When he was almost done he said "so you don't want to keep any of the other shades for your kit? That's so unfortunate". No, I don't want to keep anything that could negatively harm my clients. Super unprofessional and rude, I hope this person can reflect on their attitude and treat everyone more respectfully.

We were given great advice, helpful service and each employee was smiling, which we took to be a good sign. Items purchased were great and looked/worked the same inside the store as well as at home.

Only after it was complete did the front desk tell me I'd be charged for a "medium" instead, bringing the total to $300. When I pushed back, the explanation I got from Averie felt jumbled and inconsistent. I paid the difference anyway because I'd already received the treatment and didn't feel I had a real choice. Deciding pricing after a service is done, when the client has no ability to say no, isn't something I can overlook, especially with a licensed provider where trust matters. I'm not sure if I'll be booking future sessions here. EDIT: The owner has reached out to rectify the situation, so I'll adjust the stars rating but leaving this up in case there are others who run into this same issue for transparency.

They offer a wide range of services, including microneedling, laser treatments, tattoo removal, and more, and the entire space has a polished, high-end feel without being intimidating. Angela's treatment room is lovely and comfortable, and she has a way of making the whole experience feel relaxed while still being extremely precise and professional. I usually prefer to do lasers etc when I travel because it is MUCH LESS than of the price for the same treatments in the states, but I usually get Botox at home. Overall the vibes are weird, cons of treatments (other than dangerous) aren't really shared, or alternative options for the look you want are not shared (if not sold here) similar to other reviews. I originally tried Dysport in my massetur muscles in my jaw for tension. It helped of course but I did notice slight jowling after which I found out was correlated/caused from Botox in the jaw from tiktok vids. Needless to say, it isn't addressing the underlying problem and is just a bandaid. My last appointment here, I shared I wanted to look a little lifted and refreshed mostly under my eyes. I had done lasers and microneedling in the past which helped, but was short lived. Now -- more thanks to tiktok -- I probably need to fork over for sculptra or sofwave. This will NOT be fixed by injectables. My nurse told me she could do a little cheek filer and some other filler around my face. Mind you, I'm terrified of filler. Potentially I would want a facelift down the line which I have heard can complicate that process, but mostly I don't like the bloated look, it is often so obvious and then you become blind to it, keep getting it, and look crazy. Especially in the cheeks. I already have full lips so I don't need that. It was sold as if it would even out my face and give more balance, and I thought about it, did trust the nurse, who had great texture but who's own filler was still a tad overdone, making me a little wary. It's not like Botox where it wears off over months. You're getting it "dissolved" or whatever with little lumps lying around forever, so I wanted to take the time to think about it and ended up canceling. I could see others being very pressured and trying at the appointment even though I'm sure this is as overpriced as Botox and it gives you the vibes they're trying to hit a metric. They should give you options--even if they don't offer the treatment--for the result you are looking for.

Oh so delicious! When you need a little pick-me up for your bath you must stop here for a treat! They have all sorts of yummy bath treats like their bath bombs or bubble bars. My latest favorite is the blackberry bath bomb. It makes me feel like I'm swimming in a sea of blackberries. It's quite heavenly. I also like the sea vegetable scrub for the shower, it makes my skin feel all nice and silky and it's kinda like a mini vacation in the shower that gives me some extra energy to face a busy day. I love starting out my day with yummy smelling scrub! Sometimes I can get by husband to use the Sexy Peel which smells nice and citrusy. It quite awakening for the senses in the morning and seems to make that cup of coffee afterwards taste even better! This is a great place because it is the only lush that is located in the state of Oregon I think The people and the staff are always friendly kind of like a really vibrant place to be at they have tons and tons of selection of natural and organic soaps lotions shampoos and conditioners I think some of the things might be a little overpriced but what do you expect they are handmade and organic Their location is the only reason I gave them four stars it is extremely difficult to find parking don't ever go there on a Friday Other than the parking and some of the weird people that go in there I love this place this is the only lush that I seem to like compared to the other places read more

I had a nice experience shopping here. One of the things I liked most was how easy the location was to access. Unlike many stores that sell handmade soaps and body products, this shop didn't have an overpowering fragrance, which made browsing much more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the products they carried, and they were happy to answer questions without being pushy. If you're looking for vegan-friendly, organically made soaps, shampoos, and other body care products, this is definitely a great place to shop. From sunscreen and bug repellent, Castile soap and unscented or scented body lotions. Also household cleaning items. And if you didn't bring a container, no worries. They have a collection of jars that you can use that are recycled. Extremely clean and organized. Very friendly and helpful staff. Basically you can't go wrong here.

I get there, and she told me they don't have it, but they have the $500 one, so no worries! But I dont have the difference, so yeah, that won't work. She threw her hands up and said "well I called you, so I did my job". No mam, I have no missed calls or voicemails. I walked around for about 10 minutes, and had someone else follow and watch me the entire time. I felt harassed at this point, so I walked up to the front cou ter, grabbed my box, and left. The fragrances are made in house, interesting, unexpected and have their own personality. I left with OLO Violet/Leather and Siela Commune and could have easily done more damage. They offer oils and sprays and can even make certain fragrances into a spray with advance notice. The storefront is only open Thursday through Saturday, which is a little rough for those of us who can develop a perfume emergency at any given moment.
