. Then she had me talk to her. She told me she could be there shortly. I was concerned I would be late. She came 25 minutes later and took me into a messy room. Her phone was buzzing every few seconds. She proceeded to speak to me awkwardly calling me 'dear', then placing her SPEAKER PHONE NEXT TO MY HEAD and talking to.a man in another language. She then told me my previous lashes didnt count as a fill and it would be $150. Out of frustration, I agreed to the 2x markup. Then she proceeded to spend 15 minutes only with me. No offense, but she was NOT WORTH a $600 hourly rate putting fake lashes on. How dare her. It is 3 days later and most of the course, black lashes have fallen off. Also when I paid her, she asked me three times to enter a contest to.win holiday gifts. I said no x3. Finally to.get out of there, I filled out the paper. I am sure she is selling my number in the dark web. Think twice before using Dallas Nail and Lashes lash person. She is a con artist. read more

Nina worked on my nails and was hopping in between clients and rushing through my nails as if she was the only person there (several other nail techs available, but she said she was the only one that could). Even with other nail techs working she was "helping them" and saying " she doesn't know how , but I have to do it" but the other tech was having clients walk out and pay to what must've been a fine job. I assumed Nina would be the best, but she managed to cut my skin and cause me to bleed multiple times. Three days later, I had a nail fall off and another on the way out. Pictures below show 3 days old wounds, while the last one was the new wound after it was fixed. Not only that, I asked for French tips with a specific color. She started going up my nail bed with the paint in which I asked her if that was the final product or was she going to do a clean up. She told me that if I wanted "classic" French tips I should've said that because she assumed I wanted curvy (?). I had to show her a picture of what French tips were because she claimed to have no idea what I was talking about. As someone that has gotten my nails done for over 10 years, I've only ever had to ask for French tips. I've actually never heard of curvy French tips and idk why someone would assume otherwise. James did a great job on my feet which is the only reason i would give even a single star!

This was my personal experience, and I hope it helps others make an informed choice.

I explained that my skin had become raw, my fingers were swollen afterward, and that I was genuinely worried about infection. What made this experience even worse was the response I received afterward. The salon replied claiming that the technician repeatedly asked me if I was okay during the process, which is simply not true. Hearing that after already dealing with pain and damage is honestly incredibly upsetting. It is a horrible feeling to already be injured and then feel like your experience is being dismissed or rewritten. The truth is that the pain and damage became even more severe over the following days. I later showed my nails to my regular experienced nail technician, and she immediately told me that my natural nails had been over-filed, thinned out, and damaged. I clearly stated beforehand that my nails are sensitive. Because of that, I truly do not think someone inexperienced should have been assigned to perform such an aggressive removal service. It was genuinely the worst nail experience I have ever had

I went back for a second time with my mom. They explained what would be good for me and my mother. Honey did my nails which was amazing. Simple and cute. Tia did my mom's which is the one in the picture. My mom loves that she somehow was able to make all her reference photos into one. If you're ever going there, bring some MAMA ramen for Honey. As in, it's always dark when I go in and there's usually just one woman working on the week days with one customer in the entire shop and if you don't have an appointment, you're just out of luck. I can't deal with that kind of exclusivity because my pedicure needs are sporadic and always happen on a whim. I drove around until I saw this shop near the house. "Honey Dipp." Cute name. I did a quick Yelp review and looked only at the rating and decided to give it a shop. Walked in and immediately was aware that I'm was the only Asian here. Long story short, this ended up being a great experience. I had "Q" who did a fantastic job. When I say she did a great job, I mean, she was inspecting each one of my toe nails like a jeweler inspecting a diamond. She actually scrubbed the rough spots on my feet and took time to make sure the polish was on perfectly. Even though there were a few people in the shop, I did not once feel rushed or uncomfortable. Plus, one of the employees had her kid there who was seriously one of the cutest freakin kids I've ever seen running around offering me Ritz crackers. If you're in the area, come give these ladies some support. I was very impressed and will be back!

My wife brought me to this new nail Salon to get a pedicure. We just move to the area and have been trying to find a place that we like and I think we've found our new go-to spot for pedicures and manicures. Staff was friendly and very good customer service. I walked in around 4pm on a Thursday and was able to get seated immediately! I was helped by Vivianne I believe it was, and she did a fantastic job. These are the best nails I have ever got. This is the 3rd time I've been here, the other two were for pedicures and both were amazing and lasted so long before the paint chipped.
