Something has changed here. I don't know if it's Management or what. I have been here numerous times so I know the prices on pedicures. They showed me the prices this time with the book opened to the most expensive services. I grabbed the book and flipped it back to their starting prices and chose the first one. Then after the young lady had started on my servirse an older lady came by and spoke to the young lady in their language. The girl replied to the lady and then the older lady picked up the book, again flipped it to the expensive page, asking what I wanted. I told her I already said I want the one on the first page. Lush Nail Bar is a beautiful place inside, but let me give you the run down... Communication: This is the number one factor that allows customers to be happy. The nail technicians can't speak or understand English, this made it very difficult to choose services. A young guy, kept trying to interpret what I was asking. Very frustrating! Services: The technician handed me their price book and opened it to the page she wanted me to choose from. I kept asking about other services & prices, but no one could answer me. In addition, they offer free complementary drinks, but when I asked (2x) no one would honor my requested drink. I chose 3 manicures and pedicures for me & my family. The technician kept cutting into my cubicles and the other tech cut my family member (causing bleeding). However, my polish was done nicely. Ambiance: Very clean & appealing, with soft music playing. Pricing: Very confusing. Lush Nail Bar has separate prices for the spa service, and pedicure, when normally a mani & pedi is combined together. So this explains why the tech keep forcing me to choose from the spa services, and then acting like she didn't understand me when I asked, "how much is your mani & pedi"? After the disappointment and cuticle cuts the manager deducted $10 off my bill. For the pricing and poor service, Yeah, $10 is not comparable. I would not recommend LNB to anyone! read more

Horrible! I will NOT go back. Previously, my mom and I went and the tech who did her nails didn't file them and left crud on them, which they had to correct. Then, I went and got a fill in and pedicure. The guy didn't cut my toes evenly. The same lady that did my mom's nails did my fill in. She did a horrendous job! She didn't file them down, she didn't fill in to the cuticle, didn't polish them fully, and polish came off a week later. I was so upset, I went back in and made them file the sides down. I will NEVER return! read more

Im just gonna cut to the chase, this place is overly expensive. I paid $60 for nails that weren't even that good of quality. They were thick and not well shaped. The people there were decently nice, but Im most upset about the price. It wasn't that I paid $60 for nails, it was that I paid $60 on FRENCH TIPS. I could have done this myself with the right supplies. When I asked for a simple design the price rose to $95 dollars. If you want to save some money on good quality nails, don't come here. read more

They were not busy so service was fast. I got a basic pedicure with regular polish. The lady was very nice at first until the end of the service. I could feel she was kind of rushing to get me out even though i had regular polish( which takes longer to dry).I'm sitting there for not even 5 minutes waiting for my polish to dry and she comes up with those cheap flip flops( i had already told her i wanted to wait to be able to put my shoes on as i was going to walk to the public next door and it was raining). She puts the sandals on my feet and keeps saying "all done".'Maybe i mis understood this but again it felt like she was rushing to get me out. I repeat again that i want to put my shoes on so i ask her if my nails dry( i know they weren't). She keeps saying yes their done and dry( maybe a misunderstanding). I start pretending to put my shoes on( i knew they weren't dry but i just wanted to see what she would do) and she starts getting angry at me. Honestly, this really made me not want to come back because her reaction was very rude. She swats my hand away and begins to put the sandal back on my foot saying they weren't dry. This was irritating because i KNEW they were not dry but she kept telling me they were. Anywho, overall service wasn't bad but that last interaction really upset me and made me leave a bad tip. I hate tipping bad, but i felt pretty uncomfortable, i just won't come back here in the future lol. My other experiences have been fine but yeah lol read more

Went with my daughter this week and got a basic manicure. My nails were cut too short and shaped "ugly" square. I didn't ask for square. She cut at the sides of my nail beds way too roughly and hurt one nail. The polish job literally started to chip that SAME night! Waste of time and money. Won't go back read more

Great! I know there are a lot of negative reviews, but take them with a grain of salt. I got the feeling that most of those were from when the business was brand new, but now is great. Everything was clean and organized, the workers were very kind. They did an excellent job on my sns manicure, were very accommodating and made sure I was happy, and offered to change anything I didn't like. 10/10! Give it a try :) read more

Second time there. Both times I had a fill and pedi. Happy-ish with my fill, they don't polish the tips which is a pet peeve of mine and in hind sight I wish I had said something. But didn't even realize until I was in the car. So that's why the extra star. But both times, it's been one of the worst pedis ever. Painful like they jam the cuticle scissors in to my skin, and they seem like they're in such a rush. For every step. Both times though, they were sitting around just waiting for another customer, so no need to rush. Polish was super sloppy too, and I'm half tempted to just peel it off, it would just look better that way. read more

Very disappointing...worst pedicure I've ever had . The technician had an attitude and the pedicure itself was not good .

I got a pedicure and my nails done. $85 total I tipped in cash and when I paid with credit card they repeated my total of $85 they had me sign my name for purchase on a blank pen tab I wasn't given a receipt nor was I asked anything about tip but when I saw my charge it was for $106.25. they added another 25% for tip without my authorization. when I called Wii said my bank added the tip ??? I believe they are doing this unlawful practice to many as others have commented it's happened to them. I was shown the receipt I sighed with extra 25% added but like I've stated when you sigh pen pad there's no numbers to see and I was never told they where adding another tip. VERY SHADY BUISNESS PRACTICES. This was the worst nail salon I ever been too, the nail techs were very rude, they only seem to understand English when they were telling me what service to choose (which was the most expensive) but when I asked about the pricing they couldn't understand anything!! They charge wayyyy to high for a manicure and they left my girl friend with messed up nails!! The nail tech wrote on our receipt $95 total but got to the cash register and somehow it was now $120 dollars and they made up an extra $25 to make it make sense!! Do not come to this establishment. If I could give zero stars I would. I normally do not post reviews. But this was such a bad experience I feel that I must. I wish I had checked out the ratings before coming to this salon. They were extremely disorganized when I went in. They stated they could do something that then they were unable to do after removing my polish/ SNS dip and I had no choice but to stay. My nails began chipping within hours of having an SNS dip done and I've lost half my nails due to cracking and chipping and they refused to give a refund. They offered to redo my nails. However, how can I trust that they could do any better and would most likely do worse than they've already done. read more

I am not one to write a bad review ever, but after getting a pedicure with my 3 friends, we all had messed up toes and did not enjoy our experience here. I sat down after all my friends and finished first, in less than 20 minutes. No massage and messed up nails for all of us. Would sadly not recommend this place, save your money. read more

First time I went to this place it was great, but the last 3 times I've gone have been horrible. Their colors don't match up. Chose a color for SNS and when he started putting it on, it was a completely different color. So that had to be taken off and I chose another one. I ended up having to go back the next day because the gel top polish was peeling off. They fixed it, but here I am again a week later needing the same set to fixed because they're breaking off. Show up an hour before they close and they ask me to come back tomorrow because they're no longer doing nails today. The day I got these done, I was washing and scrubbing my hands with soap when one of the nail techs came over and rudely turned the water off because my hands were not under the running water for one minute while I scrubbed and picked the polish out from under my nails. I will take my business elsewhere. Prices are also very high for what you get. read more
